TCU vs. Baylor Betting Preview
TCU has hit the toughest part of their schedule and they have lost three of their last four games. After winning three of their first four games, they have been beaten by Oklahoma, West Virginia and then by Texas Tech in OT last week. In their first five games they averaged 43.4 points a game but less than 20 points a game in their last three. Only a one point win over Kansas has kept them from having a four game losing streak.
Baylor lost it’s first game of the season last week to Texas on a field goal with just 46 seconds to play. They have a well balanced team both on offense and defense. They are ranked fourth in the country averaging 560 yards a game and fourth rushing averaging 299 yards a game. They average over 42 points a game while their defense which is ranked 20th in points allowed gives up less than 20 a game.
The oddsmakers opened up with Baylor as a nine point favorite but it has been bet down to 7.5 while the total is sitting at 70. According to Covers.com Consensus Analysis 57% of the public think the Bears at home will cover the spread and 86% of the public believe points will be a dime a dozen and are behind the over.
