Browns vs. Ravens Odds & Betting Preview

The Browns have been a disaster all year. They have had to use 5 different QB’s and although they are ranked 11th in the league in total offense they just can’t turn that into points. They average 18.7 points a game which ranks them 29th and they are in the bottom third in passing and rushing the ball. Their defense is the worst as they are dead last in total defense and points allowed giving up over 30 a game while three of their last five losses have been by double digits.

The Ravens are also having problems on offense especially at QB where Flacco has thrown more interceptions (7) than touchdowns (6) and a running game ranked 28th with 82 yards a game. The only thing keeping them from total destruction is one of the better defenses in the league. They are ranked second in total defense and 9th in points allowed (19.1 points a game). They have been very good against the rush allowing just 76 yards a game.

The oddsmakers have made the Ravens a 10 point favorite and set the total at 45. According to Covers.com Consensus Analysis 62% of the public think this line is too high and are behind the Browns while 52% believe these two struggling offenses will manage to take the total over.

Neither team has won by more than 10 points in their last 10 meetings and eight of those games ended by less than 10.
