Cleveland and Tennessee battle it out and we’re on the Browns laying the points. Cleveland beat up a weak Miami team a few weeks back here and this game has a similar feel. Cold temps and wind will be the weather and Cam Ward has just struggled as a whole all year. The Browns can lean on Judkins with the run game and it should open things up against this Titans defense that gives up nearly 28 ppg.
