Newton was picked off once and the Panthers lost three fumbles. This trend continued last week against the Vikings who manhandled them with 8 sacks and three interceptions while holding them to just over 300 yards in total offense in a 22-10 loss. The Panthers have now turned the ball over seven times in their last two games.  Atlanta won their last two games scoring 80 points after coming up short against the Bucs after being down 31-13 and falling short in their comeback before finally losing 31-24. The oddsmakers have the Panthers a three point favorite with the total at 50.
