12-04-21 | Spurs v. Warriors UNDER 218.5 | 112-107 | Loss | -110 | 7 h 39 m | Show
The San Antonio Spurs are 7-13 S/U and 11-9 ATS on the season. They have a 8-9-3 O/U record too. The Spurs have won three straight games and covered all three also. They are 0-2-1 O/U during that short win span. The Spurs are now 3-12-1 O/U in their last 16 road games. They are also 3-9-1 their last 13 games playing on one day rest. The 19-3 Golden State Warriors rebounded from only their third loss of the year with a win in the 2nd of the back-to-back spot with the Suns, 118-96. That was also the team's fifth straight under game. The Warriors are now 6-16 O/U on the season and 4-9 O/U at home. I like the UNDER here tonight.
12-02-21 | Bucks v. Raptors UNDER 215.5 | 93-97 | Win | 100 | 7 h 1 m | Show
Milwaukee improved to 14-8 S/U, but dropped to 10-12 ATS after coming from behind to beat Charlotte last night, 127-125. The Bucks trailed for most of the game before a late rally caught the Hornets and then won in the last seconds. That extended their winning streak to eight straight games while they are 4-4 ATS during that span. After such a rough game last night, they have to travel to Toronto tonight for the second of a back-to-back spot here. The Bucks are 7-17 O/U in their last 24 times they have played with no rest. They are also 6-13 O/U in their last 19 overall games. Toronto is 9-13 S/U and 8-14 ATS on the season. The Raptors are 0-3 both S/U and ATS in their last three games and have a 1-2 O/U mark in that span. These teams have gone under in seven of the last eight meetings and five of the last seven at Toronto. I'll take the UNDER here tonight with what is likely a tired Milwaukee club.
11-30-21 | Warriors v. Suns UNDER 222 | 96-104 | Win | 100 | 10 h 50 m | Show
Golden State continues to show they are the frontrunner right now as the best team in the NBA as they are 18-2 S/U and 16-4 ATS on the season. The Warriors have won and covered seven straight games as they travel tonight to Phoenix to take on the Suns. The Warriors are also 7-1 S/U and 6-2 ATS on the road and outscoring their hosts by a 109.9 to 100.6 margin. As good as the Warriors are, the Suns are right behind them at 17-3 S/U and 11-9 ATS on the season. The Suns have won 16-straight games and are 10-6 ATS during that span. This looks to be a great game in the Western conference tonight. For me I'm taking the UNDER here tonight. The Warriors are 0-6 O/U in their last six road games against a winning home club. They are also 2-7 O/U in their last nine games overall. But what sways me most is that eight of the last nine meetings between these teams have gone UNDER and 19 of the last 26 in Phoenix have gone under. Enjoy the game, take the UNDER.
11-30-21 | Knicks v. Nets UNDER 216.5 | 110-112 | Loss | -105 | 7 h 21 m | Show
The NY Knicks are 11-9 S/U and 9-11 ATS so far this season. They are also just 7-13 Over/Under on the season. On the road, the Knicks are 6-3 S/U and 5-4 ATS and 2-7 O/U. Their road games are averaging 209.4 ppg this season. The Knicks are coming off a win, cover and under at Atlanta, 99-90. That makes nine of their last 10 games will have gone UNDER. The Brooklyn Nets are 14-6 S/U, 8-11-1 ATS and 9-11 O/U on the season. The Nets are 6-4 S/U, 3-6-1 and 3-7 O/U at home with their games at home averaging just 210.7 ppg. We see a 216.5 total on this game tonight and that's at least 6 points too high, more going by my own number. I'll take the UNDER tonight.
11-24-21 | Raptors v. Grizzlies OVER 217.5 | 126-113 | Win | 100 | 8 h 55 m | Show
Toronto Raptors are 8-10 S/U and 7-11 ATS to start the season. The Raptor are also 10-8 O/U on the season with their games averaging 211.6 ppg. They hit the road today for this contest at Memphis. They are 6-4 S/U and ATS on the road with an average of 210.4 ppg scored. The Raptors have gone over in five of their last six games and are 4-1 O/U in four of their last five road games. The Grizzlies are 9-8 S/U and 10-7 ATS on the season. Their games have averaged 225 ppg. At home the Grizzlies are 6-3 S/U and ATS with a average total of 227.8 ppg. Memphis has gone over in their last four games and are 15-6 O/U in their last 21 Wednesday games. I'll take the OVER here today.
11-13-21 | Wolves v. Clippers UNDER 220.5 | 102-129 | Loss | -103 | 12 h 43 m | Show
Unders seem to be the early trend thus far in the NBA as they outnumber the overs. And, the oddsmakers are adjusting their numbers down as we are seeing every day. The Minnesota T'Wolves snapped their six game losing streak last night in LA against the Lakers, 107-83 with the game going way under the 223 total. Now they face the Clippers for the their time this year. In the two previous games at Minnesota they lost both games S/U and ATS with one going under the other over. The Clippers played on Thursday and beat Miami, 112-109 for their sixth straight win. The Clippers are 5-6 O/U on the season. The Wolves are 4-12 O/U in their last 16 games. The last four meetings between these teams in LA have gone UNDER and that's what I look for again here on Saturday. Play UNDER.
11-12-21 | Bulls v. Warriors OVER 222 | 93-119 | Loss | -106 | 9 h 33 m | Show
A pair of top NBA teams meet here on Friday evening as the Golden State Warriors host the Chicago Bulls. The Bulls are also 8-3 ATS on the season with a 3-1 S/U and ATS road record. The Bulls have won two straight games over Dallas and Brooklyn. The Warriors are having an excellent season at 10-1 S/U and 8-3 ATS thus far. The Warriors only loss coming at home to Memphis back on Oct 28th, 101-104. This team scores too, 120 or more points in each of their last four games. They average 115.9 ppg on the season and 116.1 ppg at home. Both of these teams can put up the points and I'm looking for a high scoring game tonight. Play OVER.
11-02-21 | Kings v. Jazz OVER 221.5 | 113-119 | Win | 100 | 9 h 4 m | Show
The Sacramento Kings are 3-3 S/U and ATS on the young season after losing at Dallas last time out, 99-105. The Kings had a 2-game win streak snapped by the Mavs. The King are averaging 109 ppg on the season and allowing 111.8 ppg. They are averaging a bit more on the road at 111.5 ppg while allowing 110.5. Utah looks to be on track for another good season as they have started 5-1 S/U and ATS. Their only setback thus far was on October 30th at Chicago, 99-107 as a 3.5-point dog. The Jazz are averaging 111.2 ppg while allowing 98.3 ppg. Those numbers are bit better at home where they average 114.5 and allow 98 points. I like the over tonight. I expect Utah to get close to or over 115 points, which means we only need around 107 out of the Kings. Lets take the OVER.
10-30-21 | Nuggets v. Wolves UNDER 220.5 | 93-91 | Win | 100 | 10 h 24 m | Show
Denver Nuggets are 3-2 S/U and 2-3 ATS to start their season. The Nuggets not scoring many points, with just 110 their high and the other three games at 106 or fewer points. They average just 103 ppg this season and allow even fewer at 98 ppg. They are coming off a game last night at home with a lopsided win over Dallas, 106-75. They have held four of their five opponents to under 100 points. The Minnesota Timberwolves are off to a 3-1 S/U and 2-2 ATS start. They have seen all four of their games go UNDER as they have allowed just 102.5 ppg this season. Denver playing the 2nd of a back-to-back spot here tonight will have them slowing the tempo even more then they have this year. I'll take the UNDER tonight.
10-28-21 | Pistons v. 76ers UNDER 213 | 102-110 | Win | 100 | 7 h 8 m | Show
The Detroit Pistons take on the Philadelphia 76ers in a Eastern Conference matchup here tonight. Both teams nursing injuries with the Pistons' F Jermai Grant questionable tonight with a elbow. He's averaging 16.5 ppg in two games thus far. The Sixers could be without F Joel Embiid, who has a knee injury. These two players absence will put a damper on scoring. The Pistons have seen 11 of their last 15 games go under when they have been a dog. The Sixers are 1-7 O/U in their last eight games overall and 0-4 O/U in their last four home games. I'll look to take the UNDER here tonight.
10-27-21 | Heat v. Nets UNDER 218 | 106-93 | Win | 100 | 6 h 45 m | Show
The Brooklyn Nets sure not playing up to the Nets standard of late year. The Nets are 2-2 both S/U and ATS. But what concerns me most is their scoring. They went from one of the highest scoring teams in the NBA last year to going under in all four of their games so far this year. This could be in part to the absence of guard Kyrie Irving who has yet to play because of Covid vaccine issues with the state. Their points for is a very low 104.3 ppg while they are allowing 109.3 ppg. In their two home games they have averaged just 99.5 ppg. They take on a Miami Heat team tonight that is 2-1 S/U and ATS on the season. The Heat have gone under in two of their three games including last game vs Orlando, 107-90. The Heat have held their three opponents to just 95.7 ppg. As long as the Nets continue to show this low scoring average and the Heat are a decent defensive team, I'll stick with the UNDER.
10-23-21 | Heat v. Pacers OVER 222.5 | 91-102 | Loss | -115 | 3 h 17 m | Show
Miami Heat playing their second game of the season here on Saturday night. The Heat opened the season with a blowout win over defending NBA Champion, Milwaukee, 137-95. The Heat hit 53.1% from the field and 42.9% from the 3-point arc. Meanwhile, the Pacers play their third game of the season tonight. They opened with a narrow loss at Washington, 134-135 and then lost their next game at Charlotte, 122-123. Two narrow losses with both games going over. These teams are both hot right out of the shoot on offense and now they face each other. I'll take the OVER here tonight.
10-20-21 | Rockets v. Wolves OVER 229.5 | 106-124 | Win | 100 | 9 h 20 m | Show
Both these clubs begin their respective seasons tonight. Houston Rockets have a very young team and with that not much expected of them during a rebuild. Minnesota had a poor year last season, despite having four players that averaged 19 ppg. Karl-Anthony Towns was the guy last year in Minnesota, averaging 24.8 ppg. The Rockets were a pretty good over team last year, finishing the season on a 7-1 o/u run. This series has also been an over series with 12 of the last 16 meetings in Minnesota going over. I'll take a small shot here tonight on the OVER.
07-14-21 | Suns v. Bucks OVER 220.5 | 103-109 | Loss | -109 | 10 h 2 m | Show
Game four of the NBA Finals as the Milwaukee Bucks look to even this series at 2-2 here on Wednesday. The Bucks made some adjustments in game three and they paid off big. Milwaukee won game three 120-100. The Bucks fell behind 25-28 after one quarter but used a 35-17 2nd quarter to get the lead and cruised the rest of the way. I expect the Suns to be more focused here on Wednesday. However, I still believe Milwaukee will win this game, though not by the game three margin. Home court means a lot in this series and this one is looking more and more like a 7-game series. As for the total, game three just got under by two-points, but it looked like an over all along. The Suns are 4-0-1 O/U/P in their last five games. The Bucks are also 4-0-1 O/U/P their last five games. In addition, the Bucks are 16-4-2 O/U/P their last 22 games vs a team with a winning S/U record. I'm going to take the OVER here tonight.
07-11-21 | Suns v. Bucks UNDER 222.5 | 100-120 | Win | 100 | 7 h 35 m | Show
Game three of the NBA Championships moves to Milwaukee as the Bucks are down 0-2 after a couple of double digit losses in Phoenix. The Bucks have their collective backs up against the wall here as they can ill afford to go down 0-3 here tonight. The Bucks got Giannas back for game two but that didn't help much as they still couldn't solve the Suns. Now they return home and that means a must win here tonight. The Bucks are 3-7 Ov/Un in their last 10 home games. They are also 2-6-1 O/U/P in their last nine playoff games as a favorite. Five of the last seven meetings between these teams in Milwaukee have gone UNDER. That's what I'm taking tonight. UNDER.
07-06-21 | Bucks v. Suns OVER 218.5 | Top | 105-118 | Win | 100 | 22 h 30 m | Show |
Game one of the NBA Finals has the Milwaukee Bucks facing off against the Phoenix Suns. The main news for Bucks fans is the health of start player, Giannis Antetokounmpo, who hasn't played since game 4 of the Atlanta Hawks series. Currently, Antetokounmpo, is listed as "doubtful" in the injury report with his knee issues. Even without Antetokounmpo, the Bucks won the final two games of their series with the Hawks. The Suns look to be healthy as guard Chris Paul is probable with a hand injury. Milwaukee makes its first NBA finals appearance since 1974 and the Suns since 1993. I'll be looking at the over here tonight. Even though the Suns are considered a very good defensive team, they are 14-6 O/U in their last 20 games as a favorite. The Bucks are 16-5-1 O/U/P their last 22 games against a team with a winning straight-up record. The last four meetings between these clubs have seen all four go over. And, the last five in Phoenix has seen four of the five go over. Tonight, take the OVER.
06-29-21 | Bucks v. Hawks UNDER 219 | Top | 88-110 | Win | 100 | 7 h 18 m | Show |
Game four of the Eastern Conference Championship tonight has the Atlanta Hawks with their backs against the wall after dropping the last two games. The Hawks took game one and then lost games two and three. They can even things tonight but may have to do so without their star player in Trae Young. Young has an ankle injury and is questionable for tonight's contest. The loss of Young could mean 25.3 points per game they have to make up for. The Bucks finally seem to be playing up to their potential the last few games. The Hawks have just 102 and 91 points in their last two games. Milwaukee is 1-5-1 O/U/P in their last seven games as a favorite. The Hawks are 1-6 O/U in their last seven overall. Can't see the Hawks getting many points here tonight if Young doesn't play. I'll take the UNDER.
06-28-21 | Clippers v. Suns OVER 212.5 | Top | 116-102 | Win | 100 | 4 h 6 m | Show |
Game five here tonight from Phoenix as the Suns can wrap things up with a win as they lead 3-1. Kwahi Leonard will miss again tonight for the Clippers wit his knee injury. The last game was a very poor offensive showing by both teams as the final came in at 84-80 Phoenix. I already see oddsmaker and bettors pushing this total down to now around 212. Considering they have already had 220 totals, this is a big drop. For me, I'm looking for a return to normalcy tonight as both teams get back to some scoring. I'm going against the bettors and the oddsmaker here and taking the OVER.
06-27-21 | Bucks v. Hawks UNDER 224.5 | 113-102 | Win | 100 | 9 h 35 m | Show
After stealing game one against the Milwaukee bucks, the Atlanta Hawks had a horrid game two, losing 91-125. Now they return to their home court State Farm Arena for game three with the series tied 1-1. The Bucks put together a complete game two, something we haven't seen from them in these playoffs. Good news for the Hawks is that whether they lost by 1-point or 25-points, it's still just one loss and they are tied in the series. This is a key game for Atlanta as they need to stop the team they saw in game two. The Bucks are 2-6-1 O/U in their last nine games. Atlanta is 1-5 O/U in their last six games. And, the last seven meetings between these clubs has seen five go under. The Hawks don't want to get into a shootout here today. I'll take the UNDER.
06-25-21 | Hawks v. Bucks UNDER 225.5 | 91-125 | Win | 100 | 8 h 48 m | Show
Game two of the Eastern Conference finals has the Hawks leading 1-0 after stealing game one in Milwaukee, 116-113. That also snapped a four game under streak for the Hawks. Ever since Nate McMillan took over as coach for the Hawks they have been an amazing team. Still, the oddsmaker gives them little respect here today as the line is once again 7 to 8 points on the Bucks. Trae Young was amazing in game one, hitting for 48-points. Milwaukee has also been a good under team in these playoffs, with a 2-5-1 O/U/P record in their last eight games. Tonight, all pressure is off the Hawks as they would gladly go back to Atlanta having taken at least one game. I'm going to stick with the trends between these teams as four of the last five in this series have gone UNDER. Play the Under tonight.
06-23-21 | Hawks v. Bucks UNDER 226 | Top | 116-113 | Loss | -107 | 9 h 46 m | Show |
The Atlanta Hawks put a shock into Vegas Sports books with their win over No 1 Philly in their last series. Both teams won in seven games to advance to these Eastern Conference finals. The Bucks needed a thrilling OT win over the Nets to advance here tonight. The Atlanta Hawks have now defeated the top two defenses in the NBA. The Hawks are 35-15 S/U and 31-18-1 ATS since Nate McMillian took over as coach of Atlanta. The Bucks used a very good defense to shutdown one of the best offensive teams in the NBA in the Nets. Atlanta allowed just 101.5 ppg over their last four games and going well under the posted total. They should have little trouble holding this Milwaukee team down too. Take the UNDER.
06-20-21 | Clippers v. Suns UNDER 220.5 | 114-120 | Loss | -110 | 5 h 24 m | Show
Game one of the NBA Western Conference Finals has the Phoenix Suns hosting the LA Clippers. The Suns are the 2-seed while the Clippers are the 4-seed. LA needed to rally from a 0-2 deficit to beat Utah in seven games. And they did this without their star player in Kawhi Leonard who was out since game four of the Utah series. Both teams will be without their star players here today. Leonard will miss game one with that knee injury. Chris Paul will miss for the Suns as he sits out with Covid-19 protocols. Suns one of the best defensive teams in the NBA and without two big offensive weapons, I look for this game to go UNDER.
06-16-21 | Clippers v. Jazz UNDER 221.5 | 119-111 | Loss | -105 | 11 h 34 m | Show
Clippers and Jazz play game five of their semifinal best of seven series here today from Utah. LA tied up the series with a pair of home wins at Staple's Center. Now the venue returns to Utah where the Jazz won the first two games. Problem is that the Clippers will be without one half of their potent duo as Kawhi Leonard is expected to miss tonight's contest with a knee injury. Leonard and Paul George combined for 62 points in their game four win. The Jazz could see the return of start veteran guard Mike Conley, who has been nursing a hamstring injury. He is officially questionable for tonight's contest. For me, if Leonard isn't playing then this will be the Utah Jazz show tonight. Utah was -2 or -2.5 when Leonard was playing and shot up to around -7 without him. That for me is too much of a jump, so I'll just stick with the UNDER here tonight.
06-15-21 | Bucks v. Nets UNDER 217.5 | 108-114 | Loss | -110 | 24 h 6 m | Show
Game five of this best of seven Eastern Conference final has the venue switching back to Brooklyn. The Nets won the first two games in convincing fashion, 115-107 and 125-86. Then had to go back to Milwaukee where the Bucks took game three (83-86) and then game four (96-107) to even the series. All four games have gone Under. What were two of the highest scoring teams in the NBA have done little to come close to an over. We've seen this total open at 239, then to 238, 235, 229 the last game and here today we see a total of 219 bet down to 217. One big reason is that the Nets will be without two thirds of their BIG THREE!. James Harden (hamstring) and Kyrie Irving (Ankle) are both listed as OUT for this game. That's 51.7 ppg that they will be missing. The way this series has gone and now without these two big players, I'm sticking with the under again. Play UNDER.
06-13-21 | Nets v. Bucks UNDER 228.5 | 96-107 | Win | 100 | 3 h 11 m | Show
The Brooklyn Nets and Milwaukee Bucks had a rare low scoring affair in game three as neither team looked very sharp in the Bucks win, 86-83. The Bucks didn't get the cover though as most numbers were 3.5 on Milwuakee. Still, the Bucks were lucky to survive as they trailed 83-80 last in the fourth before take a 84-83 lead with 11 seconds left. A Nets three-point miss led to a pair of foul shots and the final 86-83 Milwaukee win. Sunday the Nets could have James Harden back who has not played since the opening minute of game one with a hamstring issue. The oddsmaker must expect Harden back as the Nets went from a 3.5 dog to a 2-point favorite here in game four. I didn't like the way the Bucks have looked in any of the three games. Even if Harden returns today, I still see this game going the way it has been, lower scoring. The Nets have gone under in their last four games. The Bucks are 1-6 O/U at home their last seven games against a team with a winning road record. These teams have also gone under in five straight meetings. Take the UNDER.
06-11-21 | 76ers v. Hawks UNDER 224.5 | 127-111 | Loss | -105 | 4 h 7 m | Show
This Eastern Conference series moves to Atlanta tonight for game three as the Hawks look to take 2-1 advantage and hold home court against the Sixers. The Sixers rebounded from their game one loss at home with a 118-102 win in game two. The Hawks find themselves a 1.5 point home dog here tonight. Atlanta has been a good covering team at home, going 25-13 and 20-6 ATS over their last 26 at home. Philly forward Joel Embiid always seems to be the focal point with his injuries. Embiid is questionable with a knee injury tonight. The Hawks have only trailed at the half in one playoff game and that was game two vs Philly. As for the total, the Sixers have gone under in four of their last five games. They are also 4-12 O/U in their last 16 games as a road favorite. Atlanta has gone under in six of their last seven games as a playoff dog. They are also 2-8 O/U in their last 10 overall games. I'll take the UNDER here tonight.
06-10-21 | Clippers v. Jazz OVER 222 | 111-117 | Win | 100 | 11 h 5 m | Show
The LA Clippers lost game one of this Western Conference semifinals at Utah, 112-109. The Jazz trailed 47-60 at the half but rallied in the third quarter to tie the game heading into the fourth. The Jazz held a large lead but the Clippers closed the final to three points, right on the number. Donovan Mitchell scored 45 points for the Jazz in the win. The Jazz did this without their star player in Mike Conley, who missed the game with a hamstring injury. Conley is questionable for tonight's contest. Despite the loss, the good news for the Clippers was that DeMarcus Cousins made his postseason debut and finished with six points in four minutes. The Jazz have been a good over play recently, with six of their last seven home games going over. In addition, eight of their last nine playoff games as a favorite have gone over. Game one was right on the over/under number and I expect tonight's game to get over the number. Take OVER.
06-08-21 | Clippers v. Jazz OVER 220.5 | 109-112 | Win | 100 | 12 h 41 m | Show
The LA Clippers had to survive seven games to advance to this stage of the playoffs. Dallas turned out to be much more difficult then the Clippers might of thought as they lost three home games and faced two elimination games. Now they have to face the top seed in the West, Utah. The Jazz have the third best defense in the league thanks to Rudy Gobert, likely the top defensive player in the league. The Clippers will have to do a better job defensively or Utah will kill them from 3-point arc, as Dallas did. Dallas allowed the second fewest 3-point attempts in the league and that could be an issue for a Clippers team that doesn't drive the paint all that much. A lot of questions should be answered here in game one. For me, the Clippers are a long shooting team and that will be the key to this over/under. Utah defends the paint better then the Perimeter and that's the difference here. Play the OVER.
06-07-21 | Nuggets v. Suns OVER 221 | 105-122 | Win | 100 | 9 h 6 m | Show
Game one the NBA Western Semifinals here as the Suns host the Nuggets tonight. The Nuggets got past the stubborn Trailblazers while the Suns downed defending Champion LA Lakers. The Nuggets are led by star player Nikola Jokic who had a great first round. Michael Porter also emerged as a breakout player in their first round series. The Suns will rely more on Devon Booker in this series as Chris Paul has been banged-up but should play tonight. And of course the Nuggets again will be without star player Jamal Murray who is out for the rest of the playoffs with a ACL injury. This is going to be a tough series, one that could easily go seven games. This series also will be the Denver offense against the Phoenix defense. Tonight, I see the Suns offense to get enough points to go with the Nuggets offense to get this game over the total. Play OVER.
06-07-21 | Bucks v. Nets OVER 236.5 | 86-125 | Loss | -106 | 7 h 33 m | Show
Game two in the NBA 2nd round between the Bucks and Nets as Milwaukee looks to even the series at 1-1 before returning home for game three. The Nets took game one, 115-107 in a low scoring game for two of the highest scoring teams in the NBA. The line has dropped from game one as the Nets now a 1.5-point favorite and the total at 234.5 in this Eastern Conference Semifinal. One big loss for the Nets is that of James Harden. Harden pulled up lame in the opening minute of game one with a hamstring issue and will not play here in game two. Both these teams have been hot with Brooklyn winning 10 of the last 11 and the Bucks going 12-2 their last 14. I don't expect the Bucks offense to be flat like it was in game one as they scored 12 fewer points then their season average. Even with their poor shooting they weren't too far off in game one. Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks with 34 points and 11 rebounds. I fully expect a big rebound game here tonight out of the Bucks, especially with Harden on the shelf for this one. I look for a much higher scoring contest tonight. Play OVER.
06-05-21 | Bucks v. Nets UNDER 239.5 | 107-115 | Win | 100 | 8 h 11 m | Show
Much anticipated clash here between the Milwaukee Bucks and Brooklyn Nets. These could be the best two teams in the NBA as they meet here in the NBA 2nd Round playoffs. These teams met three times during the regular season with the Bucks taking two of three. Two of the three games went over 240 points. This is the BIG three of the Nets vs Antetokounmpo of the Bucks. The Nets had the best offense during the regular season and that was with each of their three big stars missing significant time due to injuries. The Bucks will be without guard Donte DiVencenzo who has a tendon injury in his foot and will miss the rest of the playoffs. Forward Thanasis Antetokounmpo will miss a few weeks with a foot injury. Should be a great series between arguably the two best teams in the NBA. I'll lay the small number here at home with the Nets. Play Brooklyn.
06-03-21 | Suns v. Lakers UNDER 207.5 | 113-100 | Loss | -103 | 9 h 46 m | Show
Two of the lowest scoring and better defenses here so it's not wonder we see the lowest totals pretty much in the playoffs. This has been a low scoring series and now both sides missing some of their best players. Chris Paul has been hurting for the Suns and Anthony Davis still hurting for the Lakers. Historically Game 6 have been under plays, doing so about 57% of the time. I'll take the Suns and Lakers UNDER here tonight.
05-26-21 | Grizzlies v. Jazz OVER 218.5 | Top | 129-141 | Win | 100 | 11 h 45 m | Show |
The Memphis Grizzlies need a pair of Play-in wins in the playoffs to get to this series with the Utah Jazz. And, the Grizzlies shocked the Jazz in game one in Utah, 112-109. Dillon Brooks let the Grizzlies with 31-points. The Grizzlies have gone over in their last five playoff games when the dog. They are also 7-3 O/U in their last 10 overall games when the dog. The Jazz have gone over their last four games at home as a favorite and five of their last seven. The over is 5-1 in the last six meetings between these teams and 6-0 O/U in the last six meetings in Utah. Expect a much better effort tonight from the Jazz. Take the OVER.
05-25-21 | Lakers v. Suns OVER 209.5 | 109-102 | Win | 100 | 7 h 2 m | Show
Best of seven series here tonight continues between the LA Lakers and Phoenix Suns. The Suns took game one on Sunday, 99-90 and covered the short 2-point spread. The Lakers will try and avoid going down 0-2 in the series. The Lakers had won five straight to end the regular season and then beat the Warriors in their play-in game on a last second LeBron James 3-point shot. I'll be looking at the over here in game two. Yes, the Lakers have struggled offensively this year, but that's in part due to long injury layoffs by their star players. Phoenix has been a good over team, going 21-7 O/U in their last 28 overall games. They are also 9-4 O/U in their last 13 home games. These teams have a 9-4-1 O/U record in their last 14 games in Phoenix. I'm playing the OVER tonight.
05-23-21 | Grizzlies v. Jazz OVER 217 | 112-109 | Win | 100 | 10 h 16 m | Show
The Memphis Grizzlies moved on to the regular NBA Playoffs after defeating the Golden State Warriors in the NBA Play-In Game. Good news for the Jazz and bad news for the Grizzlies is the likely return tonight of guard Donovan Mitchell who was upgraded to probable. Mitchell averaged 26.4 points per game this season so that's a lot of offense back in the lineup. The teams still matchup well and that could lead to a more intense matchup then No 1 vs No 8. The Jazz have been a good over team in the playoffs, with a 9-4-1 O/U record in their last 14 playoff games when a favorite. This matchup has also produced overs with four of the last five going over and the last five meetings in Utah all going over. I'm going to look for more points here tonight with Mitchell returning to the lineup. Play OVER.
05-22-21 | Mavs v. Clippers UNDER 218.5 | 113-103 | Win | 100 | 15 h 2 m | Show
Finally getting past those play-in games and into the real NBA playoffs as the Dallas Mavericks take on the LA Clippers in game one of their series from the Staples Center. These teams met up last year in the bubble playoffs where the Clippers won the best-of-seven series, 4-2. Dallas finished their regular season winning six of their last eight games S/U and five of eight ATS. The Clippers lost their last two of the regular season and were 3-3 ATS their last six. I'll be looking at the total here on Saturday. This will be a contrast of styles as the Mavericks have been a good over team and the Clippers have been more of an under team of late. LA is 0-5-1 O/U in their last six home games and 3-12-1 O/U in their last 16 over. In addition, the last four meetings between the Clippers and Mavs have gone UNDER. I'll take the UNDER here in game one.
05-18-21 | Hornets v. Pacers UNDER 227 | Top | 117-144 | Loss | -110 | 4 h 6 m | Show |
Play-in game here today as one of these teams will see their season end tonight. The Charlotte Hornets will be without forward Gordon Hayward, who is out with a foot injury. Hayward averaged 19.6 points over 44 games. The Pacers are also having injury issues. Forward Domantas Sabonis (quad) and guard Malcom Brogdon (hamstring) are both questionable for tonight. The Hornets have been a good under team of late. They are 3-9 O/U in their last 12 road games a an underdog. They are also 5-12 in their last 17 overall away games and 11-26 O/U in their last 27 games. These teams have also had a long history of under plays, evidenced by their 5-21 O/U mark in the last 26 meetings in Indiana. More short term, they are 0-3-1 O/U in their last four overall. I like the under here in this game. Play UNDER.
05-16-21 | Grizzlies v. Warriors UNDER 229 | 101-113 | Win | 100 | 4 h 1 m | Show
Last day of the NBA regular season and there are still things to be decided. This is one matchup that has implications for both teams. The Memphis Grizzlies and the Golden State Warriors are tied with identical 38-33 records. They are 8 and 9th right now in the play-in section of the postseason. The winner of this game plays the same opponent, but has home court. So this game is really for home court between the same two teams. Both clubs have won five straight games and seven of their last 10 games. The Grizzlies have gone under in five of their last six overall games. The last five of six games between these teams in Golden State have gone under while 19 of the last 26 overall have gone under. I won't play a side here, but I will take the UNDER.
05-12-21 | Wizards v. Hawks OVER 238.5 | Top | 116-120 | Loss | -104 | 3 h 8 m | Show |
A few games left in the NBA regular season and the Washington Wizards are the only team in the Eastern Conference sitting in a playoff spot that hasn't clinched. The Wizards sit 10th and in that final play-in position. They lead 11th place Chicago by 3 games and can close it out tonight. The Atlanta Haws are 4th in the East and are tied with Miami and New York for the 4 thru 6 positions. The Hawks have gone over in three straight and that includes their Monday game at home against the Wizards in which they combined for 249 points. The Wizards have now gone over in six straight games and have scored at least 122 in their last seven games. The problem is they allow a lot of points too, at least 125 in each of their last six games. This looks to be another shootout here tonight. Play OVER.
05-10-21 | Pelicans v. Grizzlies UNDER 228.5 | 110-115 | Win | 100 | 9 h 7 m | Show
The New Orleans Pelicans overcame a double-digit deficit on Sunday to beat the Charlottle Hornets, 112-110. They did this despite missing a couple of key cogs in the line in PF Zion Williamson and F Brandon Ingram. Together they average over 50 points per game. Both are out again here tonight. It's no wonder the Pelicans have gone under in three straight games without those two players. Tonight, they have the added stress of playing in the 2nd of a back-to-back spot at Memphis. The Grizzlies have gone under in two straight including Saturday's win at Toronto (in Florida), 109-99. I am sticking with the UNDER here tonight. Pelicans can ill afford to get into a run and gun game being shorthanded and coming of no rest. Play UNDER.
05-06-21 | Lakers v. Clippers UNDER 211.5 | Top | 94-118 | Loss | -113 | 8 h 56 m | Show |
Battle for LA here tonight as the Clippers and Lakers play at the Staples center. No home court for either team as Staples Center is home to both. However, the Lakers are just holding onto that 6th and final playoff spot. They are 1/2 game ahead of Portland who is in that 7-10 place Play-in positions. The Lakers did win their last game, but have lost seven of their last 10 overall. The Clippers are in 4th place and have that secure. They can't fall any further but they can improve as they are tied with Denver and just three games back of Phoenix for 2nd place. Lakers have had injury issues all season and here again tonight they are dealing with key injuries. Lebron James is out tonight with an ankle injury and Anthony Davis is now probable with a calf injury. Lakers know they can't get into a run and gun shootout with the Clippers. I look for this game to slow down the pace tonight. Play UNDER.
05-03-21 | Spurs v. Jazz UNDER 220 | Top | 99-110 | Win | 100 | 6 h 47 m | Show |
Games difficult to get a handle on these last games of the regular season as many players sitting for rest as the playoffs near. But Jim has this under tonight that he likes a lot between the Spurs and the Jazz. The Jazz are tied for first in the Western Conference with the Phoenix Suns. The Spurs hold the last spot in the play-in list of 7 thru 10 spots. They have a 2 1/2 game lead over New Orleans but are just one game back of 8th place Memphis. The Spurs could be without Dejounte Murray tonight who is questionable with a ankle injury and Derrick White is out with an ankle. The Jazz are still playing without Donovan Mitchell who has an ankle injury. I'm looking for this game to go under tonight as both sides nursing injuries. Play UNDER.
05-02-21 | Knicks v. Rockets OVER 217 | Top | 122-97 | Win | 100 | 10 h 34 m | Show |
The New York Knicks hold onto that 4th playoff spot in the Eastern Conference. The Knicks have been hot too, winning nine of their last 10 games. Houston, well their season is almost over. The Rockets are dead last in the West and already eliminated from the postseason. The Knicks have been a very good over team too. They are 3-1 O/U in their last four and 7-2 O/U in their last nine games. Houston gives up a lot points, 115.3 overall on the season and 114.2 points at home. I'm going to play this game over this evening.
05-01-21 | Wizards v. Mavs OVER 232 | 124-125 | Win | 100 | 7 h 10 m | Show
We approach the end of the NBA regular season and the Washington Wizards are just holding onto that 10th and final play-in spot. The Wizards have been red hot, winning two straight and nine of their last 10 games. They lead 11th place Chicago by 3-games and trail 8th place Charlotte by 1 1/2 games. The Dallas Mavericks are in 6th place, which is the final playoff spot in the West. They are just one half game ahead of 7th place Portland. The difference being that 7th place thru 10th place are play-in games. I'll be looking at the over in this contest. Washington played last night so this is the second of a back-to-back spot. In this situation, the Wizards are 58-28-1 O/U their last 87 games. Dallas is 7-3 O/U at home in their last 10 games against a team with a losing record. I look for a high scoring game here tonight and as such will play the OVER.
04-24-21 | Wolves v. Jazz UNDER 231 | 101-96 | Win | 100 | 10 h 2 m | Show
The Minnesota Timberwolves are officially eliminated from the Playoffs for 2021 with a 16-44 record. The Wolves are coming off a loss and are 4-6 over their last 10 games. They have to play the team with the NBA's best record here tonight in Utah. The Jazz are 1st in the West and 1st overall with a 44-15 record and 2-game lead over the Phoenix Suns. The Jazz have gone UNDER their last four games as a favorite and 1-4 O/U in their last five overall. They are also 2-8 O/U in their last 10 games when having two days of rest. The last four meeting in Utah have gone under between these teams and that's what I'm going with here today. Play UNDER.
04-21-21 | Nuggets v. Blazers OVER 229.5 | 106-105 | Loss | -110 | 9 h 12 m | Show
The 4th Place Denver Nuggets play tonight at 6th place Portland Trailblazers. The Blazers hold onto that last playoff spot, just 1 1/2 games ahead of 7th place Dallas and 1 1/2 games back of 5th place Lakers. The Nuggets coming off three straight overs where they scored 123, 128 and 139 points. The Blazers had to play last night against the Clippers, losing by just one point, 112-113 and going over the 221 total. The Blazer home games have averaged 227.8 ppg this season. Both these teams will be missing some key players but I don't see that stopping the scoring here. I'm playing OVER.
04-18-21 | Rockets v. Magic UNDER 220.5 | Top | 114-110 | Loss | -107 | 6 h 55 m | Show |
Houston has just 14 wins on the season and 42 losses so no postseason for the Rockets. They have also lost five straight and 10 of their last 11 games. The Orlando Magic will also miss the playoffs this season with a 18-38 record. The Magic have won just one of their last eight games. The Magic have gone under in seven of their last nine games when the favorite. They are also 2-5 O/U in their last seven as a home favorite. Two bad teams here tonight I'll stick with the UNDER as teams like this begin to play more bench players and shut down for the season. Play UNDER.
04-17-21 | Jazz v. Lakers UNDER 214.5 | 115-127 | Loss | -100 | 5 h 51 m | Show
Both teams missing key players here today. The Lakers continue to be without Lebron James and Anthony Davis. But now the Utah Jazz will be without guard Donovan Mitchell, who is out with an ankle injury. Mitchell averaged 26.4 ppg on the season. The Jazz have gone under in four of their last five road games. The Lakers have gone under in six of their last seven home games and five of their last six overall. With key players missing today, I'm going UNDE
04-16-21 | Magic v. Raptors UNDER 212.5 | Top | 102-113 | Loss | -104 | 4 h 14 m | Show |
The Orlando Magic snapped a six-game losing streak last time out on Wednesday at Chicago, 115-106. It was also just their 2nd cover in their last five games. The Toronto Raptors also snapped a 2-game losing streak on Wednesday at home over the Spurs. 117-112. They are just 2-4 S/U and ATS in their last six games. Toronto has now gone under in their last four games as a favorite. They are also 8-18 their last 26 as a home favorite. I'm taking the UNDER here tonight.
04-13-21 | Celtics v. Blazers OVER 229 | Top | 116-115 | Win | 100 | 9 h 14 m | Show |
The Boston Celtics have won three and five of their last six as they head to Portland tonight to play the Blazers. The Celtics are coming off a win at Denver on Sunday, 105-87 as a 3-point dog. The Celtics are 8-3 O/U in their last 11 games as a road dog and 5-2 O/U in their last seven road games overall. The Blazers are coming off a home loss to the Miami Heat, 98-017. They have now lost three of their last four games. The Blazers home games have averaged 233.7 ppg this season. The Celtics road games have averaged 223.6 ppg this season. I'm looking for these teams to score a lot of points here tonight. Play OVER.
04-12-21 | Bulls v. Grizzlies OVER 228 | Top | 90-101 | Loss | -112 | 7 h 58 m | Show |
Chicago Bulls look to snap a two-game losing streak here tonight at Memphis. The Bulls have gone over in their last three games, allowing at least 113 point in each of those contests. Memphis also bring a two-game losing streak into the game. They have gone over in their last four games, scoring 124 points or more in each contest. The Bulls are 10-4 O/U in their last 14 games as a road dog and they are 11-5 O/U in their last 16 overall. The Grizzlies have gone over in six of their last seven games as a favorite. These teams are 4-1-2 O/U/P in their last seven meetings in Memphis. I'm taking the OVER here tonight.
04-11-21 | Pacers v. Grizzlies OVER 232 | Top | 132-125 | Win | 100 | 9 h 1 m | Show |
The Pacers look to extend their win streak to three games here tonight in Memphis. The Pacers are coming off a win at Orlando, 111-106. The Pacers are 10-2 O/U in their last 12 games as a road dog. They are also 12-4 O/U in their last 16 road games overall. The Grizzlies saw their four game win streak snapped last game with a 129-133 road loss to the Knicks. They have gone over in three straight games and eight of their last 12 games. The Grizzlies are now 20-7 O/U in their last 27 games as a home favorite. The last four meetings in this series have gone over and that's what I'm looking for here tonight. Play OVER.
04-05-21 | Baylor v. Gonzaga OVER 159 | Top | 86-70 | Loss | -110 | 30 h 5 m | Show |
Both these teams advanced to the NCAA Championship game on different paths. The Baylor Bears had little trouble with their intra-state rivals, Houston, winning in a never close game, 78-59. Gonzaga took a much more exciting route, beating UCLA in OT 93-90. This game was close the entire way and it looked like we were headed to Double OT as UCLA made a basket with just over three seconds left. However, a nearly half court 3-points banked in and the Zags advanced to the title game here today. Baylor has more offensive weapons then UCLA and likes an up-tempo pace, as does Gonzaga. I expect this pace tonight to be fast and with that I'm taking the OVER.
04-05-21 | Jazz v. Mavs UNDER 223.5 | 103-111 | Win | 100 | 9 h 57 m | Show
Utah Jazz improved to 38-11 as they bring a nine-game win streak into tonight's contest. They have also gone under in four of their last five road games. The Jazz look the best in the NBA at this point. Dallas also has a modest win streak of four games coming into tonight's contest. They have gone under in three of their last four games. The Mavs have now gone under inf 7 straight home games. I will lay off the side here tonight and take the UNDER.
04-04-21 | Lakers v. Clippers UNDER 212 | Top | 86-104 | Win | 100 | 4 h 23 m | Show |
Lakers finally got a needed win last time out over Sacramento, 115-94. Since James and Davis have been out they have not been scoring well at all, in fact that game went under too, their fourth in a row. The Clippers look to snap a two-game losing streak here today. They have not been scoring either, with just 94 and 96 points in their last two games. This looks to be another low scoring affair. Play UNDER.
04-03-21 | UCLA v. Gonzaga UNDER 145.5 | 90-93 | Loss | -103 | 48 h 19 m | Show
Lets face it, this NCAA Tournament is Gonzaga's to lose. They are by far the best team in this tournament, winning every game by double digits and making them look easy. Now come UCLA, who has been lucky to win some OT and close games going back to the PAC-12 and NCAA tourneys. Totals have been going under in this tourney, mainly due to 3-pointers having dropped. Teams finally seem to catch on how to defense beyond the arc. UCLA has not scored much and I don't see them doing so here today. I think Gonzaga will keep this UCLA team bottled up all night. Play the UNDER.
04-03-21 | Houston v. Baylor UNDER 135.5 | 59-78 | Loss | -109 | 6 h 4 m | Show
Scoring has been down in this tournament, mainly because 3-point shooting percentages have dropped a lot. We've seen that even in Gonzaga games. These two teams both these teams. Houston has gone under in three straight games. Baylor has been one of the few teams to get more overs in this tournament, with both their last games going over. Still, I expect these teams to be more deliberate here today and more defense to be on display. Take the UNDER.
03-31-21 | Blazers v. Pistons OVER 221 | 124-101 | Win | 100 | 8 h 24 m | Show
Portland has improved to 28-18 thanks to a three game winning streak. All three of those games have gone over, including their games at Toronto and Orlando. Detroit is coming off a home win over Toronto, 118-104 with that game going over. Three of their last four games have gone over. The Pistons are still just 13-33 on the season. The Blazers have been a very good over bet of late, with four of their last five road games going OVER. They are also 10-3 O/U in their last 13 road games against a team with a losing home record. Portland is 7-3 O/U their last 10 as a favorite. Detroit it 10-4 O/U in their last 14 at home vs a team with a road record of 60% or better. Seven of the last 10 in this series have gone over in Detroit. My play here is on the OVER.
03-29-21 | Arkansas v. Baylor UNDER 148.5 | 72-81 | Loss | -106 | 11 h 19 m | Show
Arkansas got pushed to their limit last game, but narrowly escaped with the win over Oral Roberts, 72-70 as a 11.5 point favorite. Now they face the top seed in the region, Baylor. Baylor beat Hartford, 79-55 then Wisconsin, 76-63 and then last game over Villanova, 62-51. All three games held their opponents to 63 or fewer points. One thing has been evident in this NCAA tournament, 3-point shot making percentage has dropped significantly. Normally around the 30% mark or more, we've been seeing 20% of shots dropping from 3-point. Oregon State hit 21.7% against Loyola Chicago and then 27.7% against Oklahoma State and 19.2% vs Tennessee. Houston, which has seen numbers in the 40% ranges, hit just 21.7% against Syracuse, resulting int their 62-46 win. Seems like teams are getting better at defending the 3-point shot and that has resulted in lower scoring games. With a lower score expected here, the points become critical. I'm going to take the UNDER here today.
03-29-21 | Oregon State v. Houston UNDER 130 | 61-67 | Win | 100 | 20 h 28 m | Show
Reason: Midwest Regional Final has Oregon State taking on Houston. Oregon State the surprise team left in the tournament as they got red-hot right at Conference tourney time. Oregon State has won six straight games and covered all six. They have gone under in two of their last three games, holding Loyola Chicago to just 58 and Tennessee to 56 in their three NCAA tourney games. Houston has also slowed the pace of late, going under in their last two NCAA tourney games, holding Syracuse to just 46 points on Saturday and Rutgers to 60 in their game before. In fact, Houston has now held four of their last six opponents to 56 or fewer points and one other to just 60.
03-26-21 | Nuggets v. Pelicans OVER 231.5 | Top | 113-108 | Loss | -110 | 8 h 14 m | Show |
Denver Nuggets fell to 26-18 after losing to Toronto on Wednesday, 111-135. The Nuggets are 3-3 S/U and ATS in their last six games. They are also 4-2 O/U in those six games. The Nuggets have now gone over in 21 of their last 29 road games as a favorite. The New Orleans Pelicans are 19-24 after winning two straight games, including a game at Denver last Sunday, 113-108. The Pelicans have gone over in eight of their last nine home games as a dog. They are also 30-8 O/U overall their last 38 games. These teams have gone over in five of their last seven meetings in New Orleans. That's what I'm on here tonight. Play OVER.
03-22-21 | Oklahoma v. Gonzaga OVER 154 | 71-87 | Win | 100 | 13 h 42 m | Show
Gonzaga is the top seed in the tournament and now 28-0 on the season. They will play a 17-10 Oklahoma team here on Monday. Oklahoma rebounded from it's Big 12 tourney loss with a win over Missouri, 72-68, covering the 1-point dog lone. They still have won just two of their last seven games. Gonzaga is the leader of this pack. While I'm not looking at the spread here today, I am looking at the total. Gonzaga is a good over team, with six of their last eight games going over. They have scored 86 or more points in 11 of their last 13 games. Gonzaga is now 11-3 O/U in their last 14 neutral site games. The Bulldogs are also 37-16 O/U in their last 53 games as a favorite. I'm looking for lots of points from Gonzaga. Take the OVER.
03-21-21 | Texas Tech v. Arkansas UNDER 141 | 66-68 | Win | 100 | 10 h 24 m | Show
Texas Tech advanced to the NCAA second round here on Sunday with a win in round one over Utah State, 65-53, as a 4.5-point favorite. The Red Raiders snapped a two-game losing streak. This has been a very good under team, with both tourney games going under and five of their last six games overall going UNDER. Arkansas had little trouble with the nation's 2nd highest scoring team in Colgate, winning 85-68 in round one. The game went under, as each of their tourney and NCAA games has done. The Razorbacks have also gone under in nine of their last 12 neutral site games. I'm looking to play the UNDER here today. Play UNDER.
03-19-21 | Colgate v. Arkansas OVER 160.5 | 68-85 | Loss | -108 | 28 h 4 m | Show
NCAA First round action here on Friday has NO 14 Colgate taking on No seed Arkansas. Two of the highest scoring teams in division 1 basketball. The Colgate Raiders ranked 2nd in the nation with 86.3 ppg while the Arkansas Razorbacks are ranked 7th at 82.4 ppg. Colgate beat Loyola Maryland 85-72 to get here today. They finished 14-1 S/U and 10-5 ATS on the season. The also covered six of their last eight games. Arkansas opened SEC tourney play with a win over Missouri, 70-64, but then fell to LSU, 71-78. Expect a run and gun game here today. I'll take the OVER in this one.
03-14-21 | Celtics v. Rockets UNDER 222.5 | 134-107 | Loss | -113 | 8 h 28 m | Show
The Boston Celtics are 19-18 on the season and lost their 2nd half opening game at Brooklyn, 109-121. It was the team's first loss in their last four games. The Houston Rockets have struggled to a 11-25 record this season. They have lost 15 straight games and gone 2-13 ATS during that stretch. They have also gone under in their last two games, scoring just 99 and 105 points. The Rockets are 25th in the league in scoring. The Rockets have gone under in 10 of their last 12 games vs a team with a winning record. These teams have gone under in 12 of their last 15 meetings in Houston. I'm taking UNDER here today.
03-14-21 | LSU v. Alabama UNDER 157.5 | 79-80 | Loss | -116 | 1 h 18 m | Show

South Florida opened tourney play with a win over Temple, 73-71, covering the 3.5-point dog line and going over the 134 total. That was the 2nd game in a row the team has gone over the total. In fact, they have now gone over in seven of their last 10 games. Wichita State plays its first game in tourney play tonight. The Shockers have gone over in two straight games, scoring 78 and 80 points in those games. Their last game a win over South Florida, 80-63. First game back for both teams here tonight after the All-Star break. Both teams should be well rested. The Hawks have been a good over team of late, evidenced by their 11-3 O/U mark in their last 14 games. Toronto has gone over in their last four games and over in their last five as a home dog. And with more than three days rest, they are 5-1 O/U the last six times. The last four meetings between these teams have all gone over and that is what I'll be on here tonight. Play the OVER.

03-09-21 | Boston College v. Duke OVER 151.5 | Top | 51-86 | Loss | -110 | 5 h 8 m | Show |
ACC Conference First Round action finds Boston College taking on Duke from Greensboro, NC. Both teams have struggled this year, BC more though. The Eagles are just 4-15 S/U and 8-10 ATS on the year. However, I'm looking at the total here tonight where BC has gone over in 13 of their 19 games. The Eagles have gone over in three straight games and six of their last eight games. In their one game vs Duke this year they lost 82-83, going over the 150 point total. Duke is 11-11 S/U and 7-15 ATS on the season. The Blue Devils are 14-8 O/U. They have gone over in six straight games and nine of their last 10 games. Both teams give up a lot of points and that's what I'm sticking with here tonight. The OVER.
03-06-21 | Duke v. North Carolina OVER 149.5 | 73-91 | Win | 100 | 6 h 49 m | Show
An age old rivalry renews again here today as Duke takes on North Carolina. While neither team having the success they did in seasons past, these games still hold lots of excitement. The Duke Blue Devils are just 11-10 on the season. They have lost two straight games at Georgia Tech, 77-81 and at home against Louisville, 73-80. They have also gone over in five straight games and 10 of their last 11 games. North Carolina doing a bit better then Duke with their 15-9 record. They are coming off a loss at Syracuse, 70-72. I look for lots of points in this rivalry match today. Play OVER.
03-06-21 | USC v. UCLA OVER 135 | 64-63 | Loss | -110 | 4 h 48 m | Show
PAC 12 rivals meet here today in Pauley Pavilion as USC takes on cross-city rivals UCLA. The USC Trojans having a fine season at 20-6 S/U and 15-11 ATS. They are 6-3 S/U and 5-4 ATS on the season. USC snapped a two-game losing streak with a win at home over Stanford, 79-42. UCLA is 17-7 S/U and 11-13 ATS on the year. The Bruins are coming off a loss at Oregon 74-82, failing to cover the spread and going over the total. USC has gone over in five straight road games vs a team with a home record of 60% or better. When these teams get together you can usually expect the points to fly. Take the OVER.
03-05-21 | Eastern Kentucky v. Morehead State OVER 142.5 | 64-67 | Loss | -110 | 10 h 45 m | Show
Eastern Kentucky Colonels having a fine season with a 22-6 S/U record and 15-8-3 ATS mark. They are also 16-9-1 O/U on the season. Today they play in the Semifinals of the Ohio Valley Conference tournament from Evansville, IN. The Colonels are 12-1 O/U in their 13 away games this year. Morehead State is 21-7 S/U and 17-9 ATS on the season. You have to all the way back to Dec 7 when these teams first met at Eastern. Morehead lost that game, 68-71. Then they met again on December 14th at Morehead with the Eagles winning 75-62. I have to look at which team I expect to set the tempo in this game. On a neutral site I'm looking at that team to be Eastern Kentucky and for me that means an OVER.
03-04-21 | Nuggets v. Pacers OVER 226.5 | 113-103 | Loss | -110 | 6 h 37 m | Show
The Denver Nuggets are 20-15 S/U and coming off a big win at Milwaukee, 128-97. It was the clubs third and cover in a row. The Pacers improved to 16-18 with their win at Cleveland on Wednesday, 114-111, though they failed to cover the 6.5 point line. The straight up win snapped a four game losing streak for the Pacers. They have also gone over in their last four games and seven of their last eight. These teams have gone over in eight of their last nine meetings. I'm taking the OVER here today.
03-04-21 | Clippers v. Wizards OVER 236 | 117-119 | Push | 0 | 5 h 42 m | Show
The Clippers may be without top player K.Leonard tonight, who is nursing a bad back. Either way, I like the over in this game. The Clippers are 6-2 in their last eight road games as a favorite. The fact that they are a 5-6 point favorite leads me to believe that Leonard will play tonight. The Clippers are also 9-4-1 O/U in their last 14 games overall as a favorite. The Wizards are 12-2 O/U in their last 14 games vs a team with a winning s/u record. They are also 12-5 O/U in their last 17 home games and 7-3 O/U in their last 10 as a home dog. The over is 13-3 in the last 16 meetings between these teams. Take the OVER.
03-01-21 | Hornets v. Blazers OVER 232.5 | 111-123 | Win | 100 | 11 h 10 m | Show
Late game on the NBA board Monday has Charlotte Hornets playing at the Portland Trailblazers. Charlotte is 16-17 S/U and 18-15 ATS on the season. They are also 19-14 O/U and on the road they have gone over in 12 of their 16 games. They allow a whopping 117.3 ppg on the road this season while scoring 114.1 ppg. The Portland Trailblazers are 18-14 S/U and 17-15 ATS on the season. the Blazers are 8-6 S/U and 5-9 ATS at home and 7-7 O/U. The Blazers average 113.6 ppg at home and allow 114.6 ppg. The Hornets have gone over well on the road with a 15-5-1 O/U mark their last 21. They are also playing their second of a back-to-back spot here tonight which they are 11-4 O/U when playing on no rest. I'll be on the over here tonight. Play OVER.
02-27-21 | Jazz v. Magic OVER 221.5 | 124-109 | Win | 100 | 8 h 22 m | Show
The Utah Jazz continue to be the team with the best record in the NBA at 26-7. They did lose last night though at Miami, 116-124. It was also the team's third over game in their last four. This is still one of the better defensive teams in the NBA, allowing 106.4 ppg overall and 107.9 ppg on the road. The Orlando Magic dropped to 13-20 as they have now lost two straight games. They lost on Thursday at Brooklyn, 92-129. With the Jazz playing back-to-back games here tonight I don't expect to see the same defensive intensity. That will put me on the OVER here tonight. Play OVER.
02-27-21 | Wolves v. Wizards OVER 237.5 | 112-128 | Win | 100 | 7 h 22 m | Show
The Minnesota Timberwolves look to snap a six-game losing streak here tonight at Washington. The Wolves are not only 0-6, but they are 1-10 in their last 11 games. They have also failed to cover their last six games. They have gone over in their last two games at Milwaukee and at Chicago. The Washington Wizards have played much better of late, improving to 12-18 by winning six of their last seven games. They have also seen the scoring going up, with four of their last six games going over the total. In fact, Washington has been a very good over team at home, with 10 of their 14 games going over this season. I like the over here today. Play OVER.
02-26-21 | Rockets v. Raptors OVER 220 | 111-122 | Win | 100 | 6 h 55 m | Show
The Houston Rockets are 11-19 S/U and 11-19 ATS on the season. While they are just 11-18-1 O/U, most all of those unders have come at home where they are 1-10-1 O/U/P. Today they travel to Florida to take on the Toronto Raptors. The Raptors forced to play their home games in Florida due to Covid restrictions in Canada. Toronto is 16-17 S/U and 15-18 O/U on the season. They are 18-15 O/U also on the year. The Rockets have gone over in their last four games as a road dog. They are also 4-1 O/U in their last five road games overall. Toronto is 5-1 O/U in their last six games following a ATS or straight up loss. The Raptors are also 6-2 O/U in their last eight games as a favorite. Take the OVER.
02-24-21 | Lakers v. Jazz UNDER 219 | 89-114 | Win | 100 | 9 h 47 m | Show
The LA Lakers have lost two straight games and three of their last four. They have also failed to cover in their last three and are 2-7 ATS in their last nine games. They have also seen three of their last four totals go UNDER. This is in part due to Anthony Davis being out with an Achilles issue. Davis will be out again here tonight and the Lakers face the team with the best record in the NBA, the Jazz. The Jazz are 25-6 and they have lost just one game in their last 11. They allow just 106.4 ppg on the season and slightly fewer at home with a 106.0 ppg average. The Lakers are 2-10 O/U in their last 12 games vs a road team with a winning home record. They are also 7-20 O/U in their last 27 road games overall. With Davis out that takes a lot of offense from the Lakers lineup. I'm looking at this game going UNDER here tonight.
02-22-21 | Blazers v. Suns OVER 227 | 100-132 | Win | 100 | 5 h 40 m | Show
The Portland Trailblazers had been redhot, winning and covering seven straight games until they lost at home last time out to Washington, 111-118. They have also been good at going over with 11 of their last 15 games going over the number. They are also 6-2 O/U in their last eight road games. Phoenix has been a good over team of late, though you usually have to fade high totals in their games. The Suns average 112.6 ppg this year overall and 111.6 ppg on the road. They have gone over in three straight games and six of their last seven games. We get a total of around 227 here today and for me that's not too high for these two teams. I'm taking the OVER.
02-18-21 | Jacksonville State v. Belmont OVER 150 | Top | 59-63 | Loss | -110 | 8 h 14 m | Show |
Jacksonville State is 14-7 S/U and 10-6-3 ATS on the season. The Gamecocks have won four straight games both S/U and ATS. They have also been a very good over team with two straight overs and eight of the last nine games going over. Belmont having a great season with a 22-1 S/U and 15-6-1 ATS records. The Bruins have also gone over in three of their last four games and eight of their last 11 games. This should be a good game with lots of points. I won't make a play on the side, but I'll be on the OVER.
02-18-21 | Houston v. Wichita State UNDER 139 | 63-68 | Win | 100 | 6 h 9 m | Show
Houston Cougars continue their road to the NCAA tournament with a nifty 17-2 S/U record. Their spread record is also a respectable 11-6 on the season and 5-2 ATS on the road. The Cougars have won two straight after one of their two losses on the season that came at East Carolina back on Feb 3, 73-82. Wichita State also having a good season with a 12-4 S/U mark and 6-7-1 ATS record. The Shockers have won four straight and six of their last seven games. They have gone under in two straight and four of their last six games. This team plays good defense, holding each of their last three opponents to 67 or fewer points. They allow just 68.3 ppg overall on the season and slightly less at home with 67.0 ppg. Houston has been a good under team when playing teams with a win percentage over 60%, evidenced by their 2-15 O/U mark the last 17. Wichita State is 2-8 O/U their last 10 times when installed as the dog. The last five of six meetings between these teams have gone UNDER and that's what I'm on here tonight. Play UNDER.
02-17-21 | Blazers v. Pelicans OVER 235.5 | 126-124 | Win | 100 | 8 h 33 m | Show
Portland had to play last night in Oklahoma City and they won 115-104, though they trailed by three late in the game before going on a big run. That was the team's fifth win in a row. Tonight they hit the road again for a game at New Orleans. I'm looking at the over here tonight. The Blazers have been a decent over team of late, with three of their last four going over and a 7-3 O/U mark their last 10 games. The over is also 10-4 their last 14 games. The Pelicans have been a scoring machine of late. They have little defense too and that has resulted in a lot of overs for this team. The Pelicans are 10-1 O/U in their last 11 home games, 19-7 O/U their last 26 overall. The have also gone over in their last five games and scored at least 112 in each of those games. Don't look for much defense here tonight either. Play the OVER.
02-14-21 | Bucks v. Thunder OVER 228.5 | 109-114 | Loss | -103 | 8 h 16 m | Show
The Milwaukee Bucks are 16-10 S/U and 13-13 ATS overall on the season. They are also 15-10-1 O/U/P on the year. While the Bucks having a losing road record at 7-8, they have seen 9-5-1 O/U/P total record on the road. Oklahoma City is just 10-15 S/U on the season. They Thunder coming off a 95-97 road loss to Denver. They have gone over though in three of their last four games. The Bucks are 7-1-1 O/U/P their last nine overall games. They are also 5-1-1 O/U/P their last seven road games. OKC is 5-2 O/U in their last seven home games. I'm taking the OVER here today.
02-12-21 | Wisc-Milwaukee v. Wright State OVER 146 | 81-92 | Win | 100 | 9 h 35 m | Show
Wisconsin Milwaukee Panthers are 7-8 S/U and 8-7 ATS on the season with eight of their 15 games going OVER. They have played better on the road, going 5-4 S/U and 6-3 ATS while averaging 70.8 ppg and allowing 69.6 ppg. They have gone over in three straight and four of their last five games. The Wright State Raiders are having a fine season at 15-4 S/U and 12-7 ATS on the year. The Raiders average 81 points per game this year overall. Wisc Milwaukee is 4-1 O/U in their last five games. They are also 8-3 O/U in their last 11 road games vs a team with a winning home record. I like these teams to get plenty of points in this one. Take OVER.
02-09-21 | Arkansas v. Kentucky OVER 142 | 81-80 | Win | 100 | 7 h 5 m | Show
Arkansas Razorbacks are 14-5 S/U on the season. They are 10-7-1 O/U/P vs the total this year. They are just 2-4 S/U on the road, but five of their six away games have gone OVER the total. In fact, that number goes back to last season where the Hogs are 13-3 O/U in their last 16 road games and 25-8-1 O/U/P in their last 34 overall. Kentucky having a very off season at 5-12 S/U. The Wildcats are 3-4 S/U at home and have gone over in four of their seven games. The Cats have gone over in their last four home games. I like these teams to score a lot here tonight. I'll take the OVER.
02-02-21 | Michigan State v. Iowa UNDER 155 | 78-84 | Loss | -110 | 6 h 20 m | Show
Michigan State has not been playing well of late, losing three straight games. Moreover they have lost their last two games by 17 point to Ohio State and 30 points to Rutgers. They have not been scoring well either, not breaking 68 points in any of their last four games - all unders. They are just 2-4 S/U, 1-5 ATS and 1-5 Over/Under on the road this year. Iowa looks to snap a two game losing streak here tonight at home. The Hawkeyes are coming off a home loss to Indiana 69-81 and last time out at Illinois, 75-80. The Hawkeyes are 0-4 O/U in their last four games as a home favorite. I like this game under tonight as Michigan State just not playing well at all. Take the UNDER.
01-30-21 | Rockets v. Pelicans UNDER 223.5 | 126-112 | Loss | -108 | 19 h 38 m | Show
Houston Rockets working their way back to .500 as they have won four straight games to get back to 8-9 S/U and 7-10 ATS on the season. They are 5-11-1 O/U on the season. On the road, the Rockets are 3-5 S/U, 4-4 ATS and 4-4 O/U. The Rockets have been a good under team on 1 day rest, going 16-34-1 their last 55 times. New Orleans snapped a three game losing streak with a win last time against Washington, 124-106. Still, they are just 2-8 S/U and 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games. This team has struggled a lot of late and tonight they play a improving Rockets team. For me, I'm looking at the UNDER here in this game. The Under has been good in this series, evidenced by their 6-20-1 O/U/P record their last 27 meetings in New Orleans. Play the UNDER on Saturday.
01-29-21 | Bucks v. Pelicans OVER 229.5 | Top | 126-131 | Win | 100 | 8 h 0 m | Show |
The Milwuakee Bucks are 11-6 S/U and 8-9 ATS on the season. They have won two straight games including their last at Toronto, 115-108 as a 6-point favorite. The Bucks have really trended toward if their star players are in the game or not. With the shortened schedules this year we will see more resting. That's not the case tonight as all the players will be available. The New Orleans Pelicans are 6-10 S/U and ATS ont he season. They are 10-6 Over/Under on the year. This has been a very good over team, evidenced by their 5-0 O/U record their last five at home; 10-1 over/under in their last 11 overall. The over has also been good in this series with seven of the last eight meetings going over and four of the last five in New Orleans going over. That's my play today, Play OVER.
01-27-21 | Pistons v. Cavs UNDER 215 | 107-122 | Loss | -112 | 8 h 52 m | Show
The Detroit Pistons are only 4-13 S/U and 9-7-1 ATS on the season. However, they played their most complete game of the year last game, a 119-104 win over Philadelphia in which they led from start to finish. In all fairness, the Sixers were without their star player, Joel Embiid. The win snapped the Pistons four game losing streak. The Cleveland Cavaliers are 8-9 S/U and 9-8 ATS on the season. The Cavs gave the Lakers a good go of it on Monday, but came up short 108-115, still covering the 12-point dog line. Two teams that won't likely be going to any postseason. For me, I'm looking for these teams to play a lower scoring game here on Wednesday. I don't see the Pistons putting together back-to-back excellent games. Lets take the UNDER here with two bad teams.
01-26-21 | Knicks v. Jazz UNDER 211.5 | 94-108 | Win | 100 | 9 h 9 m | Show
The New York Knicks are 8-10 S/U and 9-9 ATS on the season and look to snap a 2-game losing streak here tonight at Utah. The Knicks are coming off a loss at Portland, 113-116, but covered the 3.5-point dog line. The Knicks are 5-6 S/U and 6-5 ATS on the road. they are also 4-7 O/U on the road. The Knicks are now 4-11 O/U in their last 15 overall games and 3-7 O/U in their last 10 road games. The Utah Jazz are 12-4 S/U and 11-5 ATS on the season. The Jazz are 7-9 O/U overall this season and 3-4 O/U at home. I'll take these teams to go UNDER here tonight in the altitude of Salt Lake City. Play UNDER.
01-25-21 | Lakers v. Cavs UNDER 213 | Top | 115-108 | Loss | -110 | 9 h 52 m | Show |
The Cleveland Cavaliers are 8-8 S/U and ATS to start their season. They played last night at Boston and were never in the game, losing 103-141 to the Celtics. Now they have to play their second game in a row against the LA Lakers. The Lakers are 13-4 S/U and 11-10-1 ATS on their season. The Lakers have been a very good under team this year, evidenced by their 7-15 O/U mark. They are even more of an under team on the road where they are 1-8 O/U on the season. Cleveland will likely be tired after Boston ran up 141 points on them last night. That coupled with the excellent under record of the Lakers and I'll look for a lower scoring game here tonight. Play UNDER.
01-25-21 | 76ers v. Pistons UNDER 216.5 | 104-119 | Loss | -102 | 8 h 56 m | Show
Philadelphia 76ers are 12-5 S/U and 9-7-1 ATS on the season. They are also 9-8 O/U but just 2-5 O/U on the road. Today they hit the road to take on the Detroit Pistons. They will play the 2nd of a back to back spot against the Pistons tonight. They beat Detroit on Saturday, 114-110. Detroit is just 3-13 S/U now on the season. They are 2-7 S/U and 5-4 ATS at home and also 3-6 Over/under. Both these teams are under plays in their respective roles here today, Philly on the road and Detroit at home. While the last game did go over, I'm looking at tonight's contest to do the opposite and get under the number.
01-24-21 | Raptors v. Pacers UNDER 218.5 | 107-102 | Win | 100 | 2 h 40 m | Show
Toronto Raptors are 6-9 S/U and 5-10 ATS on the season. The Raptors are 7-8 O/U in totals for the season. They have gone Under in three straight games. The Raptors have also gone under in eight of their last 11 games when a dog. The Indiana Pacers are 9-6 S/U and 8-7 ATS on the season. They are 5-4 S/U at home and 5-4 O/U at home. These teams have gone under in nine of the last 11 times they have met. That's what I am going with here today. Play the UNDER.
01-22-21 | Rockets v. Pistons UNDER 215.5 | Top | 103-102 | Win | 100 | 7 h 9 m | Show |
The Houston Rockets are just 4-9 S/U and ATS here on the season. The Rockets have lost three straight games and five of their last six overall. They have also covered just once in their last five games. They have also gone under in four of the last five. The Detroit Pistons are 3-11 S/U and 7-6-1 ATS on the season. The Pistons are also 2-5 S/U and 4-3 ATS at home along with going under in five of their seven home games. I'm looking at the under here tonight. The Rockets are 5-15-1 O/U/P in their last 21 overall. This series has gone under in five of the last seven meetings. I look for this game to go UNDER.
01-11-21 | Boise State v. Wyoming UNDER 149 | 83-60 | Win | 100 | 7 h 9 m | Show
The Boise State Bronco are off to a nice start this season at 9-1 S/U and 6-3-1 ATS. They just completed a sweep of Air Force, winning 80-69 and 78-59. The defense has been very good at times, hodling four of five of their last seven opponents to fewer than 60 points. Wyoming is 7-2 S/U and 4-5 ATS on the season. They just split with Fresno State, winning the first game 78-74 and losing the second, 61-81. The total is pretty high in tonight's game, coming in just under 150. Boise State has been holding opponents down this year and this is a tall total to get over. I'm looking for a lower scoring game here on Monday. Play UNDER.
01-05-21 | Kansas v. TCU UNDER 139 | Top | 93-64 | Loss | -110 | 8 h 22 m | Show |
Kansas Jayhawks are 8-2 S/U and 4-5 ATS on the season. The Jayhawks are also 4-5 O/U on the season. They have played very good defense, allowing over 39% shooting from the field just four of their nine games. They did go over their last game at Texas, but scored just 58 points. It was the 84 points by Texas that put that one over. Still, they have held five of their seven opponents to 65 or fewer points. TCU is 9-2 S/U 4-61 ATS on the season. The Horned Frogs are 6-5 O/U on the season. They have gone under in their last two games, a 67-60 win at Kansas State and a 66-61 win at home over Prairie View. I'm going to go with the UNDER here today. I like Kansas to keep this more a defensive battle and slow the pace. Play UNDER.
12-29-20 | Pelicans v. Suns UNDER 223 | 86-111 | Win | 100 | 11 h 16 m | Show
The biggest news in the Southwest this offseason was the addition of G Chris Paul via trade with Oklahoma City. They also drafted Jalen Smith 10th overall in the NBA draft. The New Orleans Pelicans drafted Kira Lewis Jr 13th overall and traded for Eric Bledsoe from the Bucks and Steven Adams from the Thunder. The Pelican are off to a 2-1 start S/U and 1-2 mark ATS. They lost at Miami and have beaten the Spurs and Raptors. All three of their games have gone UNDER. In fact, the Pelicans have scored under 100 pints in two of their three games thus far. The Suns are 2-1 to start the season both S/U and ATS. they are also 0-3 O/U. They have not allowed more than 106 points thus far. Not sure if these teams are improved defensively or their offenses have yet to click. Either way, I'm going UNDER here tonight.
12-22-20 | Warriors v. Nets OVER 231.5 | 99-125 | Loss | -113 | 9 h 13 m | Show
The Brooklyn Nets get to display their new player here tonight as Kevin Durant faces his old team, the GS Warriors. The NBA season will be abbreviated again this season, but the teams should be back in their home arenas. The Nets should only be able to build on last year's improvements with the addition of Durant and more healthy players returning. This was one of the top 10 offensive rebounding teams in the NBA last year. The Warriors will be without Klay Thompson again as he is likely out for the entire season. Still, they have a healthy Stephen Curry back to lead the team. For me, I like this game to go over here tonight. Play over. |
