12-30-21 | Purdue +7 v. Tennessee | 48-45 | Win | 100 | 7 h 33 m | Show
Music City Bowl, Nashville, Tenn 3:00 ET Tennessee vs Purdue Boilermakers (+) over Volunteers- I can't get away from it, they Boilermakers have been good to me as winners against Iowa, Nebraska and Michigan State and then getting killed by Ohio State (Blowout Game of Year 59-31 winner). Things have changed as Purdue has had a number of top offensive producers bow out and the number has moved more than a touchdown. As long as O'Connell is playing for the 'Steel Workers' you have a shot. Take PURDUE!
12-29-21 | Oregon +6.5 v. Oklahoma | 32-47 | Loss | -100 | 14 h 33 m | Show
Alamo Bowl, San Antonio, Texas 9:15 ET Oregon vs Oklahoma Ducks (+) over Sooners- Man, knowing what must be happening on the sidelines of both schools could be the key to winning this game. Oregon and Oklahoma both saw their coaches enter the transfer portals and move to other spots of paradise. The Sooners were undefeated and knocking on the FCS door and then ran into Baylor and Oklahoma State, alas here they are without their coach and original All-American QB (gone) while the wounded Ducks look to recover from a pair beating to Utah. Ducks at their highest were ranked better than Oklahoma at any point of the season. Take OREGON!
12-29-21 | Iowa State +3 v. Clemson | Top | 13-20 | Loss | -113 | 10 h 10 m | Show |
Cheez-It Bowl, Orlando, Florida 5:45 ET Iowa State vs Clemson Cyclones (+) over Tigers- Talk about a 'Tale of Two Seasons' the Clemson Tigers would love nothing better than to have a 'do over' for the first half of the year. They finished with five straight wins and 8-of-9 but never really found any kind of explosiveness need in today's game. Iowa State was disappointing with five losses and will be without their All-American running back Breece Hall so the offensive load will fall om quarterback Brock Purdy the Big-12 total offense leader. Tigers defense ranks No. 2 but incentive may be lacking. Take IOWA STATE!
12-29-21 | Maryland -3.5 v. Virginia Tech | 54-10 | Win | 100 | 7 h 32 m | Show
Pinstripe Bowl, Bronx, New York 2:15 ET Maryland vs Virginia Tech Terrapins (+) over Hokies- If this matchup was on a basketball court with their 'cagers' it might be a better contest as both once former ACC rivals are 6-6 for the year. We have another Tagovailoa to deal with as Taulia leads the Maryland offense that crushed Rutgers 40-16 in their regular season finale to become bowl eligible making it to the postseason for the first time in five years. Virginia Tech who fired their coach Justin Fuente when 5-5 and defeated rival Virginia to qualify for this meeting. Hokies will be without their starting QB and leading pass catcher have opted out of this game. Take MARYLAND!
12-28-21 | West Virginia +5 v. Minnesota | Top | 6-18 | Loss | -110 | 15 h 51 m | Show |
Guaranteed Rate Bowl, Phoenix, AZ 10:15 ET West Virginia vs Minnesota Mountaineers (+) over Golden Gophers- I'm going to start with the last game of the day and the game that will most likely be the most 'one-sided' bet game of the day. Let me tell to compare the 'numbers' between these two their isn't a chance in hell that you would in your right mind want West Virginia. Take a gander at this, the Mountaineers are 3-13 ATS in their last 16 bowl games and are 0-4 ATS as neutral site underdogs. Minnesota on the flip side is 4-0 ATS in their last four bowl games and 9-4 ATS in their last 13 games as favorites. Number never lie but they can be very misleading...Take WEST VIRGINIA!
12-28-21 | Texas Tech v. Mississippi State -9.5 | 34-7 | Loss | -110 | 11 h 37 m | Show
Liberty Bowl, Memphis, Tenn 6:45 ET Mississippi State vs Texas Tech Bulldogs (-) over Red Raiders- Mississippi State head coach Mike Leach on the Texas Tech sideline for a decade posting a winning record of 84-43 leading the Red Raiders to a bowl game each season. The Bulldogs scored 31 PPG this season with quarterback Will Rodgers threw for 35 TD's and an SEC leading 4,449 yards passing. Tech was lost at QB this season using three different starters and still don't have the answer. Bulldogs 5-1 ATS in last six with just a loss to Mississippi in the Egg Bowl, while the Red Raiders are 2-8 ATS in their last 10 bowl games and 1-5 ATS against the SEC. Take MISSISSIPPI STATE!
12-28-21 | Louisville +1 v. Air Force | 28-31 | Loss | -113 | 16 h 56 m | Show
First Responder Bowl, Dallas, Texas 3:15 ET Air Force vs Louisville Cardinals over Falcons- My first thoughts when learning of this matchup was 'good spot' for me to take the Air Force and if you gaze at the stats they would only reenforce one's original thoughts. The Falcons may fly high but it is their ground game which led the FBS in rushing with 341.4 PYG (yes more than both Army and Navy) This is sure to fire up the Louisville defense which allowed Kentucky 362 yards rushing in their final game a 52-21 loss. Doesn't look to good for the Cardinals as Air Force won this last game over UNLV by running for 511 and didn't attempt a pass.Thing is, the Cardinals have a better overall offense averaging 451 YPG and are better balanced. Take LOUISVILLE!
12-28-21 | Houston v. Auburn -120 | 17-13 | Loss | -120 | 13 h 55 m | Show
Birmingham Bowl, Birmingham, AL 12:00 ET Houston vs Auburn Cougars (+) over Tigers- I don't believe that I am writing up the Tigers as I was a staunch 'go-against Nix' guy all season and even after he was injured. Well, Bo Nix is gone off to Oregon and compete with Michael Pinnix for the starting QB position. With Nix Auburn was mediocre and without him they are no better as their four game losing streak will attest. But, they come up favored against one of the best offensive units in the land, it's just that they haven't played against anyone except Cincinnati all season! So the Tigers are the favorite...Take AUBURN!
12-27-21 | Dolphins v. Saints +3.5 | Top | 20-3 | Loss | -117 | 12 h 57 m | Show |
Miami at New Orleans 8:15 ET Saints (+) over Dolphins- The stats and wins are piling up for the Dolphins side as they have won six straight games while establishing a defense thats rank second over that period in fewest yards allowed. New Orleans will be starting their fourth quarterback this season as COVID has knocked out Taysom Hill and Trevor Siemian and the season's starter Jameis Winston was knocked out with injury. But, not to worry as former Notre Dame QB Ian Book will get the start. Miami's Tua Tagovailoa has completed 70% of his passes but will be against a defense that shutout the Super Bowl Champions last week and will force Tua who is still prone to rookie mistakes into turning the ball over. The Dolphins streak has them defeating only one winning team and that was the floundering Ravens. Take NEW ORLEANS!
12-26-21 | Broncos -103 v. Raiders | Top | 13-17 | Loss | -103 | 9 h 10 m | Show |
Denver at Las Vegas 4:25 ET Broncos (+) over Raiders- I hope I'm not chasing 'dead' money coming back with Denver this week but this matchup has become an even stronger selection. Both clubs are 7-7 but entering this fray from different places as the broncos lost at home to the Bengals with Las Vegas was winning at the gun over the Browns. Denver will have Drew Lock under center and the No. 5 ranked defense. Raiders trounced the Broncos 34-24 in the first meeting and they are a very small favorite here...too inviting. Dog is 6-1 ATS in the last seven meetings. Take DENVER!
12-26-21 | Jaguars +2 v. Jets | 21-26 | Loss | -103 | 6 h 34 m | Show
Jacksonville at New York Jets 1:00 ET Jaguars (+) over Jets- The No. 1 and No. 2 picks in the 2021 NFL Draft will face off in New York where the 3-11 Jets with Zach Wilson host 2-12 Jacksonville with Trevor Lawrence. Neither of these two could possibly have envisioned what their rookie seasons would be like. Lawrence has thrown only one TD passing the past seven games but he hasn't been up against this Jets defense yet, Ranked dead last allowing 392 YPG should help the Jaguars anemic offense. Jets flying with wounded wings as their entire secondary in on their third round of players. Jaguars are 8-3 ATS in the last 11 meetings and even at home the Jets just can't be favored. Take JACKSONVILLE!
12-26-21 | Rams v. Vikings +3.5 | 30-23 | Loss | -120 | 5 h 25 m | Show
L.A. Rams at Minnesota 1:00 ET Vikings (+) over Rams- I could always go to the 'who needs in more' crap but Minnesota does need it more and have won their last two but were grossly out-played by the losing Bears. Los Angeles was getting by inept Seattle winning their third straight (all covers) and seem to be hitting on all cylinders but were greatly enhanced by opponents unforced errors and official calls. LA 2-5 ATS as favorites and 0-6 ATS in the last six meetings. The Vikings are 20-6-1 ATS in their last 27 games as home underdogs. Take MINNESOTA!
12-26-21 | Bucs v. Panthers +10 | 32-6 | Loss | -110 | 5 h 18 m | Show
Tampa Bay at Carolina 1:00 ET Panthers (+) over Buccaneers- After starting the season 3-0 Carolina has taken a huge fall and last lost seven of their last nine including the last four without an ATS win. Tampa Bay of course is off having lost to New Orleans 9-0 as I have never seen Tom Brady look worse. Cam Newton (the future?) will start once again and they have yet to win a game in which he has started. The Buccaneers are banged up to the point of resigning Brown and bringing in everybody's favorite Le'Veon Bell. Tampa is just not in sync right now. Take CAROLINA!
12-25-21 | Colts v. Cardinals | Top | 22-16 | Loss | -110 | 34 h 11 m | Show |
Indianapolis at Arizona 8:15 ET Cardinals over Colts- Arizona started the year 7-0 and it appeared that they would run away with the NFC West considering the slow start by both the Niners, Seahawks and Rams. But, things being what they are in the NFL they have lost 4-of-7 including a loss at Detroit last week that casts doubts on their capabilities of winning the West. The Colts have taken a different path as they started 1-4 but have won 5-of 6 including a huge victory over New England last Saturday. Indy relies on Jonathan Taylor's running and for the Cardinals that will be a challenge as they rank 27th against the rush. This is a very short line for the most part as the Red Birds have doubts about James Conner's status as he hasn't practiced this week. None-the-less Kyler Murray will raise here and guide his side to a victory. Take ARIZONA!
12-25-21 | Browns +7.5 v. Packers | 22-24 | Win | 100 | 30 h 20 m | Show
Cleveland at Green Bay 4:30 ET Browns (+) over Packers- Anytime you play against Green Bay when Aaron Rodgers is healthy you are putting yourself in peril. The Packers are 11-3 both SU and ATS and have already clinched the NFC Central and are the No. 1 seed in the Conference. Meanwhile the Browns are scrambling to qualify for the postseason and after great expectations are just 7-7 and in desperate need of a win here. Rodgers is the league's leading passer with a 110.4 rating and has the lowest interception percentage at 0.91 but will be up against (when healthy) one of the AFC's better defenses and running games. The Browns seem to rise against better opponents and are 5-1 ATS against teams with winning home records. Take CLEVELAND!
12-25-21 | Ball State +6 v. Georgia State | Top | 20-51 | Loss | -110 | 22 h 26 m | Show |
Georgia State and Ball State 2:30 ET Cardinals (+) over Panthers- Both of these clubs had to made late season runs to become bowl eligible as Georgia State who started 1-4 won six of their final seven games and posted their first ever eight win season. Ball State clinched a bowl spot with a win in their final game 20-3 over Buffalo. Defense has been key for both squads and I expect a low scoring game...Take the points BALL STATE!
12-23-21 | 49ers v. Titans +3.5 | 17-20 | Win | 100 | 13 h 46 m | Show
San Francisco at Tennessee 8:20 ET Titans (+) over 49ers- The Niners are 'hot' and the Titans are not as we enter the final three games of the NFL regular season. San Francisco has won and 'covered' five of their last six while Tennessee has dropped 3-of 4 both SU and ATS with the Titans blowing a 13-3 halftime lead against the Steelers last Sunday and the 49ers dominating the Falcons. Without Derrick Henry quarterback Ryan Tannehill has thrown sin interceptions in the past four games but with the return of receiver A.J. Brown the Titans expect better results this week. Niners have had problems on Thursday nights going 3-8 ATS in their last 11 and the Titans are 5-2 ATS in their last seven games as underdogs. Take TENNESSEE!
12-23-21 | Central Florida v. Florida -7 | 29-17 | Loss | -107 | 11 h 57 m | Show
Gasparilla Bowl- Tampa, Florida Central Florida vs Florida 7:00 ET Gators (-) over Knights- At 6-6 is was a disappointing season for the Gators as they eked by Florida State 24-21 in their final game of the season to qualify for a bowl game. So bad a year it was for Florida that they fired head coach Dan Mullen before their final game against the Seminoles. Turmoil is the best way to describe Florida's position as starting quarterback Anthony Richardson will not play because of a knee injury and Emery Jones will start despite his entering the transfer portal after the game. The Knights will start true freshman Mikey Keene who took over for injured QB Dillon Gabriel who himself has also entered the transfer portal to UCLA. UCF has been disappointing as underdogs going 1-4 ATS in their last five in the role and are 6-15 ATS in their last 21 games overall. The Gators are 6-2 ATS in their last eight bowl games as favorites and 12-5 ATS as favorites at neutral sites. Take FLORIDA!
12-22-21 | Missouri +6.5 v. Army | Top | 22-24 | Win | 100 | 12 h 50 m | Show |
Armed Forces Bowl- Fort Worth, Texas Missouri vs Army 8:00 ET Tigers (+) over Black Knights- Having served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War I am always looking for an opportunity to 'play' on the Cadets and it is always difficult for me to bet against them. When looking at the stats of these two clubs it appears that the Army should dominate in what they do best as they average 286.4 yards a game rushing and Missouri allows 228.8 yards a game on the ground. One thing you always get from the military academies is a solid effort and after their loss to Navy I expect a big effort here from the Knights. Missouri had lost 12 straight games to the 'number' covering the past two seasons before closing the year 3-1 ATS but are off a loss to Arkansas in their final game. The Tigers did one thing well this season and that is protection the ball as they had the least amount of turnovers in the nation. With Army the favorite against an SEC team I believe is a stretch no matter what the stats say as they are 2-5 ATS as favorites. Take MISSOURI!
12-21-21 | San Diego State v. UTSA +3 | Top | 38-24 | Loss | -110 | 13 h 37 m | Show |
Cafe Frisco Bowl- Frisco, Texas Texas-San Antonio vs San Diego State 7:30 ET Road Runners (+) over Aztecs- Both clubs are looking to establish school records for wins in the season as UTSA (12-1) is in just its 10th year as an FBS program and is looking for their first bowl win in school history. San Diego State (11-2) enter this contest after getting thumped in the WAC Championship game by Utah State 46-13 although they allowed only 19.5 PPG holding opponents under 16 points seven times and rank No. 14 in yards allowed per game at 319. What makes this an even tougher call is that the Roadrunners USA Offensive Player of the Year Sincere McCormick is passing this game to enter the NFL draft. UTSA is 14-3 ATS in their last 17 games as underdogs while SDS is 0-4-1 ATS in their last five as favorites. Take TEXAS-SAN ANTONIO!
12-21-21 | Seahawks +7 v. Rams | Top | 10-20 | Loss | -110 | 12 h 49 m | Show |
Seattle at L.A. Rams 7:00 ET Seahawks (+) over Rams- Thursday the Rams has 25 players in virus protocol and the list grew to 29 on Friday including a pair of defensive All-pro's in Jalen Ramsey and Von Miller. Seattle has won their last two with the return of Russell Wilson but have not been impressive as they rank dead last in defense allowing 395 yards per game and their offense is ranked No. 28 averaging only 310 YPG. One thing to keep in mind is that Wilson was out five of those games. The Seahawks are 11-4 ATS in their last 15 games as road underdogs but are 1-5 ATS in the last six meetings with the Rams but they are one of four NFL teams that hasn't lost any players to the protocol. LA has a huge 30-23 win over Arizona last time out but are 0-4 ATS after scoring 30 points or more and are 1-5 ATS in their last six games as favorites. Player the healthier team...take SEATTLE!
12-21-21 | Wyoming v. Kent State +3.5 | 52-38 | Loss | -110 | 9 h 44 m | Show
Idaho Potato Bowl- Boise, Idaho Kent State vs Wyoming 3:30 ET Golden Flashes (+) over Cowboys- I have always been a Cowboys fan but the Golden Flashes can shower you with points averaging 32.6 PPG while Wyoming will mosey you to sleep on offense scoring just 23.2 PPG. Kent enters this fray off a crushing MAC final defeat to Northern Illinois 41-23 although they out-gained the Huskies from the line scrimmage as they average 480.6 YPG while the 'Boys allow 171.3 yards per game rushing. The Flashes are also 8-2 ATS after a loss while Wyoming is 1-5-1 ATS in their last seven games favorites although they are 5-1 ATS in their last six bowl games including a win over Central Michigan in the Idaho Potato Bowl in 2017...not this time. Take KENT STATE!
12-20-21 | Vikings v. Bears +6.5 | Top | 17-9 | Loss | -102 | 13 h 38 m | Show |
Minnesota at Chicago 8:15 ET Bears (+) over Vikings- A pair of NFC Central rivals square off in Soldier Field heading in opposite directions. Minnesota is working toward the playoff and has won 3-of-5 while Chicago is just trying to end the season on a position note but has dropped their last two and 7-of-8. Bears quarterback Justin Fields has struggle as many rookies do at that position and has a QB rating of 69. 3 (not good) and has six TD passes and 10 interceptions. Chicago is fighting COVID and injuries as they had 19 played who did not practice this week but are using the next man up mentality but are staying positive against the Vikings who they have defeated five of the last six time that they have met and are 6-2 ATS in the last eight meetings. Minnesota has problems on MNF games going 3-12 ATS in their last 15 prime time games and are 2-9 ATS in their last 11 games as favorites. Take CHICAGO!
12-19-21 | Packers v. Ravens +7 | 31-30 | Win | 100 | 22 h 20 m | Show
Green Bay at Baltimore 4:25 ET Ravens (+) over Packers- Golly, I just hate playing against the non-vaccinated quarterback especially when we can not be sure just who will start for Baltimore. Tyler Huntley who started in the Ravens 16-13 win last week over the Bears has taken almost all snaps in practice this week. Aaron Rodgers just seems to get better as time goes bye and always seems to exploit any of the oppositions weakness and with all their injuries Baltimore has a few. Green Bay is 11-2 ATS this season including 7-1 ATS in their last eight games as favorites. The Ravens are 5-1 ATS in their last six after a SU loss and 16-5-1 ATS in last 22 as underdogs. Take BALTIMORE!
12-19-21 | Bengals v. Broncos -2.5 | Top | 15-10 | Loss | -119 | 22 h 2 m | Show |
Cincinnati at Denver 4:05 ET Broncos over Bengals- Hey, what's going on here? Cincinnati opened a 3-point favorite and now Denver if favored by a field goal. The winner of this game moves into playoff position while the loser falls outside with three games remaining. The Bengals who have lost their last two at home and QB Joe Burrow didn't practice until later in the week and he said that he's good enough to 'go.' The Broncos vulnerability at quarterback is compensated by their dual running back tandem with Javonte Williams (a beast) and Melvin Gordon. Tough called with the Broncos moving to the favorite but they have the 'mojo' right now. Take DENVER!
12-19-21 | Titans v. Steelers -117 | 13-19 | Win | 100 | 19 h 56 m | Show
Tennessee at Pittsburgh 1:00 ET Steelers over Titans- Here we go with a switch in favorites and it's difficult to understand why as the 9-4-1 Titans are clearly the better team even without Derrick Henry. Pittsburgh has one win in their last five games and that was a 1-point win over a banged-up Baltimore club at home where the Steelers are 4-2-1 SU and 2-5 ATS. Defense is supposed to be the Steelers strong point and they allow 371 YPG ranking 27 of 32 NFL teams. Pittsburgh is 0-9 ATS as favorites and 0-8 ATS as favorites at home and I hope the line move against toward the Titans. Take PITTSBURGH!
12-18-21 | Marshall +4.5 v. UL-Lafayette | 21-36 | Loss | -110 | 28 h 42 m | Show
New Orleans Bowl- N.O. Louisiana UL-Lafayette vs Marshall 9:15 ET Thundering Herd (+) over Ragin Cajuns- Louisiana is 12-1 has won the Sun Belt Conference Championship game and are playing this in their back yard with this game in New Orleans. Marshall who will leave CUSA for the Sun Belt is 7-5 and is tied at No. 4 with 35 rushing touchdowns. The regular season competition may be stronger in the Sun Belt but the Ragin Cajuns are 2-5 ATS as favorites while Marshall is 6-2 ATS at neutral sites including 7-2 ATS in their last nine bowl games. This should go down the the final gun with the Herd getting the money. Take MARSHALL!
12-18-21 | Patriots v. Colts -2 | 17-27 | Win | 100 | 28 h 56 m | Show
New England at Indianapolis 8:15 ET Colts (-) over Patriots- I believe that New England's Mac Jones will throw more than three passes this week as the conditions will be perfect in domed Lucas Oil Stadium. The Colts will attempt to run the ball against the No. 3 defense in the NFL allowing just 310 yards per game while Indianapolis is No. 2 running for 152 yards a game lead by the league's top runner Jonathan Taylor who has 1,348 yards and 16 touchdowns. Taylor has run for 100 yards seven times this season and each time the Colts posted a victory. Indy leads the NFL in takeaways with 28 while the Patriots have 26 of their own. The home team is 5-1 ATS in this series and the Colts who didn't play last week are 4-1-1 ATS after a bye week and is 12-4-1 ATS at home against teams teams with winning records. Take INDIANAPOLIS!
12-18-21 | Oregon State -7 v. Utah State | Top | 13-24 | Loss | -110 | 26 h 3 m | Show |
L.A. Bowl- Sci-Fi Stadium Utah State vs. Oregon State 7:30 ET Beavers (-) over Aggies- Golly, this game and side just jumped off the page when I saw the line in this match-up as Utah State enters winning the MWC Championship 46-13 over San Diego State. Oregon State comes limping in losing 3-of-5 including their last outing against rival Oregon. When you look at the team stats and records the Aggies have the advantage on offense with the defenses just about square. So, why is this line so slanted in the Beavers favor giving a conference champion so many points. This is the first bowl game and winning season for Oregon State since 2013 and this season they are 6-1 ATS against teams with winning records and 8-2 ATS in their last eight game after a loss. Take OREGON STATE!
12-18-21 | UAB +7 v. BYU | Top | 31-28 | Win | 100 | 22 h 10 m | Show |
Independence Bowl- Shreveport, LA Alabama-Birmingham vs Brigham Young 3:30 ET Blazers (+) over Cougars- It was just a few short years ago (7 years-2015-17 )that UAB dismantled their football program but reinstated it after public outcry. Since their return to actin they have qualified for four bowl games in five seasons. BYU won five games against PAC-12 competition and also had a victory against Virginia but as an Independent they have received little respect. UAB is 4-0 ATS against teams with winning records and 4-1 ATSA as underdogs while BYU is 2-5 ATS in their last seven games overall and in their last seven Bowl games. Take ALABAMA-BIRMINGHAM!
12-18-21 | Appalachian State v. Western Kentucky +3 | 38-59 | Win | 100 | 17 h 25 m | Show
Boca Raton Bowl- Boca Raton, Florida Western Kentucky vs Appalachian State 11:00 ET Hilltoppers (+) over over Mountaineers- Western Kentucky was 1-1 and then lost four in-a-row before closing the regular season with seven straight wins before falling to San Antonio in the USA title game. Appalachian State is 10-3 and is looking to win 11 games for the first time in school history after losing in the Sun Belt Championship game to Louisiana 24-16. The Mountaineers are 6-0 all-time in bowl games while the Hilltoppers are 4-3 and App State is 4-1 lifetime against Western Kentucky. The Hilltoppers are No. 2 in the nation averaging 529 YPG and score 43.1 points while the Mountaineers defense is No. 2 in the country with 106 tackles for a loss but are 1-5 ATS against CUSA foes. Take WESTERN KENTUCKY!
12-17-21 | Coastal Carolina -10.5 v. Northern Illinois | Top | 47-41 | Loss | -110 | 26 h 16 m | Show |
Cure Bowl- Orlando Florida Northern Illinois vs Coastal Carolina 6:00 ET Chanticleers (-) over Huskies- The last time these two clubs played (not against each other) I posted wins with the Huskies in the MAC Championship game over Kent and against Coastal Carolina who won in OT against South Alabama but did not 'cover.' I believe that I have a great 'feel' for this contest where I expect Northern Illinois to fall after defeating the Flashes 41-23 but were out-gained and for the Chanticleers who out-gained USA by 150 yards to reverse their point-spread outcomes. Coastal played their first Bowl ever last season entering Orlando undefeated (11-0) but were defeated by Liberty 37-34 this time around they won't miss. The Huskies are 0-6 ATS in their six bowl games while the Chanticleers are 11-4 ATS in non-conference games. CC averages 40.4 points and surrendered 20 points per contest while UNI allows 33 points a game and 422 yards in the open MAC play. Take COASTAL CAROLINA!
12-16-21 | Chiefs v. Chargers +3 | Top | 34-28 | Loss | -101 | 13 h 30 m | Show |
L.A. Rams at Arizona 8:15 ET Rams (+) over Cardinals- Before the season started all the media could talk about other than Matt Stafford joining the Rams was the stellar defense that they played. Well, their defense has not lived up to expectations as they aren't even ranked in the top-10, but you know who is...Arizona. The Cardinals have the fourth ranked defense allowing just 319 YPG and have already posted a 37-20 win over the Rams on October 3rd as they gained 465 yards from scrimmage. That win by the birds was their first 'cover' in this series over Los Angeles in their last nine encounter. The road team is 4-1-1 ATS in the last six meetings and the Rams are 6-0 ATS in their last six visits to Arizona. Take L.A. RAMS!
12-13-21 | Rams +2.5 v. Cardinals | Top | 30-23 | Win | 100 | 12 h 35 m | Show |
Take L.A. RAMS!
12-12-21 | Bears +13 v. Packers | 30-45 | Loss | -128 | 28 h 50 m | Show
Chicago at Green Bay 8:20 ET Bears (+) over Packers- Okay, Aaron Rodgers is 22-5 lifetime over the Bears but still has a long way to go to reach Tom Brady's 32-3 record over Buffalo while with the Patriots. HA, after losing five of six Chicago will return to rookie starter QB Justin Fields who returns after hurting his ribs. These two the oldest of NFL rivals are on different ends of the ATS standings as Green bay is 10-2 ATS and the Bears 4-8 ATS on the season. The best thing that I can say to support the Bears is that they have out-gained each of their last four opponents while only winnings against the Lions on Thanksgivings' non-cover victory. This time the get the money...take CHICAGO!
12-12-21 | 49ers -122 v. Bengals | 26-23 | Win | 100 | 23 h 26 m | Show
San Francisco at Cincinnati 4:25 ET 49ers (+) over Bengals- Wait a sec...the Niners are now favored at Cincinnati, the same Niners who just lost on the road at Seattle. Cincinnati is playing their third straight at home and are off a miserable performance against the Chargers falling behind 16-0 only 11 minutes into the game. The best I can figure is that Joe Burrow is hurting more than has been let on and running back Joe Mixon had to leave last week's game with a neck injury and has missed practice this week. Niners are 3-1-1 ATS in the last five meetings and the Bengals are 1-4 ATS in their last five at home. Take 49ERS!
12-12-21 | Bills +3.5 v. Bucs | Top | 27-33 | Loss | -110 | 24 h 5 m | Show |
Buffalo at Tampa Bay 4:25 ET Bills (+) over Buccaneers- OMG...what has happened to the Bills? No running game, no passing game and no more confidence. New England said to Buffalo it's too windy so we won't pass and you can't stop us...and they didn't. So, now this AFC imposter travels to warn sunny Florida and there stands Tom Brady, yes the same Tom Brady that is 32-3 lifetime over the Bills while playing with New England. But, Buffalo is 8-2-2 ATS as underdogs and 5-1 ATS last six as road dogs. IT'S BUFFALO!
12-12-21 | Giants +10 v. Chargers | 21-37 | Loss | -110 | 23 h 27 m | Show
New York Giants at L.A. Chargers 4:25 ET Giants (+) over Chargers- This is one of the 'sickest' sides of the season but the worst that it can do is lose but, I don't think so. After all the Giants are 6-6 ATS including 3-3 ATS on the road and more about that later. New York flew directly to Arizona after their loss at Miami and the change of scenery can only help as opposed to staying in New York where the media is killing them. I must say that their back-up Mike Glennon would be a backup for most of these bowl teams as he really does stink. My goodness even as a backup he is terrible. So, never expecting thing to happen twice in a row the Giants bounce back and the Chargers stumble. NY is 19-7 ATS as road underdogs. Take GIANTS!
12-12-21 | Seahawks v. Texans +9 | 33-13 | Loss | -115 | 20 h 13 m | Show
Seattle at Houston 1:00 ET Texans (+) over Seahawks- Houston is winless at home since their opening week victory over Jacksonville with their only other win at Tennessee. Seattle may have come up with a win last week defeating the Niners (A-Play Megabucks winner) they amassed just 327 yards on offense and have been out-gained by every opponent this season 11 straight time except in their opener at Indianapolis. Seahawks are 3-9 ATS in their last 12 road games and are 2-11 ATS after a SU win. Texans got shut out last wee and are 9-4 ATS after scoring less than 15 points in their previous game. Take HOUSTON!
12-12-21 | Cowboys -4 v. Washington Football Team | 27-20 | Win | 100 | 20 h 6 m | Show
Dallas at Washington 1:00 ET Cowboys (-) over WFT- I have just heard too much about Washington this week from media tout to professional handicappers that have 'insight.' it is just too much, the 4-Skins defeated Dallas twice last season and the 'Boys happen to be at their best when playing within their division as they are 16-7 ATS in their last 23 games against the NFC East. There is no denying that this is an underdog series with the dog going 29-13 ATS in the last 42 meetings but that's not 100%. The WFT is 5-12 ATS versus the NFC East. Take DALLAS!
12-11-21 | Navy v. Army -6.5 | Top | 17-13 | Loss | -110 | 22 h 17 m | Show |
Army vs Navy 3:00 ET Black Knights (-) over Midshipman- Always a tough call especially if you are taking the favorite and a favorite of more than a touchdown is asking for trouble. I now the difference in records gives the Army the advantage but they don't play anywhere near the schedule of the Navy. I am a believer is giving the edge to the team tae has taken the harder road but the Midshipman didn't measure up any any level abs they average just 54 yards a game passing. It's not the the Cadets thrown the ball much better but ground game is the 'grunts' strength and these sailors can't compete in a one way game and beat this team. Navy's weakest spot has been at QB and they really haven't found the answer. Take the BLACK KNIGHTS!
12-09-21 | Steelers v. Vikings -3 | Top | 28-36 | Win | 100 | 12 h 5 m | Show |
Pittsburgh at Minnesota 8:15 ET Vikings (-) over Steelers- Neither of these two teams can afford another loss at this time of the season if they expect to make the postseason. Minnesota is now 5-7 after a loss to previously winless Detroit while the 6-5-1 Steelers were fortunate to get by Baltimore 20-19 to stay alive. The Vikings who were missing a pair of defensive stalwarts Patrick Peterson and linebacker Anthony Barr as well as Dalvin Cook and receiver Adam Thielen on offense. Pittsburgh is 0-5 ATS in their last five games after a SU win while the Vikings are 3-8 ATS after a loss and 0-6 in their last six as home favorites. Still, this time out it is...MINNESOTA!
12-06-21 | Patriots v. Bills -2.5 | 14-10 | Loss | -118 | 12 h 41 m | Show
New England at Buffalo 8:15 ET Bills (-) over Patriots- Truly you have got to respect what the Patriots have done this season. I had predicted that they would have a come-back season but I was mistakenly thinking that Cam (Washed-up Newton) would be the Patriots quarterback. Buffalo jumped out to a quick 4-1 start but have alternated wins and losses since and now trail the Pats by a half-game in the AFC East standings. I think that with all the pre-season hype and their good start the Bills sort of lost their focus and now their attention is on New England. Take BUFFALO!
12-05-21 | Broncos v. Chiefs -9.5 | 9-22 | Win | 100 | 24 h 8 m | Show
Denver at Kansas City 8:20 ET Chiefs (-) over Broncos- Having had the Broncos Sunday as my Megabucks winner 28-13 over the Chargers I feel that now that the pressure is off they can relax. No, fellows the Chiefs won't allow that and I can't believe the heavy money move on Denver this week. Kansas City has finally found their pace winning their last four and getting the money in their last two against the Cowboys. Take KANSAS CITY! 7
12-05-21 | Ravens v. Steelers +4.5 | 19-20 | Win | 100 | 20 h 42 m | Show
Baltimore at Pittsburgh 4:25 ET Steelers (+) over Ravens- If the Steelers don't respond here against Baltimore they are done...and not just for this season but they will have dropped out of the better half completely. This game has nothing to do with stats, who is running what. It's a simple matter with Pittsburgh can cut it or NOT! Now, I realize that it is the Steelers defense that has surrendered 41 points in each of the past two games but they are getting nothing out of their run game only 106 yards on the ground the last two weeks combined and Big Ben can no longer pick up the slack, On well, Custer's Last Stand right here. Take PITTSBURGH!
12-05-21 | 49ers v. Seahawks +3.5 | Top | 23-30 | Win | 100 | 20 h 2 m | Show |
San Francisco at Seattle 4:25 ET Seahawks (+) over 49ers- Now, hear this the Seahawks have gone under 10 of their 11 games this season and I'm trying to pick them out as a winner...fo the last time. San Francisco comes into Emerald City storming past the Rams, Jags and Vikings last week winners of three straight and looking to knock the Seabirds off their perch for good. Seattle 31st in offense and 32nd (last) in defense come up with a win here for old times sake. Take SEATTLE!
12-05-21 | Chargers +3 v. Bengals | 41-22 | Win | 100 | 16 h 8 m | Show
L.A. Chargers at Cincinnati 1:00 ET Chargers (+) over Bengals- Having played 'against' the Chargers in each of the past three weeks and going 3-0 ATS I feel especially confident going with them here where they are not expected to win. Cincinnati is coming off their biggest margin of victory win over their nemesis Pittsburgh. This is a battle between the two young bright starts in the NFL at quarterback in LA's Justin Herbert and Cincinnati's Joe Borrow. The Chargers are 21-14 lifetime in the series between the two and the road team is 5-1 ATS in their last six meetings. Take L.A. CHARGERS!
12-05-21 | Giants +6.5 v. Dolphins | 9-20 | Loss | -110 | 4 h 4 m | Show
New York Giants at Miami 1:00 ET Giants (+) over Dolphins- Although these two teams play ugly and I expect this game to be played the same way 'we' have had success both for and against both sides. The Giants will be without Daniel Jones as veteran journeyman Mike Glennon and most don't expect much of a difference in New York's offensive possessions. Miami has won four straight with Tua Tagovailoa at the helm the past three and has been at 80% completions. The Giants are 23-8 ATS in their last 31 as road underdogs while the Dolphins create a standoff at 12-4 ATS in their last 16 home games. Still, it's NEW YORK GIANTS!
12-05-21 | Cardinals v. Bears +7.5 | 33-22 | Loss | -110 | 4 h 48 m | Show
Arizona at Chicago 1:00 ET Bears (+) over Cardinals- The decision as to whether or not Kyler Murray will play will be made at game time but there is no doubt who will start for Chicago. Andy Dalton just led the Bears to their first win in six tries on Thanksgiving squeaking by the Lions 16-14 in Detroit. Years ago when the Cardinals were in St. Louis this was a bitter rivalry but not so much now, but back then it was the Red Birds that were the upstarts and the mighty Bear of Chicago the bully. Seems like old time...Bears get the money. Take CHICAGO!
12-04-21 | USC v. California -4.5 | 14-24 | Win | 100 | 28 h 1 m | Show
Southern California at California 11:00 ET Golden Bears (+) over Trojans- Honestly if ever a team was in position to just go through the motions it is this Southern Cal team. They are in a lame duck coaching situation have won only four of 11 games and are playing on the road in a makeup game after they have played their cross-town rivals. The trojans have no incentive none nothing nada...I don't think that they will come to play and the line shows it...a six-point shift since the opener. Take CALIFORNIA!
12-04-21 | Wake Forest v. Pittsburgh OVER 71 | 21-45 | Loss | -109 | 23 h 6 m | Show
Wake Forest vs Pittsburgh 8:00 ET Demon Deacons/Panthers OVER- The two top quarterbacks in the ACC meet in the Championship Game as Pittsburgh's All-Conference Kenny Picket with be opposed by Wake Forest's second team choice Sam Hartman. Picket has 40 TD passes while Hartman has thrown for 3.020 yards and 28 touchdown in nine games. The Demon Deacons scored 42.9 PPG and the Panthers average 42.8 ranking these two 3rd and 4th nationally. Play OVER!
12-04-21 | Houston v. Cincinnati -10 | 20-35 | Win | 100 | 19 h 1 m | Show
Houston at Cincinnati 4:00 ET Bearcats (-) over Cougars- Too much, just too much! No not too much media hype but to much points. Really now just compare the season stats between these two. Other than the one loss Houston numbers are dead even with the Bobcats as they have a better defense by 12 yards and are just nine yards shorter per game on offense. With this 'number' being too much it id driving the action on to the Cougars and maybe Cincinnati is that good and belongs. We might see it here. Take CINCINNATI!
12-04-21 | Georgia v. Alabama +6.5 | Top | 24-41 | Win | 100 | 24 h 55 m | Show |
Georgia vs Alabama 4:00 ET Crimson (+) Tide over Bulldogs- I knew it was going to happen...that I would end up with Alabama in this game a matchup where they are a virtual touchdown underdog. The Tide have been favorites in 92 consecutive games and that was back on Oct. 3, 2012 and they won that encounter. No one has come close to the Bulldogs except for Clemson in their opener and we thought the Tigers stunk but they showed their pedigree before the year was over. Alabama is game tested having had a few tough battles and a great come from nowhere win over Auburn last week. I have little doubt that Georgia is nt the better team as they are 10-3 ATS as neutral site favorites but the Crimson are 11-3 ATS after an ATS loss and the dogs is 6-1 ATS in the last seven meetings. This one doesn't pass the eye or smell test but I believe they win the game. Take ALABAMA!
12-04-21 | Utah State +6 v. San Diego State | 46-13 | Win | 100 | 18 h 51 m | Show
Utah State vs San Diego State 3:00 ET Aggies (+) over Aztecs- It's been a huge climb for Utah State from the depths of the Mountain West in one season under first year coach Blake Anderson. San Diego State has been steady all season expect for a blemish against Fresno State and has a chance to win a 12 h game in a single season for the first time in school history. The Aztecs are well balanced averaging 177 yards a game on the ground but just 157 passing. The Aggies air it out and throw for 305 YPG and also run for 155. Take UTAH STATE!
12-03-21 | Western Kentucky v. UTSA +3.5 | Top | 41-49 | Win | 100 | 8 h 12 m | Show |
Western Kentucky vs Texas-San Antonio 7:00 ET Roadrunners (+) over Hilltoppers- This might be the best kept secret in college football and that is the Hilltoppers leading the nation in passing offense and having the No. 1 total offense in the Nation. Western Kentucky behind QB Bailey Zappe who has passed for 4,968 yards and 52 TD passes has won seven straight lost losing at home 52-46 to UTSA. The Roadrunners were 11-0 before their final regular season game loss to North Texas and they are 8-1 ATS after a straight-up loss and 13-3 ATS in their last 16 as underdogs. Take TEXAS SAN ANTONIO!
12-02-21 | Cowboys v. Saints +5 | Top | 27-17 | Loss | -110 | 12 h 9 m | Show |
Dallas at New Orleans 8:20 ET Saints (+) over Cowboys- The East Division leading Cowboys have a 2-game lead after dropping 3-of-4 and will be short-handed as five players and their coach will be sidelined because of COVID protocol. New Orleans has been short-handed as well but because of injuries as their top running back Kamara along with their first and second string quarterbacks have been sidelined as they went the month of November without a win. The Saints are 4-1 ATS as hosts in this series and the underdog is 9-2 ATS in the last 11 meetings. Take NEW ORLEANS!
11-29-21 | Seahawks +110 v. Washington Football Team | 15-17 | Loss | -100 | 10 h 55 m | Show
Seattle at Washington 8:15 ET Seahawks over What-the...At 4-6 Washington is right where they should and not leading the division with a 6-10 record like last season. But, this football team has won their last two defeating Carolina and Tampa Bay using Taylor Heinicke took over for Ryan Fitzpatrick in Week 2 and is off a career high 142 passer rating against the Panthers. Seattle has dropped their last two with Russell Wilson back from injury but has lost 7-of-9 overall. The Seahawks have played well on Monday Night's and are 4-1 ATS in their last five Prime Timers while Washington is 7-19 ATS on Mondays and the road team is 4-1-1 ATS in the last six meetings. Former skins are 1-4 ATS at home last five. Take SEAHAWKS!
11-28-21 | Browns +3.5 v. Ravens | 10-16 | Loss | -110 | 28 h 37 m | Show
Cleveland at Baltimore 8:20 ET Browns (+) over Ravens- Here comes Cleveland with a wounded wing and a prayer at quarterback into Baltimore where the Ravens will have Lamar Jackson back after a one-game absence. The Browns QB Baker Mayfield hasn't done much practicing this week with Jackson returning on Wednesday. The inconsistent Browns are 5-2 ATS as road underdogs but just 7-16 ATS against the AFC. Ravens are 8-3 ATS in the last 11 meetings but just 2-6 ATS as favorites and off SU wins. Take CLEVELAND!
11-28-21 | Vikings v. 49ers -3 | 26-34 | Win | 100 | 24 h 43 m | Show
Minnesota at San Francisco 4:25 ET 49ers (-) over Vikings- It took awhile as this matchup of 5-5 clubs didn't catch my interest until later in the week when different type of data of information passes your desk. This flow accumulates during the week and like the straw that broke that poor beasts back you see it. Whether it win or not remains to be seen but I've come to the conclusion that the Niners are the side. Now, the Vikings have been good to us winning out NFL Megabucks last week but, we allowed them their '15-minutes' defeating Green Bay now pay penance. Take SAN FRANCISCO!
11-28-21 | Chargers v. Broncos +3 | Top | 13-28 | Win | 100 | 23 h 30 m | Show |
L.A. Chargers at Denver 4:25 ET Broncos (+) over Chargers- The last I saw of Teddy Bridgewater was him making sure that he got out of the way of an Eagles defensive back returning an interception for a touchdown. That will to win just isn't at the level it should be but, the horribly injured QB who has make a great career comeback has been hearing it for two weeks as the Broncos are off a bye after their 30-13 home loss. L.A. managed to get by the Steelers Sunday night but are just 1-3-1 ATS in their last five games in Denver and the underdog is 5-2-1 ATS in the last eight meetings. Add that the broncos are 15-7-1 ATS after a bye week and 9-1 ATS after scoring less than 15 points the previous game. Take DENVER!
11-28-21 | Bucs v. Colts +3.5 | 38-31 | Loss | -115 | 20 h 23 m | Show
Tampa Bay at Indianapolis 1:00 ET Colts (+) over Buccaneers- This should be a 'no-brainer' but after playing 'against' Tom-Tom for years and getting it handed to me more time than not, I have reservations playing against 'him.' But football is a team game and Tampa Bay is nothing special on the road going 2-3 SU and 0-5 ATS this season. Now, what really bothers me...0-5 ATS and favored at Indianapolis and the Colts have won their last three and 5-of-6 and are 4-0-1 ATS in the last five meetings. Seems too easy to take the home dog where Indy is 1-6 ATS in their last seven. Take INDIANAPOLIS
11-28-21 | Titans +7.5 v. Patriots | 13-36 | Loss | -125 | 20 h 21 m | Show
Tennessee at New England 1:00 ET Titans (+) over Patriots- Tennessee just lost at home to Houston and should be able to focus this week as the AFC No. 1 is up for grabs in the matchup. Not many expected these two to be the AFC leaders at this point as the Titans lost Henry and the Patriots are raw a quarterback. Tennessee is still 5-1 ATS in their last six as underdogs and the tough as ever Patriots are 5-0 ATS last four as favorites but just 3-7-1 ATS after allowing last than 15 points in their previous game (How 'bout dat). Take TENNESSEE
11-28-21 | Eagles v. Giants +4 | 7-13 | Win | 100 | 20 h 19 m | Show
Philadelphia at New York Giants 1:00 ET Giants (+) over Eagles- Changes for New York football happens in both conferences as the Giants have dismissed their offensive coordinator Jason Garrett (finally) but they do know who their starting QB will be. The Eagles defense will have to deal with Daniel Jones and a number of injuries to key personnel. New York offense may come alive against at team that they believe that they can play with and are 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings. Philly is 3-9 ATS following an ATS win and the underdog is 5-1 ATS last six and Giants are 5-2 ATS last seven as home dogs. Take NEW YORK!
11-28-21 | Falcons v. Jaguars +2.5 | 21-14 | Loss | -110 | 20 h 15 m | Show
Atlanta at Jacksonville 1:00 ET Jaguars over Falcons- I was thinking of how bad the Falcons are and how they can't even compete on an even level in this league and then I took a close look at Jacksonville. The Jaguars have scored just four touchdowns in their last four games and all four were scored while the were trailing by double-digits. But, according to the 'numbers' they are both really close but Jacksonville is a little better on both sides of the ball. With Atlanta opening the favorite under a field goal tells me the Jaguars have a decent chance to win and they take advantage when wins are hard to come by. Take JACKSONVILLE!
11-27-21 | California +6.5 v. UCLA | 14-42 | Loss | -109 | 24 h 2 m | Show
California at U.C.L.A. 10:30 ET Golden Bears (+) over Bruins- I don't know if any of you saw UCLA last weekend but they have got speed to burn I men like five or six guys that are not only fast but quick off the mark. The Bruins are assured a bowl bid and are coming off the schools biggest win in their series with cross town rival USC scoring 62 points. Cal needs a win here and win one again next week hosting USC to reach the magic six wins become bowl eligible. The dog is 5-0 ATS in the last five meetings and the Golden Bears are 12-1 ATS in their last 13 games as road dogs. Take CALIFORNIA!
11-27-21 | Oklahoma +4.5 v. Oklahoma State | 33-37 | Win | 100 | 22 h 35 m | Show
Oklahoma at Oklahoma State 7:30 ET Sooners (+) over Cowboys- Now, I don't ever remember the Sooners the underdog in this game and the fact that they are 90-18-7 in the all-time series but ya think that State would have been favored at some time...ever?. I don't know but I don't think I've seen it. I know that Oklahoma State has played the better football this season especially on defense allowing just 267 YPG. But that doesn't matter here cuz if it does the Cowboys can win here, nah...not today. Take OKLAHOMA!
11-27-21 | Texas A&M v. LSU +6.5 | Top | 24-27 | Win | 100 | 23 h 48 m | Show |
Texas A&M at Louisiana State 7:00 ET Tigers (+) over Aggies- Although this is the final home game for Louisiana native Ed Orgeron it may not be his last because with an outright win the Tigers qualify for bid with six wins. Texas A&M of course is trying to increase their brand and a higher tier bowl game. The Aggies season has eight wins with the one to remember was their win over undefeated No. 1 Alabama. The Tigers are 10-0 ATS in the last 10 meetings and 5-0 ATS at home and they are 16-5 ATS after an ATS loss. Take L.S.U.!
11-27-21 | Wisconsin v. Minnesota +7 | 13-23 | Win | 100 | 19 h 41 m | Show
Wisconsin at Minnesota 4:00 ET Golden Gophers (+) over Badgers- After the first month of this year's season I wouldn't have given you 10 cents toward Wisconsin turning it around they have winning seven straight and actually have a shot at the Big Ten championship. One of the team that was supposed to complete was Minnesota because an opening game injury sidelined the All- Big Ten running back Mo Ibrahim otherwise may have been different. As good as they are Wisconsin is still just 3-7 ATS against teams with winning records and the Gophers are 6-1-1 ATS in last eight as underdogs. Final bit, the underdog is 9-4-1 ATS in the last 14 meetings. Take MINNESOTA!
11-27-21 | Ohio State v. Michigan +7.5 | 27-42 | Win | 100 | 15 h 14 m | Show
Ohio State at Michigan 12:00 ET Wolverines (+) over Buckeyes- Having used Ohio State the past two weeks Blowout Game of Year and they responded like true champions. Now, the pressure is off until 'we' find a spot for them and yes we will. Can a new fresh chapter be written about this series on Sunday morning...the Buckeyes have won the last eight and 17 of the last 19 meetings and joked last year how the Wolverines just laid down in the second half. Is this the time that Jim Harbaugh and Michigan's defense stands up to the nation's best offense. The Wolverines must use their vaulted running game (218 ave) to control the ball and not turn the ball over. Take MICHIGAN!
11-26-21 | Washington State v. Washington +1 | Top | 40-13 | Loss | -108 | 12 h 53 m | Show |
Washington State at Washington 8:00 ET Huskies over Cougars- Man...how these Huskies do stink along with Stanford, USC okay I'll stop. If there is one way the Huskies can salvage anything from this season it would be to win the Apple Cup and defeat their arch rival from State. Washington has won the last seven meetings and lead the overall series 74-32-6 and this will be the 113th meeting. It's just the way things go...take WASHINGTON!
11-26-21 | Cincinnati v. East Carolina +14 | 35-13 | Loss | -107 | 7 h 17 m | Show
Cincinnati at East Carolina 3:30 ET Pirates (+) over Bearcats- The pressure is off Cincinnati as they responded like true A-Play Game of the Year choice should crushing SMU 48-14. Now, that the pressure is off they will relax just a tad and that will be enough for more than capable East Carolina. The Bearcats better be ready because the Pirates offense will steal the booty as they put up almost 20 yards a game more from scrimmage than does Cincinnati. Take the points and EAST CAROLINA!
11-26-21 | Iowa v. Nebraska -1 | 28-21 | Loss | -107 | 5 h 19 m | Show
Iowa at Nebraska 1:30 ET Cornhuskers (+) over Hawkeyes- Believe it or not Iowa still has a chance for the Big Ten Title by first winning out here to clinch the West Division. Meanwhile, Nebraska has lost their last five and will miss the postseason for the fifth straight year. It hasn't been all bad for the 3-8 as they are 6-4-1 ATS and have out-gained each of their opponents by an average margin of 90 yards a game. In Big Ten action Nebraska with 458 YPG trails only Ohio State. Iowa has won six straight in Lincoln but has struggled in their last two without their starting quarterback Logan Smothers. Take NEBRASKA!
11-25-21 | Bills v. Saints +6.5 | Top | 31-6 | Loss | -104 | 24 h 24 m | Show |
Buffalo at New Orleans 8:20 ET Saints (+) over Bills- What's going on with the Bills? The skinned everyone alive the first six weeks and now don't seem to where they are. Of their five wins they came against Houston, Washington the Jets and Miami twice. Since losing Winston at QB New Orleans has struggled and dropped three straight including a no-show last week at Philly where they trailed 33-7 entering the fourth quarter. The Bills turned the ball over four times last week getting trampled by the Colts but are still No. 1 in NFL total defense. It should be a battle till the final gun and I'll stay with the home team that is 3-0 on Thanksgiving. Take NEW ORLEANS!
11-25-21 | Ole Miss v. Mississippi State -2 | Top | 31-21 | Loss | -110 | 25 h 9 m | Show |
Mississippi at Mississippi State 7:30 ET Bulldogs over Rebels- This could end up being a shootout of epic proportions if these two future pro quarterbacks play to their potential. These two state rivals will play the annual Egg Bowl in Starkville home of the Bulldogs and will host Mississippi who will be led by coach Lane Kiffin and his junior ready to leave for the NFL draft QB Matt Corral one of the Heisman favorites for the 9-2 Rebels. Mississippi State has had moments of great high's and a couple of disappointing performances and they are led by Mike Leach and his QB Will Rogers who has thrown for 4,113 yards, 34 TD passes with eight interceptions. Any team that has 'Will Rogers' at quarterback and he is from Brandon MS has my support! Take MISSISSIPPI STATE!
11-25-21 | Bears -3 v. Lions | 16-14 | Loss | -100 | 17 h 51 m | Show
Chicago at Detroit 12:30 ET Bears (-) over Lions- This matchup is a bit of an oddity as there is more pressure on the coaches than the quarterback. Detroit's Dan Campbell has yet to win a game and his position is more secure than's Chicago's Matt Nagy who is coming off a playoff season last year. Yep, it seems hard to believe but the Bears were in the playoffs and the Lions were not. Nagy and his crew have lost five straight and will be up against Tim Boyle who threw for 77 yards last week replacing Goff. Good grief...take CHICAGO!
11-23-21 | Western Michigan -3 v. Northern Illinois | Top | 42-21 | Win | 100 | 8 h 24 m | Show |
Western Michigan at Northern Illinois 7:00 ET Broncos (-) over Huskies- We have seen a lot of strange 'numbers' come up in games this season and this line is one of the bigger surprises on the year. Let's start with the fact that Northern Illinois is on top of the MAC West with a 6-1 record and in last place in the West is Western Michigan at 3-4 in conference. So, why are the Broncos favored here, especially on the road where they are 1-3-1 ATS while the Huskies are 4-1 SU as hosts. Looking at the points overall UNI has been outscored by 12 points on the season by their opponents while UWM has outscored their opponents by six points in the year. Add that the Broncos are 2-8 ATS in their last 10 trips in Northern Illinois makes this even stranger. Take WESTERN MICHIGAN!
11-22-21 | Giants v. Bucs -11 | 10-30 | Win | 100 | 9 h 50 m | Show
New York Giants at Tampa Bay 8:15 ET Buccaneers (-) over Giants- It has been more than four weeks since the Buccaneers won a football game losing twice and having a bye since defeating the Bears 38-8 at home where they are 4-0 SU and 3-1 ATS. New York has lost nine straight Prime Time games with Daniel Jones at the helm and the Buccaneers look to make is 10 straight and send then Giants to 'Davey Jones Locker.' Tampa ranks 3rd at 31 ppg as Tom Brady has thrown 27 TD passes leading the NFL. The Bucs will be without Antonio Brown for the fourth straight game but will enjoy the return to play by Rob Gronkowski and that will be enough. Take TAMPA BAY!
11-21-21 | Steelers +5.5 v. Chargers | 37-41 | Win | 100 | 28 h 1 m | Show
Pittsburgh at L.A. Chargers 8:20 ET Steelers (+) over Chargers- another team with quarterback issues and you can't blame it on the longer schedule as we haven't reached the 17th game yet. Big Ben Roethlistberger has been cleared to play and that makes a tremendous difference in the Steelers offense as you saw that they couldn't even move the ball against the Lions without him. The question is without practice a or being a part of the team and game plan all week can he be properly prepared. L.A. has placed a pair of defensive players on the COVID list including Joey Bosa who must test negative by 4pm Saturday. At 5-4 the Chargers trail Kansas City by a half-game in the West and are 4-1 ATS against teams with winning records. The dog is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings and the Steelers are 18-7-1 ATS in their last 26 games as road underdogs and the Chargers are 18-39-1 ATS in their last 58 home games. Take PITTSBURGH!
11-21-21 | Cardinals v. Seahawks +1.5 | 23-13 | Loss | -105 | 24 h 10 m | Show
Arizona at Seattle 4:25 ET Seahawks (+) over Cardinals- It may appear that at 3-6 the Seahawks season is dead especially if Russell Wilson doesn't return to his old form. Arizona has their own issues at quarterback as Kyler Murray's replacement Colt McCoy was knocked out of last week loss to Carolina and his health is in question and Murray is a game time decision. Seattle running back Chris Carson returned to practice this week after missing the last four games with a neck injury but his status is uncertain. Most of the trends back Arizona as the road team is 9-3-1 ATS and the Red Birds are 5-1 ASTS in the last six meetings in Seattle but, they were underdogs in each of those games and the dog is 9-2-1 ATS in the last 12 meetings. But, this is a great spot for the Seahawks as they are 14-6 ATS in their last 20 games as underdogs. Take SEATTLE!
11-21-21 | Bengals v. Raiders +1 | 32-13 | Loss | -103 | 24 h 49 m | Show
Cincinnati at Las Vegas 4:05 ET Raiders (+) over Bengals- Sin City is paying for their indiscretions as they have dropped their last two since the Jon Gruden and Henry Ruggs III issues and were badly out-played against the Chiefs last Sunday night. Cincinnati is also on a two-game losing streak getting beat by a pair of basement dwellers the jets and Browns. Both teams are 5-4 and ranked in the bottom 10 as far as their rushing game is concerned and they both rank in the bottom half on defense. The Bengals are 2-6 ATS in their last eight games as favorites and the Raiders are 5-2 ATS n their last seven games as underdogs. Take LAS VEGAS!
11-21-21 | Dolphins v. Jets +3.5 | 24-17 | Loss | -106 | 21 h 43 m | Show
Miami at New York Jets 1:00 ET Jets (+) over Dolphins- The Jets are so bad they figure the best way to look toward the future is to protect your young talent by keeping them on the bench. So, Joe Flacco will get the start at quarterback for New York against the 'powerful' Dolphins who are having quarterback issues of their own but are willing to play Tua Tagovailoa to evaluate if he is their future. They say that Zach Wilson is a week away from getting back into action but they said that two weeks ago before getting wasted the last two weeks by the Colts and Bills. But, the truth is Miami has no business being favored on the road against anybody. Take THE J-E-T-S!
11-21-21 | Packers v. Vikings +1 | Top | 31-34 | Win | 100 | 21 h 47 m | Show |
Green Bay at Minnesota 1:00 ET Vikings (+) over Packers- Another week where Aaron Rodgers is nit practicing and maybe against the Vikings it won't be as easy as it was against Seattle. With this game in Minnesota the Packers won't be as comfortable as they were at home against the Seahawks as Kirk Cousins has passed for 2,434 yards with 18 TD passes and only two interceptions. The Vikes were expected to contend for the division and at 4-5 they need this game in the worst way to get back into the playoff picture with this elongated season. The underdogs is 9-4 ATS in the last 13 meetings and Minny is 19-6-1 ATS in their last 26 games as home underdogs. Take MINNESOTA!
11-20-21 | Oregon v. Utah -3 | Top | 7-38 | Win | 100 | 25 h 17 m | Show |
Oregon at Utah 7:30 ET Utes (-) over Ducks- So, the No. 3 team in the nation is an underdog to a three loss Utah team. Oregon started the season by annihilating Ohio State in Columbus and have been give elite status because of that impressive win. Their loss came against a weak Stanford team that is 3-7 on the year and I find it difficult to accept the committee's judgement that they are the number 3 team in the nation. Think about it, the No. 4 team (Ohio State) is a 20-point favorite over the No. 7 team and yet the No. 3 team is an underdog to the No. 23 ranked team. The line stinks and the Ducks are overrated. Take UTAH!
11-20-21 | Baylor v. Kansas State | Top | 20-10 | Loss | -110 | 23 h 2 m | Show |
Baylor at Kansas State 7:30 ET Wildcats (+) over Bears- Okay, here we go! No. 11 Baylor is coming off a huge win over Oklahoma and celebrated like they had won the Super Bowl and now travel to Manhattan (Kansas that is). The Bears average 6.97 yard per play and 5.94 yards per rush while the Wildcats QB Skylar Thompson is completing 75% of his passes for Kansas State who have won four straight. Another contest where the oddsmakers expect a letdown out if the ranked team. They are right more often than not. Take KANSAS STATE!
11-20-21 | Nebraska +10 v. Wisconsin | 28-35 | Win | 100 | 21 h 9 m | Show
Nebraska at Wisconsin 3:30 ET Cornhuskers (+) over Badgers- It is hard to believe that the Badgers who opened the season 1-3 have reeled off six straight wins and they have come to life after the way they looked early of the season losing to Notre Dame and Penn State while showing no offensive life whatsoever. They have always had a stout defense bit their offense was pitiful in the years onset. Nebraska's offense is ranked 16th nationally with 459 ypg led by Adrian Martinez who has 10,408 career yards on offense. Cornhuskers will endure their fifth straight losing season since joining the Big Ten but come up big here. Take NEBRASKA!
11-20-21 | SMU v. Cincinnati -10 | Top | 14-48 | Win | 100 | 21 h 27 m | Show |
S.M.U at Cincinnati 3:30 ET Bearcats (-) over Mustangs- Well, if you have been waiting for Cincinnati to score some style points this is the spot. Aside from their win at Notre Dame the undefeated Bearcats have been a major disappointment against the number' going 3-7 ATS on the year and struggling to put weaker teams away to provide a reason for the pollsters to move them into the top spots for the playoffs. Now, they are up against a conference foe that can score and possible pull off an upset so I expect the Cats to be loaded for bear (HA). Take CINCINNATI!
11-20-21 | Iowa State +3.5 v. Oklahoma | 21-28 | Loss | -110 | 22 h 4 m | Show
Iowa State at Oklahoma 12:00 ET Cyclones (+) over Sooners- Losing to Baylor last week the Sooners dropped to No. 13 in shock along with the rest of the college football world. Iowa State was supposed to be one of the challengers to Oklahoma for the Big-12 title but have been very disappointing and are 6-4 SU to date. The question here is will Oklahoma rebound after being dropped so low I the national ratings well aware that their title hope have been dashed. The Sooners always fade late in the season and are 3-7-1 ATS in their last 11 games I November. The Cyclone are 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings and get the money again from the disheartened Sooners. Take IOWA STATE!
11-20-21 | Wake Forest v. Clemson -4 | 27-48 | Win | 100 | 22 h 3 m | Show
Wake Forest at Clemson 12:00 ET Tigers (-) over Demon Deacons- The Clemson Tigers have had what many consider a terrible season and yet they are 7-3 SU but a disappointing 2-8 ATS while Wake Forest has been a money maker for their backers the entire year going 9-1 SU. Granted the Tigers offense leaves much to be desired but their defense is as good as ever while the Deacons seem to score at will. Wake is playing for the ACC title and Clemson has owned that spot for what seems like forever and they are looking to tell the Demon's you may win it this season but will still own you. Take CLEMSON!
11-20-21 | Michigan State v. Ohio State -19 | Top | 7-56 | Win | 100 | 22 h 6 m | Show |
Michigan State at Ohio State 12:00 ET Buckeyes (-) over Spartans- Last Saturday 'we' use Ohio State as our NCAA Blowout Game of the Year and the responded by destroying Purdue 59-31 and were never threatened. This week most expect them once again as huge favorites over No. 7 Michigan State to play a most closer game against stronger competition. Nope, I don't think so! The oddsmakers are making it so inviting to take the Spartans as they are 9-1 SU and 8-2 ATS on the year. I expect the same kind of result this week as the Buckeyes via for the FBS bid. Take OHIO STATE! 1
11-19-21 | San Diego State v. UNLV +11 | 28-20 | Win | 100 | 16 h 3 m | Show
San Diego State at U.N.L.V. 11:30 ET Rebels (+) over Aztecs- UNLV hadn't won a football game in over two years and now they have won two straight and are not longer the doormat of the Mountain West. San Diego State has defeated the Rebels in 15 of the last 19 meetings and are in position to win the Western Division title after their win over Nevada last week but will still have to win against Boise State next week. Although, UNLV is 2-8 SU on the season they are 7-3 ATS and have played tough against the likes of Fresno State and others in the MWC. SDS enter the top-25 despite averaging only 137 yards passing ranking 126rg nationally and the rebels have their career rushing leader in Charles Williams who has gained over 4,000 career rushing yards. At home with a new confidence and a great running back the Rebels should keep this one close. Take UNLV!
11-19-21 | Air Force +1.5 v. Nevada | Top | 41-39 | Win | 100 | 14 h 34 m | Show |
Air Force at Nevada 9:00 ET Falcons (+) over Wolf Pack- Nevada had a chance to secure a spot in the MWC title game but was upended by San Diego State 23-21 last weekend and now face an always tough service academy who broke a 2-game losing streak with a win over Colorado State and are now 7-3 AU on the season. The Wolf pack have the nation's 4th ranked passing game with 373 ypg while the Air Force has the nation's No. 5 ranked defense allowing just 288 ypg overall along with the nation's No.1 rushing offense at 311 ypg. After blowing last weeks opportunity I believe the Pack will be dispirited. Take the AIR FORCE.
11-18-21 | Patriots v. Falcons +7.5 | Top | 25-0 | Loss | -133 | 13 h 24 m | Show |
New England at Atlanta 8:15 ET Falcons (+) over Patriots- New England has become an offensive juggernaut during their current four-game winning streak outscoring opponents 150-50 as quarterback Mac Jones has emerged as the top rookie QB this season. Atlanta on the other side is coming off a one-sided affair Sunday losing 43-3 at Dallas a game where they trailed 36-3 at the half. The Falcons had won three of their previous four games while QB Matt Ryan posted his career worst 21.4 passer rating throwing for only 117 yards. The Patriots are 6-0 ATS in the last six meetings which including their Super Bowl victory after trailing 28-3 late in the three quarter. This game has nothing to do with revenge just more about a team being embarrassed in their previous outing. Take ATLANTA!
11-15-21 | Rams v. 49ers +3.5 | Top | 10-31 | Win | 100 | 11 h 53 m | Show |
L.A. Rams at San Francisco 8:15 ET 49ers (+) over Rams- In a way this is a mirror image game as the Rams are 4-0 on the road and San Francisco is 0-4 at home. The Niners have been a major disappointment at 3-5 overall but with that added game (17) this season they still believe that they have a shot at the playoffs but it must start here. One thing that they have going for themselves is that they have won the last four meetings against L.A. and that bodes confidence in a team that needs a win in the worst way and there is a sense of urgency entering this game. The Rams are the latest team to find out what it's like to have a disruptive force in uniform in OBJ and I understand he hasn't been with them long enough to cause issues but sooner of later he will. He comes to the Rams in the nick-of-time as they lost receiver Robert Woods for the season in Friday and should see plenty of action. The Rams are 3-8 ATS in the last 11 meetings and the dog is 4-0 AT
11-14-21 | Chiefs v. Raiders +2.5 | Top | 41-14 | Loss | -100 | 29 h 24 m | Show |
Kansas City at Las Vegas 8:20 ET Raiders (+) over Chiefs- It is said that Sin City will get you sooner or later but the Raiders are setting records of attrition for players not even on the field. KC struggling to win and Vegas is looking forward to getting back on the field and are in need of a strong rebound after loss in New York. The Chiefs are 5-16 ATS last 21 overall and 2-8 ATS as favorites and 3-13 ATS after SU win. LV 5-1 ATS as dogs, 4-1 AST as home underdogs, home team 7-2 ATS L-9 meetings. Take LAS VEGAS!
11-14-21 | Eagles +2.5 v. Broncos | 30-13 | Win | 100 | 26 h 31 m | Show
Philadelphia at Denver 4:25 ET Eagles (+) over Broncos- The Eagles couldn't get off the ground last week as LA Chargers passed them silly while Broncos rode rough over the Cowboys. Huge rout for Denver and this week it won't be so easy. Both teams move toward the center this week for Philly the better for Denver worse. Denver is 4-10-1 ATS Last-15 as home favorites. TAKE PHILADELPHIA!
11-14-21 | Vikings +3 v. Chargers | 27-20 | Win | 100 | 25 h 12 m | Show
Minnesota at L.A. Chargers 4:05 ET Vikings (+) over Chargers- How 'bout those Vikings., they can find more ways to lose than any NFL club week in and week out. Chargers beat the 'sharp money' last week but this week fall short. The Vikings are 41-18 ATS in last-59 after SU loss and 7-3 ATS L-10 as dogs. Chargers are 5-11-1 ATS L-17 as home favorites. Take MINNESOTA!
11-14-21 | Bucs v. Washington Football Team +10 | 19-29 | Win | 100 | 22 h 8 m | Show
Tampa Bay at Washington 1:00 ET WTF (+) over Buccaneers- This could be one of those games where the Buc's just go through the motions as their road play mediocre at 2-2 0-4 ATS and something has got to give as WFT is 1-3 SU and 0-4 ATS at home. The underdog is 8-1-2 ATS L-11 meetings and Tampa Bay is 0-5 ATS Last-5 road favs. Take WASHINGTON!
11-14-21 | Saints +3 v. Titans | Top | 21-23 | Win | 100 | 22 h 9 m | Show |
New Orleans at Tennessee 1:00 ET Saints (+) over Titans- After a Week One beating to Arizona the Titans pounded the league for six weeks until Henry went down and now they pound you anyway...but, the Saints do more than pray and can surprise the home club here. Saints are 36-17 ATS last 53 as underdogs and 23-8 ATS as road dogs. Take NEW ORLEANS
11-13-21 | NC State +2 v. Wake Forest | 42-45 | Loss | -110 | 25 h 12 m | Show
Saturday Hot Nite Fever Money Game Winner N. C. State at Wake Forest 7:30 ET Wolfpack (+) over Demon Deacons- I call it my 'bang-bang' theory. What happens is that when a team goes deep into the season undefeated and then suffers their initial loss. Most believe that they will bounce back stronger but alas it's not so. It also plays in NCAA BK where their thoughts of championships has been shattered it take a while to recoup. Take N.C. STATE!
11-13-21 | Notre Dame v. Virginia +6 | Top | 28-3 | Loss | -105 | 25 h 15 m | Show |
Megabucks Notre Dame at Virginia 7:30 ET Cavaliers (+) over Fighting Irish- Notre Dame won their fourth straight win their third straight by double-digits sinking the Navy 34-6. Virginia is off a bye week after allowing 40+points in two straight games and are looking for to playing a ranked No. 9 Fighting Irish club that has won 39 consecutive games against unranked opponents! Somehow only 6-3 Virginia has the No. 1 ranked total yards offense in the nation averaging 545 ypg the 'Golden Domer's' average 393 ranking 71st. The Cavaliers are 13-3 ATS after a bye week and 20-6-1 ATS in their last 27 home games. Take VIRGINIA! |
