T.M. Selection: Kentucky - ATS

1) I like the Wildcats to stay within a 2 to 3 TD margin in this game against Georgia on Saturday, September 14th. This is a perfect setup based on recent results leading to VALUE!

2) Kentucky looked horrible last week at South Carolina but absolutely can be better and they have a solid defense! As strong as Georgia is, they shocked Clemson with how they dominated in Week 1 but then did face a weak FCS school last week. Now they are over-value and over-confident.  

3) The Wildcats will come to play here. They were embarrassed last week but are at home and don't want to get embarrassed again. The Kentucky defense is good enough to keep them in this game and the offense will pull out a few trick plays here to catch the Bulldogs defense off guard. Georgia will eventually pull away but I see this game being much closer than the line suggests as recent results have over-inflated the line in this situation. Georgia best team in country but Kentucky will be treating this like their "super bowl" early this season.

T.M. Selection: UTSA - ATS

1) I like the Roadrunners to stay within a 3 to 4 TD margin in this game against Texas on Saturday, September 14th. This is a perfect setup based on recent results leading to VALUE!

2) Texas is off a huge road win at Michigan and that has inflated this line! UTSA is off a loss to Texas State that was embarrassing for them as they were beaten soundly and had never lost to the Bobcats in their 5 prior meetings! 

3) The Runners, of course, are outclassed here but they always bring a strong effort against Texas because, of course, UT is the much bigger program with all the history and the Roadrunners only added a football program a few decades ago! UTSA will be up for this game and the Longhorns are likely to be a bit flat and, as a result, the Roadrunners hang around in this game long enough to keep the final score more respectable than most expect here.

T.M. Selection: Air Force - ATS

1) I like Air Force to stay within single digits in this game against Baylor on Saturday, September 14th. The line looks like a trap line to take the Bears considering how bad the Falcons have looked and I am not falling for it!

2) This line got steamed when it was lower because of the reaction to a poor season start for AF. This has created strong big dog value on a Falcons team that, as an Academy school, is known for discipline and effort. It is going to be tough for the Bears to pull away in this one! 

3) Baylor has looked much better than Air Force early this season but this Bears team is not as strong as they have been in the past and they just lost by double digits at Utah. The total on this game is only around 41. Doing the math here on a spread of 17 that would mean a 29-12 type of game. I feel strongly Air Force can do much more than 12 points in this match-up and their D will be stronger here after getting embarrassed early this season. Baylor over-priced!
