Taking the PACKERS. Will grab the 3.5 here. Normally that isn't a big deal for me. I would probably be on the favorite in this spot. 3, sure Lion me up. But this line in GB a couple weeks was 3. You would think this would be 4 or more at here at home. 9-3 ATS. 11-1 overall. I'm guessing it is because of Detroit's banged up defense. Both teams with the Thanksgiving rest to help them out. Taking the BILLS. What is there to say.  A little line move here. I do the Look Ahead Lines Show (YouTube IheartRadio). I said this was going to move after their Green Bay game. Not because I though of QB problems, but because we had GB and after a loss, the line will move. Especially a team coming off their bye week. And a 1st place, Super Bowl type team to boot. Taking the FALCONS. Another bye week home dog spot. Chargers off back to back prime timers. Have rival Chiefs on deck. Have to face the Falcons off their bye week and a road beat down, 38-6 at Denver.  4* Money Maker ATLANTA FALCONS

Taking SEATTLE. Put a fork in the Jets. We have two teams going in opposite directions. Jets talking of benching/ IRing their QB. 1-7 SU/ ATS last 8. That firing of the coach had the desired result! This is spot off a bye week I will be running to the other team to bet on. Seattle off 2 big wins over San Fran and Arizona. So 2 big division wins and now a slight road fave. Not exactly a great spot. But - Geno vs an old team. Maybe a little added bump vs an otherwise overlooked opponent. The fact the Jets were favored to even begin with is nutty. 4* Money Maker SEATTLE SEAHAWKS 

Taking the JAGUARS. Love this spot. Trevor's 2-12 run as a starter. Texans 17-4 last 21 SU vs Jacksonville. What is there not to like?  We are off a bye week. Texans have not looked good at all this season. Home dog with revenge from a few weeks ago. Add in last time we saw them they were hammered 52-6! Taking the BENGALS today. So 4-7 favored by a FG over 8-3. Love it. We are off a bye week. We need it. The Cincy defense has been, in the words of Charles Barkley - turrrabull. And the Steelers. Man everyone loves them lately. But - the 2nd half schedule. Started last week with a loss at Cleveland. Now at a desperate Cincy team. Home vs the Browns. At Philly and Baltimore. KC at home on Christmas, home Cincy to close out the season. Did they look good in that loss last Thursday? How about the 18-16 win over the Ravens that Baltimore missed to FGs and a 2pt conversion. Should have been a Ravens cover! A TD with 2 minutes and change left to get a win at Washington. Don't be fooled by the FG and, oh, Tomlin as a dog. He is a dog here for a reason. 4* Money Maker CINCINATTI BENGALS 

Taking the LIONS. If you watch my Mid Day Money Show, or have seen me on Sports Grid, you know my feelings on the Bears. 5 win team. 7 tops. Another late, tough, heart breaking - what other words do we put into play here. Hail Mary at Washington. Trucked in Arizona. Lose to Patriots. Blocked FG Green Bay. Rally in the 4th to lose in OT. Short week vs the best team in the NFC. A team that lost last Thanksgiving. A team off a ho-hum sleep walk road win. That was where Detroit was ripe for the picking. Not at home vs a division rival. I thought the Lions would take that step forward this year. Well. 0-3 SU on Turkey Day under HC Dan Campbell. Time to get that first W. Taking the CHARGERS. Ok. Chargers finally gave up more that 20 points in that wild game vs Cincy. Ravens defense barely a shell of what they were. But - we have some coaches that know each other. They are familiar with the offense and defense of each other. Chargers will want to run, keep Lamar off the field. Had Baltimore last week in a dogfight that should have been a win. 2 Missed FGs? come on. This game screams to me a close, FG type game. I'll take any points. I can see this one being 24-23, 22-20 type of battle. 4* Money Maker LA CHARGERS

Taking the PACKERS. Well. Another good number for us. These have had believe it or not, not the best results on the year. We had the Colts, in this building as 4.5 dogs, they went off the favorite, and lost outright. I still recommend you coming to the Look Ahead Lines Show for early looks on NFL though! - I like GB. We had GB wins over last year. We believed in Love. I like them this year even though they were that trendy team to like. Niners are not the previous versions. 5-5 SU - favored in all 10 games. The perception is they are good. They are not. We also have GB in payback mode from a playoff loss. It isn't the playoffs, but you want to beat a team that knocks you out of a Playoff Run. 4* Money Maker GREEN BAY

Going UNDER the total. I was on this before the Purdy news. SF is not that same team. Defense is ok. Should be able to keep Love in check. I had this game playing out 26-20 anyway. Not much to change my mind now. 4* Total Money UNDER Niners/ Packers

Taking SEATTLE. I get it. Tough spot off that last second Niners win. Arizona has the bye week. A wide open NFC West. Should be a good one and that is why we are looking at a line like this As good as Arizona does look, sitting in 1st place, this is still asking them to go on the road, vs a team that has beaten them 5 straight times, and win. Give me the veteran Geno Smith to pull the rabbit out of the hat here at home. 4* Money Maker SEATTLE SEAHAWKS

Taking DENVER. I am a believer in the Broncos defense. Raiders have trailed by 10 in every game this season. Brock Bowers is the main focal point of the Vegas offense. Bo Nix is getting better each week. I don't like the line jumping, but, expected. You blowout a team at home and the other team again gives up late points to lose, the line is going to move. Better HC, QB and defense for the visitors. 4* Money Maker DENVER BRONCOS

Going OVER the total. After a slow start the Broncos offense is coming together. The Raiders are bad. I like Denver today. So I see them in a 33-20 type of game today. Vegas, as bad as the 2-8 looks, is 7-3 to the Over. The defense doesn't do their job. The offense does just enough to annoy you if you are an under back. 4* Total Money OVER Broncos/ Raiders

Taking WASHINGTON. Dallas is absolutely done. I said way back in August that these guys would not get close to their win total. A rebuilt OL - no running game - 1 WR - a new DC bring a new scheme to town. All of that and now Dak out. 3-7 on their way to a Top 7 pick in the draft. Cooper Rush won some games filling in a few years ago with a team that was light years better than this bunch. Washington HC Quinn is licking his chops to beat Dallas after turning around their defense. As if he doesn't know how to scheme for Lamb or a geriatric Elliot or Rico Dowdle. I am looking to alt line Washington to 19.5. Big D. D as is Drubbing, because that is what we have seen from Dallas. Do not expect them to 'flip a switch' at the end of November and start winning. Monday night loss - short week on the road - home Thanksgiving vs NYG. I don't even if Cowboys fans will want to eat on Thursday after Monday and now Sunday's beat downs. Taking CAROLINA. Off a bye week, KC off big Bills game. Raiders on deck. Too many points even for a terrible Panthers team. Eyeing the over here also. (41.5 Sunday evening). 4* Money Maker CAROLINA PANTHERS

Going UNDER the total. Giants with a huge move releasing Daniel Jones. Then going not to their #2 or #3 QBs - but ole Tommy Cutlets. The guy won a few games. 6 TOs in 1 and 3 TOs in 2 others. You tell me today that TB turns it over 4 times, I see why NY wins. Tampa defense will allow nothing to this guy. 23-6. 4* Total Money UNDER Bucs/ Giants

Taking MIAMI. Dolphins offense has been turning things up since Tua has returned. 34-23-27-27. For me, time to buy a ticket on the Miami ride for some ATS covers. Patriots are not good. A couple tough wins sure. But Drake Maye is still a rookie. 4 INTs the last 3 games. Miami 9-1 ATS 8-2 SU last 10 in the series. 4* Money Maker MIAMI DOLPHINS

Taking the STEELERS. Uh. Short week, going with a road favorite vs a division rival. Look. You know I do my Look Ahead Lines Shows. This was a game I was taking before the Ravens game even ended. I had Baltimore - thought that would be a Baltimore win and Steelers get right beating a Browns team still looking like a ship without a rudder. Well. If BLT hit their FGs this is a different story. Same story out of Cleveland. What a disaster. That is 2 weeks in a row the Saints get teams that can't hit FGs and in the Browns case, look entirely lost. Home dog or not. And I love the coach, zero shot I grab Cleveland here even with the hook. I see that and this game to me is Steelers by 13. 4* Money Maker PITTSBURGH STEELERS

Going UNDER the total. I know the Bengals defense is bad. But the Chargers offense is a plodding mess. They will run like it is 1986. And even though the defense has looked good, nobody has scored 20, that has been vs some teams that don't have a QB like Burrow. Joe Cool with 24 TDs 4 INTs looks pretty good. That being said, Chargers will bring this game to down to the mud. 4* Total Money UNDER Bengals/ Chargers

Taking the RAVENS. All these games have been close ones. And the Steelers 7-1 SU in the last 8. I am a Lamar believer. Yes it is tough fading the Steelers the way they have been playing lately. I am shocked this hasn't come down with the Steelers dog numbers. 8-3-1 ATS as home dogs since 2021 with 8 outright wins. As much as I love my dog spots, this one screams to me to go opposite. * Money Maker BALTIMORE RAVENS

Going UNDER the total here. The Bears. I took a lot of heat on The X when I went on Sports Grid and said Chicago would 5, games, 7 tops. Fire the OC. The HC has been the problem! Packers defense will hold the Bears down. Bears OL a mess. Williams sacked 38 times. Green Bay off the bye week and a loss to Detroit before that. Worse case the Packers score 40 themselves. And we can still win 40-0! 4* Total Money UNDER Packers/ Bears

Taking the BROWNS. Uh. These guys. Time for them to get back to business. Off their bye week - OL getting healthy - Chubb getting back in to form. The teams loves the HC. They won't quit on him and are happy with the new QB. Saints get the fire the HC win, but barely since the Falcons missed FGs. 5* Best Bet CLEVELAND BROWNS

Going UNDER the total. Raiders are looking for a QB in the draft. Hello Sanders. Maybe a Sanders HC too. I can't see Vegas scoring more than 13 here. And as long as Tua plays like he has the last 3 weeks, that is 27 points for Miami, we are good with the under. Add in the short week and that might help slow things up a bit with a lack luster 1st half. 4* Money UNDER Raiders/ Miami

Taking the RAMS. Patriots off a nice road upset win. Rams off a bad home Monday Night loss. New England a miserable 2-12-1 ATS and 3-13 SU their last 16 home games. NE had the win in Chicago, a tough OT loss at Tennessee, and knocked off the lowly Jets in their last 3 games. None of those teams have a QB as good as the Rams (Sorry Rodgers, not counting the glory days) nor a HC. Bears look like they quit. Back to normal here. Rams with a 10 point win, Patriots with a loss. 4* Money Maker LA RAMS 

Taking the COLTS. Why the heck are the Jets favored? These guys are 1-3 SU/ATS last 4, 3-7 ATS on the year. Got blitzed in Arizona where they had extra time to prep and rest and maybe, salvage the season with winnable games ahead. Nope. Indy 7-3 ATS on the year. They don't quit. Change the QB. Sit the QB. We come to play, and we cover. 4* Money Maker INDIANAPOLIS COLTS 

Taking the RAMS. Miami has looked good in Tua's return. 27 points on the board in both games. But, still 3 straight losses. 6 losses in 7 games. Rams come in off OT win over Seattle. That is 3 straight in the win column for the home team. I will lean on Stafford and his banged up WRs before Tua and a banged up Hill. 4* Money Maker LA RAMS

Taking the LIONS. I know the Texans have extra prep off their Thursday night loss. Nico Collins should play. I don't think it matters even with Detroit off a big rivalry win at Green Bay. Lions are 7-1 ATS on the year, something like 44-18 ATS under Dan Campbell. The team has 28 TDs and 24 incompletions their last 6 games. I'm won't get in front of that train. If Houston wins, great. I won't be backing them here though. Jets sacked Stroud 8 times on Halloween. If the line plays like that again, this game is going to get out hand fast tonight. 4* Money Maker DETROIT LIONS

Taking the CHARGERS. Big number for a team that plays a boring running offense. LA does beat up on lesser teams. And the Titans fit that bill posting a 1-7 ATS mark. They won last week, in OT, beating a possibly worse team in the Patriots. No clue if Levis or Rudolph is behind center. Doesn't matter to me. (Will be on the Under also). I don't think the Titans score 13 points today. 14 at Detroit. 10 at Buffalo. 17 at Chicago. Somehow scored 31 at Miami. As I said - Chargers beat the bad teams. 26-8 over the Saints. 27-10 Cleveland. 26-3 Carolina. 22-10 Vegas. Heck 17-10 loss to KC and 20-10 loss to Pitt. The defense is there. Going UNDER the total. Titans are bad, but, they play defense. The Chargers also struggle a bit on offense vs a better defense. Where does the Tennessee offense come from? 14 at Detroit. 10 at Buffalo. 17 at Chicago. Somehow scored 31 at Miami. Charges offense - 26-8 over the Saints. 27-10 Cleveland. 26-3 Carolina. 22-10 Vegas. Heck 17-10 loss to KC and 20-10 loss to Pitt. The defense is there. Taking the FALCONS. Not excited about the Saints coaching change. I know this line has moved a bit now at 3.5. Is this line moved based on the loss to Carolina. The coach being canned. Or maybe, the Falcons offense will put up some points here and win this one by 10. Saints have dropped 7 in a row, 5 straight ATS losers to boot. Do we remember them dropping 47 on Carolina and 44 on Dallas? New Orleans is getting healthier sure. Does it matter? Cousins is getting healthier as the season progresses. He is getting in better sync with his weapons. They opened up with a 18-10 loss to the Steelers. No shame their. 1st game for their new QB freshly back from injury. They lost to KC in game where their WR was tackled before the ball hit him in the endzone for what should have been a game winning TD. And they lost to Seattle in a bad sandwich spot at home between a road win at Carolina and a road win at Tampa. Falcons 3-0 on the road - Cousins 7 TDs the last 3 weeks. 4* Money Maker ATLANTA FALCONS

Going UNDER. A pair of solid defense and questionable offenses. A pair of rookie QBs. Both teams near the bottom of Red Zone scoring attempts. Did I mention rookie QBs - oh. Bears 29th in passing, Patriots 32. I will be shocked if either team touches 20. 4* Total Money UNDER Patriots/ Bears

Taking the PATRIOTS. Do we even need a reason to fade the Bears? I have been fading these guys since Week 1. Look can the Bears cover this one? Sure. They have the better QB. But they have a trash HC. The defense is good. That being said, for them to allow Arizona, with 20 seconds on the clock, to run for a 53 yard TD? Then nothing, not a peep in the 2nd half. At least New England will show some heart. They won at Cincy 16-10. Lost to Seattle 23-20 OT. Lost to Miami 15-10. Beat the Jets. Lost at Tennessee in OT. Houston trucked them and SF and Jets got them. I don't think the Bears drop 40 here (Will also be on the Under today). 4* Money Maker NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS

Taking WASHINGTON. Steelers off their bye week and the better defense. But let's not discount the Washington defense. Take out the 30-23 loss to Baltimore. 22-15-7-13-14 in those 5 games. That is a little more than 14ppg. I know they have a short week with the Eagles on Thursday night. But at 7-2, Washington has not been taking anything for granted. Will also be on the Under in this one. 4* Money Maker WASHINGTON COMMANDERS

Will be going UNDER the total here. Also like Washington to win this thing. But to the UNDER. If we remove the Ravens game, and look at those other 5 games, Commies giving up just 14.2ppg. Steelers off their bye week, for me at least, not a real big offensive team. They are defense first. We know Tomlin has a solid record vs rookie QBs. But rookie QBs have been covering machines this year. Again. 14ppg allowed. We have seen Washington struggle a bit vs the better defenses they have faced. 4* Total Money UNDER Pitt/ Washington 

Going OVER the total. Line has moved a few points as I see 52.5 and even 53.5 out there. If you aren't comfortable with the big move, I would say Ravens Team Total Over.  Now. If you watch or listen to Look Ahead Lines you would have been down on this one at the early number. Even said it on Mid Day Money. We saw a wild 41-38 game a couple weeks ago. Cincy defense is still not a solid unit. Ravens will put up 30+ here at home. Baltimore 8-1 to the over this season, Cincy 6-3. Lamar is possibly on his way to another MVP. Henry hasn't lost a step. They should have at least 5 TDs between them with their feet and Lamar's arm.  Again. This is now around 53 - I have this game at 34/37 points for Baltimore - 20/23 points for the Bengals. 4* Total Money OVER Bengals/ Ravens

Taking TAMPA BAY.  KC clearly better even with Mahomes having more INTs (9) than TDs (8). Better QB + HC for sure. But Tampa is a tough group. Look. KC off the Raiders and have Denver on deck. They do get a banged up TB team that is also in a tough spot. Just a tough early schedule set up and their own set of injuries. But at this price, the backdoor should be open. They do put points on the board and KC usually plays down and doesn't care about covering.  4* Money Maker TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS 

Taking the RAMS. Man. Who had Geno leading the league in passing yards. Are the Jets kicking themselves for getting rid of him and Sam Darnold! Oh the Jets.. Anyway. Give me the Rams here. Seattle has beaten Denver with Bo Nix making his first NFL. Then went to New England and barely escaped. They get Miami with a backup QB isn't a back up QB. And the Falcons who were in a division sandwich spot. Not impressed.  Rams with extra rest following their Thursday win over the Vikings. 4* Money Maker LA RAMS

Taking ARIZONA. A never in doubt winner for us last week with Washington over the Bears. Chicago now 0-3 on the road. They face another QB who I think will give them a hard time. Arizona is a weird team. Beating San Fran. 20-13 loss to Detroit. Battle Bills on road. Lose to Washington badly. Crush the Rams. Who shows up? I think the good Cards show up. You know I have no love for Chicago and their HC and he hurts their rookie QB. Good defense at home is one thing. Pulling games out on the road as they found out last week, a different ball of wax. McBride and Harrison are a nice little combo for Murray and Arizona will get their 3rd straight win and 4th in 5 games. 4* Money Maker ARIZONA CARDINALS 

Taking the JAGUARS. I know - how do I take a team on 2-12 L14 with Trevor Lawrence behind center. Philly 1-12-1 ATS as 4.5 or more favorites though - that balances that puppy out! - Look. I am shocked Pederson hasn't been fired yet. Maybe the team rally's for him vs his old squad. But he is a man on a seat that is so hot it has burst into flames as he sits on it. Eagles with Cowboys on deck. Back door is how I am looking to cover this one. 4* Money Maker JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS

Going UNDER the total. Both teams off last second games. A 3rd straight win for Arizona, a gut wrenching loss for the Bears. Don't love rookie QBs on the road. Especially when I think their HC is absolute trash. But the defense is the real deal. We saw a 20-13 game vs the Lions here. We also saw a 41-10 game here by Arizona. Arizona does have a little defense. Bears have a lot of it. 4* Total Money UNDER Bears/ Arizona

Taking the BROWNS. We have seen this act before. Anyone but Watson behind center and this team comes alive. The OL is getting in shape, the team showed last week it hasn't quit. I know the defense hasn't been all that great, but the Chargers offense is nothing special. 4* Money Maker CLEVELAND BROWNS 

Taking the BRONCOS. I think we have the better defense in this one. And we are getting a nice chunk of points. I do like the Ravens. But the defense has been underwhelming to say the least. Easy to remember them blowing a lead here vs Vegas. How about last week's loss to Cleveland as a big road favorite. They give up points. 29-31-23-38 (10 somehow to Buffalo!) 25-26-27. Bo Nix with 8 TDs 1 INT the last 5 games. And 1 game, a 33-10 win, he didn't even throw a TD. Denver a tough little bunch. 4* Money Maker DENVER BRONCOS 

Going UNDER the total here. Even if Carr is the QB, are the Saints scoring 40? I don't think so. 8-10-27-13-24-12. That is what the offense has delivered. That opening 47-10 over these same Panthers and 44-19 over Dallas are distant memories. And Carolina. Their best game was after they benched Bryce and went with Andy in Vegas. 44? I might look to go under 34! 4* Total Money UNDER Saints/ Panthers

Taking the TEXANS. This line has moved to 2 since I added this (Diggs out). Hey - Sometimes we get good numbers posting early, today's game, not the case. Doesn't matter because at these prices it is obvious I think Houston wins the game. 1-2-10. Doesn't matter what the spread it. I am not running to back the Jets. This team has dropped 5 in a row. Do we think they show up just because they lost to the Patriots. Deep problems at the Meadowlands that aren't fixable on a short week. Diggs and Collins are out. Expect a steady diet of Joe Mixon. Tank Dell and Dalton Schultz should produce also. Rodgers led offense has been lack luster to say the least for the Jets. 22-15-20-17-9 points in their losing streak. Not sure they outscore the Texans tonight. 4* Money Maker HOUSTON TEXANS

Taking the STEELERS. Man. I told you in Look Ahead Lines while they were playing last week. Take Pitt now. I am sure you didn't listen. Too worried about a couple bucks for a NBA first basket prop. Well. Instead of -3.5, you have -6. I still think the Steelers take care of business. Jones has terrible prime time numbers, and the Pitt defense is always a formidable unit. But you always want the best number. New York somehow pulled a 29 point game out of their butts in Seattle. That isn't happening here. This team is exactly what you see. 10 points their last 2 games at home. 15 points vs Dallas. 18 vs Washington. 6 vs the Vikings. They have trouble scoring. You want an Under? I won't talk you off it. 23-16 seems about right. 4* Money Maker PITTSBURGH STEELERS 

Taking the COWBOYS. Season on the line here for Dallas.  Yeah. I said it. Off they bye week. You better bring the A+ game vs San Fran. Niners off loss to the Chiefs. They will be feisty. Dallas plenty of time to stew, and get a little healthy, off that 47-9 beat down at home to the Lions. San Fran is sitting at 3-4, and have been a favorite in every game. Safe to say, an underachieving bunch. But they have their own injury concerns. Dallas HC, I don't even like to type that clowns name, is on his way out. But you would think he can muster one last stand vs a team that has beat Dallas 3 straight times, twice in the playoffs. Line has moved here as well. Taking WASHINGTON. You know how I feel about this Bears team. And I do not care if Daniels is playing. Not taking Caleb as a favorite on the road. I think the HC is terrible. Washington has a good HC and OC. Marriota is a veteran who won't mess things up. 4* Money Maker WASHINGTON 

Taking the FALCONS. I said on Look Ahead Lines, and even the Monday Night Live show before the game, win or lose, Atlanta would be the look. Off a bad loss to Seattle (3 turnovers), they would be ready for Tampa on a short week. Ravens would bruise them up with the run game. Which they did. Losing their best WR also hurts the Bucs. These guys played 3 weeks ago. 30-30 heading to OT. But, Evans banged up. Godwin out. I think Falcons can cover this short number. 4* Money Maker ATLANTA FALCONS 

Taking the BENGALS. Philly 4-2 but can be 2-4. Cincy 3-4 can be 5-1. Home team. Better QB. I know the defense is a mess. But the Eagles are mess themselves. We have seen what their defense can do against a good QB. Love and GB put up 29. 22 from Cousins fresh off the IL on a new team. 33 to Baker. This is a good get right spot for Burrow and the offense. 4* Money Maker CINCINNATI BENGALS

 Taking the CARDINALS. I understand Harbaugh is a much better coach then Staley. But are we impressed with the Chargers? I lose betting Denver last week. For the record, in Denver games, I am a woefull 0-6! On them, against them, I can't get in groove. That being said. Beating Denver, Carolina and Vegas. Not powerhouse teams. I don't know if they can keep up if Murray gets in a rhythem. 163 ypg for Herbert. Really? 163. Cardinals a tough nut to crack. Get out to a lead in Buffalo. Crush the Rams. Battle the Lions in a rock fight 20-13. Lose to Washington at home. Beat Niners in San Fran. Forge they have a game in GB and down 24-0 before halftime. Taking the RAVENS. I know Tampa is home for a big Monday Nighter. I remember the Saints at home after a Hurricane wrecked New Orleans. Place was insane. And I am a Baker guy. We had TB to win the South last year at 10/1. We said to take them this year with everyone running to Cousins in Atlanta. That should be a good one next week here at Tampa vs the Falcons. Lamar and Henry really look like a great 1-2 punch right now. I also see where you want to take the home dogs based on Baltimore having division rival Cleveland on deck. But the Browns are not threatening to anyone right now.  Baker is leading the league in TD passing, 71% Completions. That sounds great. How about Lamar being 22-1 vs NFC teams? Normally, I would like, who cares. What have you done for me lately. But the Ravens are consistently have a 1 or 2 schedule. We will see just how good Baker is tonight as the Baltimore defense is allowing 59 rushing yards a game. 4* Money Maker BALTIMORE RAVENS

Going UNDER the total. Will keep this one nice and simple. Last time I saw CJ Stroud and the Texans on the road vs a good team, they were getting hammered 34-7 by another NFC team, the Minnesota Vikings. I like the GB defense. I think it is a good unit. The game in Brazil was odd - Minnesota is, I think, the real deal. Texans on the road, not scary. They had gone under in 4 of their first 5 before that scoring outburst in New England. Not expecting that here. 4* Total Money UNDER Texans/Packers

Taking the COLTS. Anthony Richardson getting the start. Not sure how I feel about that - but, if he stinks things up, we get Joe Flacco. Miami off bye week. Has anything been solved or improved in the QB room? I don't think so. 4* Money Maker INDIANAPOLIS COLTS 

Taking the GIANTS. Bengals continue to show zero defense. I am annoyed at myself for not grabbing the 5 or more when I did my LOOK AHEAD LINES show. Dumb. Giants at least plan defense. We can bad mouth Daniel Jones all we want - but Cincy has the much bigger problems. This is a team that is thought to get back to the Super Bowl with Joe Burrow. They play tough in losses to KC and Baltimore. Lose outright at home to the Patriots and Washington. Maybe Washington is half-way decent. Giants will put up a fight at home. Bengals with at trip to Cleveland on tap. Division rival more important than the G-Men. 4* Money Maker NEW YORK GIANTS

Going OVER the total here. I think we see a high scoring game here in Atlanta. Cousins seems to finding his footing in his new offense. Seattle defense is rested off their Lions defeat. 3 Straight losses for Seattle, 3 straight wins for the Falcons. Helps when you are putting up over 33ppg as Atlanta has done in those wins. But this is a tough spot with a trip to Tampa on deck. Seattle possible in a 'must win' type game with the way they have played. Atlanta defense is average at best - 20-30-24-22-21 points allowed - 18 to Pitt, who settled for 6 FGs. Another team may have had a TD or 2. In this spot, I expect 24-30 from Seattle. We should be staring at a game in the mid 50s. 4* Total Money OVER Seattle/ Falcons 

Going UNDER the total here. I want to pull the trigger on the lowly Browns as well. Should be getting some OL help here on Sunday. Also, a Chubb sighting at RB. That will help Watson who has been brutal this year. But you can't throw when you are on your back. With Chubb back, I expect the run game to be center stage here. Cleveland has not scored more than 18 points in a game this year. And that 18 got them a win, 18-13 at Jacksonville. But my oh my - 16-13-16-15-17 points scored. I am sure you hear WR Amari Cooper was sent packing. If I lose this with Browns scoring 20 or more, it is because the Yanks have moved on to the World Series and the City of Cleveland needs hope. 4* Total Money UNDER Bengals/ Browns 

Going UNDER the total. Another England game for the Jags. If they give up 35 like last week, I think we have a coach firing on Monday in Jacksonville. So off that poor game, and a rookie QB making just his 2nd start, we go Under. Now - this didn't help last week as Caleb and the Bears had their way with the Jags defense. But the Patriots offense is not that talented. A bounce back spot for the Jags, sure. A game with a team scoring 30+, no. 4* Total Money UNDER Patriots/ Jaguars

Taking DENVER. Well - back to the Broncos. Like a sicko with this team. Short week. HC facing his old franchise, and with the better defense. Saints defense looked horrible last week giving up 51. Now - Bo Nix might be good one day, he is not all that great today. That being said, he is better than Spencer Rattler right now. Denver does have a defense. We saw them win AT Tampa and New York. Same Baker and Tampa that just scored 51. So  yes, I am high on Broncos defense. Olave is probably out here also for Saints offense (concussion) so I can't see him suiting up on a short week. This game will probably be close until Rattler makes his mistakes and Denver gets ahead by 10 late. 4* Money Maker DENVER BRONCOS

Taking the BRONCOS. I can;t believe I am back on these guys. Crushed me twice to start the years as dogs. Then I fade them 2 in a row and they win b2b road games. Then I take the Raiders vs them last week, Another loser! I should have my head examined. I thought the defense was for real to start. I liked the team enough to bet them out of the gate. And why are the Chargers road favorites? Off a bye week? Denver has beaten them 3 straight times. Chargers have wins vs Carolina and the Raiders. Denver better than both. 4* Money Maker DENVER BRONCOS 

Taking TAMPA. Well. Another game this season where we appear to be in a good spot with the line. Bucs now a fave with Spencer Rattler getting the start behind center. We have had other games like this, doesn't mean it is a winner. Tampa with some extra rest, but with a Hurricane destroying their city. Saints off a short week vs the Chiefs. Defense on the field a long time. Baker quietly having a very good year with 11 TDs and just 2 INTs. 4* Money Maker TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS

Taking the EAGLES. Line on the move. I'll tell you what. If Philly doesn't come out of their bye and take it to this team, I don't think the coach lasts the season, Browns have OL problems. Watson has been sacked 18 times. Tough to pass when you are on your back. Eagles have lost 10 of their last 13 games! I thought they made a Super Bowl with this QB? 4* Money Maker PHILADELPHIA EAGLES

Taking the TITANS. Yikes. How the heck are these guys going off as favorites? I guess a big MNF win at Miami and a bye week gets you a little boost with the bookmakers. Do I think the Colts are a better team? Yes. Does that mean they win? No. Colts defense is a bad unit. Titans have the best defense in the league. If they can get anything going on offense and keep Levis from throwing pick sixes, this should be a home team win. 4* Money Maker TENNESSEE TITANS 

Taking SEATTLE. Both teams off terrible home losses. San Fran continues to be listed as favorites and they clearly are a different team without CMC. They blew a big lead at home and now short week travel to Seattle. Seattle is off their own horrific loss. Giants at least led most of the game. The game tying FG gets blocked and return for a TD with makes this loss even more brutal. No rest for the weary. Geno Smith needs a good game here. I think this one is going to be decided late. Give me the home dogs 4* Money Maker SEATTLE SEAHAWKS 

Taking the SAINTS. Not a huge lover of this team. But, how do we trust KC? I know what you are thinking. Higgs - KC is 3-1 ATS! Easy money. I'm not buying it. They have been playing with fire in all their games. Could have 3 losses. That will cost them a win down the road for sure, but absolutely will cost them a cover, and that is an absolute fact. KC with a bye next week. Saints short week with division rival Tampa Sunday. But they are off 2 brutal close losses to the Falcons and Eagles. Even if they don't win outright, you expect a very good game to atone for the last 2 weeks gaffs. 4* Money Maker NEW ORLEANS SAINTS

Going UNDER the total. I think the KC is more a defense first than offense, even with the great Mahomes at QB. Pacheco Out. Rice Out. Kelce Old. Solid Saints defense. For the Saints. Their OL vs a tough DL. Kimara banged up. David Carr at QB who they have plenty of film on. I this one is 23-20. 4* Total Money UNDER Saints/ Chiefs

Taking the STEELERS. I told you back in August on the Mid Day Money Previews that this Dallas team was an Under play. Bad OL. No running game. Well now to add to that, the defense loses it's two top players. Looks like their #2 WR is out. And oh, if you haven't noticed, oh I don't know the last 30 years - the Steelers always have a good defense. How about this that I read. Dallas allowed 1.1 yards per rush vs Giants on Thursday Money 24 rushes 26 yards. Great job Defense! Dallas still last in rushing defense. But when you allow 190 to the Saints and 250 yards rushing to the Ravens, a super game still doesn't help! And they can't run the ball either. So let's have the Pitt defense pin their ears back and come full throttle on Dak. Maker PITTSBURGH STEELERS

Going UNDER the total. Rams defense is bad yes. But I can't see GB putting up 34-40 here. I think this one is 30-10 or something along those lines. 4* Total Money UNDER Packers/ Rams

Taking the RAIDERS. I swear. I mean it this time. No more Denver games. Had them in Games 1 + 2 as dogs.. Losers.. Faded them on the road last 2 weeks. Losers.. Now they are favored after b2b road wins with a QB who has 1 TD and 4 INTs. Their top rushing is averaging 34 yards a game!! I know Vegas has issues. But maybe with no drama they rally a bit. Again. Denver as a favorite. No thanks. Raiders can run the ball, and the defense is not that bad. They won without Adams and Crosby last week, I think they do it again. 4* Money Maker LAS VEGAS RAIDERS

Taking CAROLINA. My first bet of the new week. You know there is no way we are laying with a rookie QB. Especially on a team like the Bears with a terrible HC. Andy Dalton is not the long term answer in Carolina. But the locker room respects him. They can beat other bad teams with him leading the charge. At more than a FG, Panthers were the only way I was looking. Also, believe it or not, leaning to the Over in this one. 4* Money Maker CAROLINA PANTHERS

Taking the VIKINGS. Huge edge at HC with O'Connell over Saleh. Heck we can toss in Brian Flores also. Darnold has be great and Minny is rolling right now. Denver sacked Rodgers 5 times last week. I think this defense is even better. Coming off a game where you score 9 points and lose at home to a rookie QB and the defense is suppose to be your strength. Yeah good luck across the pond vs a much better team with no turmoil, which is exactly what is starting to brew in New York. Jets might be looking for a new HC soon. Better coach. Better defense. Better offense. I think Minnesota wins by 2 scores. 4* Money Maker MINNESOTA VIKINGS

Going UNDER the total here. Tampa defense looking pretty good so far this season. Just a weird, bad loss to Denver. But a nice win at Detroit. Took care of Philly again. If you are holding those teams to 16 points, I think you do the same here even on short week. Had the Falcons last week. Win loss Push. Not a good outcome. They had no right winning that one. Muff punt TD. Pick 6. 58 yard FG. Come on. These guys scored 10 vs the Steelers. Pulled out a miracle win out in Philly, a TD with 30 seconds left (22 points). I think they got hosed vs KC. But still - 17 points. Offense is still a work in progress. 4* Total Money UNDER Bucs/ Falcons

Going UNDER the total. Chiefs offense to me, not clicking. Rice and Worthy looked awesome in Week 1. But I have not been impressed lately. Add in no Pacheco. KC has been a defensive team the last couple years anyway. Chargers a run first team and it doesn't matter who the QB is. SNF long flight cross country for KC. LAC home off battle in Pitt and 2 roadies. Screams under to me. 4* Total Money UNDER Chiefs/ Chargers

Taking the CHIEFS. I often say to watch my Look Ahead Lines Show. Here is another spot where we are ahead of the number - NOW - we have been ahead of the number with the Chiefs vs Cincy at -3.5 and that didn't pay off. Or the Colts +4 and closing at -2.5 at Green Bay. Doesn't mean we win them all. But over the long haul, the better number should get us to the window. Even at 7 I think KC should cover. I know they play down to teams. They just want to win and move on. But we have yet to see a good game from KC. They could be 0-3 on the year. Chargers have some problems right now with overall health. Like the Under also here. 4* Money Maker KC CHIEFS

Taking MINNESOTA. Joran Love should be back for the Packers, but I still like the points and the dog here. After a pair of underdog wins their last 2 (Colts/Titans), they are now favored. Enter the Vikings who are giving up just 10 points a game (7-17-6). The Brian Flores defense looks pretty good. These guys look for real considering they were picked for last in the NFC North. If this was a 100% Love, then maybe this is a stay away. But everything we've seen from the Vikings so far tells me they can compete, and possible win this one outright. 4* Money Maker MINNESOTA VIKINGS

Taking the JETS. Simple handicap for me. Denver and Bo Nix off a huge road win as big dogs. This is the Broncos 3rd road game in 3 weeks! Yes. NFL dogs of 5 or more have been covering machines. Jets are not going to be overlooking any team. The entire league just watched Washington knock off Cincy. As I said way back in Week 1 - the Jets are Super Bowl or bust. They have a little extra rest off beating the Patriots on Thursday which helps. I think we see New York play their best game of the young season this afternoon. No back to back road upsets for Denver. 4* Money Maker NEW YORK JETS

Taking the RAMS. I know that LA comes in off a huge win over the Niners. But there is no way that I am taking the Bears as a favorite. I should have covered with the Titans in Week 1. The Bears win and cover without doing anything on offense. They have done nothing on offense. I have the better HC by a mile. I have a better QB by a mile. Bears defense is solid, I get it. But we are dogs here and don't have to cover a number. Give me the visitors. 4* Money Maker LA RAMS

Taking TAMPA BAY here. Eagles dominate the stats vs the Saints and eked out a win. I think their HC is out sooner rather than later. Banged up on the OL. Missing WRs. Tampa beat these guys last year in the playoffs when Philly came in floundering. Now Tampa is off a bad loss to a rookie QB. Bounce back time as a home dog. Taking the FALCONS. Saints were totally dominated last week. Don't look at that final score. Philly rushed for 172 yards, threw for nearly 300. New Orleans is banged up with Olave and Kimara dinged. Look. Falcons probably should have won on Sunday night. You would think, at home, and your receiver being tackled in the endzone before the ball arrives you would get a flag. But, alas. KC and Mahomes. Falcons were moving the ball well before getting away from the run in the 2nd half. Not the case here. I thing Bijan and Allgeier get the job done. Cousins is finding his groove with Mooney and London. Maybe some favorable home team calls after last week. Atlanta should win this one by more than a FG. 4* Money Maker ATLANTA FALCONS 

Taking the JAGUARS. Jags 0-2 and as Yogi Berra said - It is getting late early, or something like that! - I mean. Losing by 3 at Miami and a tough 5pt loss to the Browns. Can we get mad losing to a couple teams that are probably playoff teams? (Miami was before Tua hurt). Desperation mode perhaps? I'm taking the points. I can hear the masses. Going UNDER the total. Falcons appear to be still looking for their offense. The defense for me is a strong point for KC. I think they shut down Atlanta - who, is on a short week and needed everything in the tank to pull out a late win at Phily. For as great as the KC hype is, they could be 0-2! The Toe vs the Ravens. A PI call to get past Cincy. No Pacheco. Mahomes has as many TDs as INTs (3/3). 4* Total Money UNDER Chiefs/ Falcons

Taking MIAMI - TERRIBLE NUMBER Yes - but, if you watch my Look Ahead Lines Show, you would know why we are this one early. Seattle home vs Denver, road to NE, back home for Miami. While Miami would have extra prep and rest off Thursday Night Football. Well, losing your starting QB was not what I was hoping for. But also wasn't counting on an OT game either in NE. Still the dogfight I though it would be. Time for the ol' next man up for the Dolphins. Skylar Thompson has been in the system 3 years, and again, some extra prep time. Plenty of weapons to help him out at WR and at RB. Pretty much a step up game talent wise for Seattle as well. Denver and the Patriots don't have the kind of skill guys that Miami has. 4* Money Maker MIAMI DOLPHINS

Taking the COLTS. We are back for the trifecta on the Colts. +2.5 miracle in Week 1.. +4.5 loser in Week 2 when they went off as a favorite. I have been anti-Bears all off season. Not changing now. I know people think Caleb is the best thing since puffed rice. Guy wouldn't even list to CJ Stroud at midfield the Sunday night. What a child - let's add in their garbage HC. Bears have 1 offensive touchdown and Williams has been sacked 7 times. Somehow, they are 1-1 (we had the Titans +4.5!) and 2-0 ATS. I know Anthony Richardson is still in his growing pains stage. But we have seen flashes from him and, more importantly, WINS. Richardson and Jonathan Taylor should be able to score on this defense. Now that Bryce Young is benched, Caleb is the worse QB in the league after 2 weeks. 4* Money Maker INDIANAPOLIS COLTS

Taking the VIKINGS. I'll grab the home dog even off a huge win over the Niners. Texans a good team - but, the world saw them win on Sunday Night. There was already a lot of hype on Stroud and Houston to start. Yet - this line has dropped. As much as this could be a bad spot for Minny, how about Houston. Big win Week 1 at Indy. SNF win at home.
