PREVIEW: The second week of college football gets underway when the high flying Cardinals visit Syracuse. The Orange are still stinging from last November’s 41-17 beating and would like to do nothing better than return the favor. But the oddsmakers have made Louisville a two TD favorite so maybe they don’t feel the same way. Both teams opened up with impressive wins the first week beating weaker teams and putting up some big numbers. Syracuse ended up with over 550 yards in total offense while Louisville erupted for over 660. With numbers like that it’s no wonder the total is where it is after first opening up at around 60. With QB Lamar Jackson starting off on a high note, this Cardinal team will surely be an offensive threat to anyone. While QB Dungey is looking to take Syracuse a few steps forward from a team that dropped eight straight games at one point during the season last year.
