Preview

The Bills got less than 200 yards on offense their 13- 7 loss to Baltimore in Week 1. The were better offensively in Week 2 versus the Jets, with Taylor throwing for over 300 yards and three TD’s in a losing effort. The defense let them down in that game, allowing Fitzpatrick to throw for 374 yards and a TD while the Jets totaled almost 500 yards of offense. Their defense showed up again last week picking off Palmer 4 times and recovering a fumble in a convincing 33-18 win. Garoppolo has led the Patriots to two wins in Brady’s absence passing for 496 yards and four TD’s but was hurt in the game against Miami and had to be replaced by 3rd string QB Brissett who led them to a victory over Houston with the help of two fumbles by the Texans on kickoffs that led to 14 points. The oddsmakers have this game with the Patriots as 7.5 point favorites and the total at 44.
