Texas Tech v. TCU UNDER 140.5 | Top | 61-67 |
Win | 100 | 3 h 51 m | Show |
Two months of preparation and mostly successful performances set the table for No. 18 TCU and Texas Tech, who will square off on Saturday afternoon in Fort Worth, Texas, in the Big 12 opener for both teams. The Big 12 is stacked, with five teams ranked in the AP Top 25. Both the Horned Frogs (11-1) and the Red Raiders (10-2) head into league play carrying momentum built on winning streaks and impressive performances. TCU's most recent game was a dominating 103-57 home victory over Central Arkansas on Wednesday. Mike Miles Jr. scored 21 points to lead the Horned Frogs, while Emanuel Miller added 20, Damion Baugh had 13 and Shahada Wells and JaKobe Coles contributed 12 each. |

Chicago State v. Ball State OVER 138.5 | Top | 63-70 |
Loss | -110 | 9 h 28 m | Show |
This is the game where the Chicago State under streak comes to an end after cashing six straight. Bettors have taken the opening number of 143, which was a complete trap, and bet it down to 138.5. This game crawls over the total. |
12-27-22 |
South Carolina State v. Texas Tech UNDER 147.5 | Top | 71-110 |
Loss | -110 | 10 h 6 m | Show |
First under Chris Beard and now under second-year coach Mark Adams, Texas Tech has been a team that wins with stifling defense and just enough offense. However, the Red Raiders have shown at times this season that they might have more firepower to be able to outscore teams when required. That offense could be on display again Tuesday night in Lubbock, Texas, when the Red Raiders return from their Christmas break with a home game against struggling South Carolina State. Texas Tech (9-2) got 22 points apiece from De'Vion Harmon and Kevin Obanor in a 111-67 rout of Houston Christian on Wednesday, marking the first time since 1996 that the Red Raiders notched consecutive 100-point games. They beat Jackson State 102-52 on Dec. 17. |
12-20-22 |
Fresno State v. CS Bakersfield OVER 116.5 | Top | 56-48 |
Loss | -110 | 11 h 16 m | Show |
The over is 7-1 in Roadrunner's last 8 home games vs. a team with a losing road record and 6-1 in their last 7 home games vs. a team with a road winning % of less than .400. |
12-15-22 |
Seattle University v. Oregon State UNDER 136.5 | Top | 58-73 |
Win | 100 | 6 h 27 m | Show |
The Oregon State Beavers are coming off a tough 72-54 road loss against the Texas A&M Aggies and they were only able to score 24 points in the second half of the game. They were not able to shoot the ball well as they finished shooting 36.5 percent throughout the game, 32.1 percent from beyond the arc, and 11 free-throw shots. Freshman guard Jordan Pope led Oregon State as in 36 minutes he finished with 15 points and five assists. |
12-13-22 |
Green Bay v. St. Thomas UNDER 137.5 | Top | 61-82 |
Loss | -110 | 5 h 23 m | Show |
Needless to say, every trend is telling the public to go over the total, but I think the opening number of 140 was too much and it looks like the public has followed suit. I do think you'll be able to get a better number on this total once the squares start betting this morning. |
12-11-22 |
Tennessee v. Maryland UNDER 134.5 | Top | 56-53 |
Win | 100 | 6 h 45 m | Show |
No. 7 Tennessee will look to win its eighth straight game when it faces No. 13 Maryland in the Basketball Hall of Fame Invitational on Sunday in New York. The Volunteers (8-1) are coming off an 84-49 win over visiting Eastern Kentucky on Wednesday, while the Terrapins (8-1) suffered their first loss of the season in a 64-59 setback at Wisconsin on Tuesday. Tennessee's Tyreke Key scored a game-high 17 points, while Julian Phillips added 16 points and a game-high 10 rebounds against the Colonels. Zakai Zeigler chipped in 13 points, six rebounds, five assists and four steals and Olivier Nkamhoua finished with 10 points, eight rebounds and three blocks. While Tennessee struggled at times offensively, finishing 24 of 60 (40 percent) from the field and just 5 of 21 (23.8 percent) from 3-point range, the Volunteers excelled defensively. Tennessee forced Eastern Kentucky to shoot an abysmal 15 of 68 (22.1 percent) from the field, including 6 for 35 (17.1 percent) from beyond the arc. The Volunteers outrebounded the Colonels 56-40. |
12-08-22 |
Iowa State v. Iowa UNDER 138 | Top | 56-75 |
Win | 100 | 1 h 58 m | Show |
Iowa (6-2) wasn't quite as sharp offensively in its last game, a 74-62 loss against Duke on Tuesday in the Jimmy V Classic at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The Hawkeyes shot 39.7 percent from the field overall and made just 3 of 16 attempts from 3-point range. "We have good shooters that didn't make shots (Tuesday)," Iowa coach Fran McCaffery said. "I thought we moved the ball and shot open shots, and they didn't go in." A big reason for Iowa's success on offense has been its value of the basketball. The Hawkeyes lead the nation in assist-to-turnover ratio at 1.93 and are averaging nine turnovers a game, the second-fewest in the country. Leading the way has been Kris Murray, who is averaging 19.4 points and 10.1 rebounds per contest in taking over the lead role left by twin brother Keegan Murray, now playing in the NBA for the Sacramento Kings. Patrick McCaffery (12.8), Tony Perkins (11.7), and Filip Rebraca (10.3) are also averaging double-figures in scoring. Iowa hopes fatigue won't be a factor, given it will be a quick two-day turnaround from playing Duke. The Hawkeyes have won four of the last six meetings. Iowa State won last year's game at home in Ames, 73-53. |
12-05-22 |
Kent State v. Gonzaga UNDER 153.5 | Top | 66-73 |
Win | 100 | 10 h 44 m | Show |
It was the kind of loss that can turn into two or more if a team isn't careful. Ahead by seven points with less than two minutes left Friday night, No. 14 Gonzaga managed to lose as sixth-ranked Baylor rattled off the last eight points to earn a 64-63 decision in Sioux Falls, S.D. There isn't a lot of time for the Bulldogs to dwell on that outcome, though, as they have a dangerous game Monday night when Kent State visits Spokane for a non-conference contest. Gonzaga (5-3) owned a 63-56 advantage with 1:41 remaining after Malachi Smith dunked, but it whiffed on its last five possessions. It committed a couple of turnovers, including a shot clock violation while it tried to add to a one-point lead. Rasir Bolton missed a driving layup under heavy guarding just before time expired. It was a fitting capper to a game where the Zags simply weren't in sync offensively after Baylor limited their best player, Drew Timme, to six shots and nine points. It didn't help that Timme found foul trouble, eventually fouling out before Jalen Bridges hit two foul shots with 16.1 seconds left to put Baylor ahead to stay. |

South Dakota State v. Kent State UNDER 145.5 | Top | 68-83 |
Loss | -110 | 9 h 11 m | Show |
The Golden Flashes shot just .238 from the floor (15-of-63) against the Houston Cougars, who are ranked in the top three nationally in scoring defense and FG% defense. Kent State was only 6-for-29 on 3-pointers (.207). Kent State has used a variety of starting lineups through seven games. Malique Jacobs has started five games but came off the bench at Houston, finishing with 11 points and seven rebounds in 30 minutes |

Alabama v. Michigan State UNDER 145.5 | Top | 81-70 |
Loss | -110 | 12 h 35 m | Show |
Michigan State quickly has gained respect with the way it has performed against top competition this season. The Spartans went from unranked to No. 12 in the latest AP poll after quality wins against then-No. 4 Kentucky and Villanova last week. It won't get any easier this holiday weekend. Michigan State will face unbeaten and No. 18 Alabama in the opener of the Phil Knight Invitational on Thursday in Portland, Ore. The winner will return Friday to face the victor of the UConn-Oregon game, which will be played on Thursday. The finals and consolation games of the tournament will be Sunday. The Spartans will get another test when they face Notre Dame in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge next Wednesday. "We can play good and go 0-3," Michigan State coach Tom Izzo said of the Portland event. "This is a very, very, very, very good tournament, and so we'll see. |
11-24-22 |
Florida v. Xavier UNDER 149.5 | Top | 83-90 |
Loss | -110 | 6 h 27 m | Show |
Xavier coach Sean Miller sees familiarities with the team's last opponent when he scans the scouting report for Thursday's matchup with Florida in the Phil Knight Legacy tournament at Portland, Ore. After giving up 30 points and six rebounds to Trayce Jackson-Davis in an 81-79 loss to Indiana, the Musketeers (3-1) now must contend with Florida's Colin Castleton. A power up front like Jackson-Davis, Castleton is averaging 25.3 points and 8.8 rebounds a game for the Gators (3-1). "They do a great job of playing through him," Miller said. "He seems to be involved in almost every offensive possession, maybe a little bit more away from the basket skill-wise than a guy like Jackson-Davis but make no mistake. If you can average 25 points a game through the first three or four games, that's all you need to know." Castleton was a big force behind Florida's 76-67 comeback win at Florida State in the Gators' last outing, scoring right at his average of 25 points and just missing a double-double with nine rebounds. He accounted for 13 points as the Gators scored 33 of the first 38 points in the second half while rallying from a 17-point halftime deficit. |
11-24-22 |
Tennessee v. USC UNDER 136.5 | Top | 73-66 |
Loss | -110 | 3 h 38 m | Show |
Southern California's Boogie Ellis understands the significance of Thursday's semifinal against No. 22 Tennessee at the Battle 4 Atlantis in Paradise Island, Bahamas. "We come out here and we win a couple games, we got a chance to make some noise," he said. "Just (relaying) to the guys that this is a really important tournament for us to make a statement." Ellis scored 27 points and Joshua Morgan and Drew Peterson posted double-doubles as the Trojans (4-1) knocked off BYU 82-76 in the first round on Wednesday. After leading 28-23 at halftime, Tennessee (3-1) dominated Butler in the second half, outscoring the Bulldogs 43-22 to cruise to a 71-45 win. The winner plays in the title game on Friday night against No. 3 Kansas (5-0) or Wisconsin (4-0). The semifinal losers meet in the third-place game on Friday afternoon. The Trojans extended their winning streak to four games by using a balanced scoring attack that included Peterson posting 16 points, 10 rebounds and six assists. Morgan had his second straight double-double with 11 points and 10 boards. |
11-23-22 |
Fresno State v. Washington UNDER 128 | Top | 57-62 |
Win | 100 | 14 h 48 m | Show |
Washington aims to bounce back from a demoralizing setback when it faces Fresno State on Wednesday night in the Wooden Legacy at Anaheim, Calif. The Huskies (3-1) scored the game's first eight points but later trailed by 12 in the second half before succumbing 73-64 to visiting Cal Baptist on Thursday. "We don't want to get behind like that," Washington coach Mike Hopkins said. "We had our chances but just couldn't get over the hump." The winner of the game between the Huskies and Fresno State (1-3) will meet either Vanderbilt or Saint Mary's in Thursday night's title game. The losers will battle in the consolation game. The Huskies had Keion Brooks Jr. back on the floor versus Cal Baptist after a two-game absence due to a leg injury. The Kentucky transfer scored 20 points in his Washington debut in the season-opening win over Weber State, but had 11 on 4-of-12 shooting against Cal Baptist. "He forced it a little bit but he played his heart out," Hopkins said. Brooks' 15.5 point per game scoring average is second on the squad behind freshman Keyon Menifield, who is averaging 15.8. Menifield had eight points on 4-of-14 shooting against the Lancers after averaging 23.5 points over the previous two games. Fresno State has lost three straight contests, including Saturday's 61-52 road loss against North Texas. |
11-23-22 |
Akron v. Nevada UNDER 131 | Top | 58-62 |
Win | 100 | 9 h 14 m | Show |
The Zips are 1-4 ATS this season. It was the tale of two halves on Tuesday as the Zips were up two, 35-33, at halftime versus LSU, despite shooting 31% from the field. That poor shooting wasn’t even an indication of how bad things would get in the second half as Akron hit just five field goals on 25 attempts and was outscored 40-23. Enrique Freeman, who went 7-for-8 and led the team with 18 points on Monday, shot just 1-for-6 and had three points on the day. Xavier Castenada had his third 20+ point game of the season. The senior guard had 28 points, shooting 6-for-16 and 12-for-16 from the free-throw stripe. He added six rebounds and four assists. |
11-23-22 |
Kansas v. NC State UNDER 153 | Top | 80-74 |
Loss | -110 | 4 h 26 m | Show |
No. 3 Kansas already has some nice accomplishments this season, and now the Jayhawks get their coach back and head into to a high-profile tournament. Bill Self will be on the bench for the first time this season when the Jayhawks take on North Carolina State on Wednesday in the opening round of the Battle 4 Atlantis in Paradise Island, Bahamas. NC State has made headway in its own way early this season, but the focus for this tournament opener is on the Jayhawks and Self. The coach finished a four-game suspension imposed by the university stemming from an NCAA investigation in 2017. Assistant coach Kurtis Townsend is also back from a ban that was connected to Self's suspension. Norm Roberts had filled in as acting coach. This is Self's 20th season with the Jayhawks. Even though he wasn't on the scene to start the season, this marks the ninth time since he took charge in 2003 that Kansas is off to a 4-0 start. Forward KJ Adams Jr. -- at just 6-foot-7 -- has given the Jayhawks a boost up front. It's unclear if he's locked into that starting role. |
11-22-22 |
Weber State v. Abilene Christian UNDER 136.5 | Top | 77-67 |
Loss | -110 | 7 h 49 m | Show |
Two contrasting styles here but I expect the slower pace to win out. Weber State has played in six under in their last seven games and 16 of 23 on neutral courts. |
11-21-22 |
Cincinnati v. Arizona UNDER 160.5 | Top | 93-101 |
Loss | -110 | 11 h 48 m | Show |
No. 14 Arizona has been all fun and flash while steamrolling three overmatched opponents, but the competition is about to get stiffer at the Maui Invitational starting Monday against Cincinnati in Lahaina, Hawaii. The Wildcats (3-0) set a school record for shooting percentage (71.7) in their opener against Nicholls, got a triple-double from point guard Kerr Kriisa against Southern, and established another school record Thursday against Utah Tech by making 22 of 22 free throw attempts. "I think we're good," said coach Tommy Lloyd. "We got through these first three games, and our guys are getting a feeling for how hard you need to play. The new guys are understanding that there's a level of effort and a standard that you have to meet to be an Arizona basketball player. They're starting to hit that." Cincinnati (3-1) hasn't shown the same kind of offensive prowess as Arizona and is coming off a 64-51 loss Wednesday at Northern Kentucky in which it managed only 11 points in the second half. The Bearcats shot 33.9 percent from the field. |
11-19-22 |
Maryland v. St. Louis UNDER 145.5 | Top | 95-67 |
Loss | -110 | 1 h 27 m | Show |
The Terrapins are looking to extend their three-game winning streak to four games when they host the Billikens. In their last outing, Maryland earned a 76-52 win over the Binghamton Bearcats. As a team, they shot 48.4% from the field and earned 42 rebounds, 14 assists, eight steals, and four blocks. Julian Reese (19 PTS, 7 REB, 2, BLK, 88.8% FG) and Hakim Hart (13 PTS, 8 REB, 2 STL, 50% FG) led the Terrapins. Maryland has a 211th-ranked scoring offense this season, averaging 72.7 points per game. Their scoring defense is ranked 10th, surrendering just 50.7 points per game. The Terrapins currently have a scoring margin of 22 which puts them at 51st. |
11-17-22 |
Central Michigan v. Minnesota OVER 135.5 | Top | 60-68 |
Loss | -110 | 9 h 40 m | Show |
Minnesota has won all four games all-time in the series and has won by an average score of 78 to 58.75 while going 3-0-1 ATS in those matchups. The Golden Gophers have won the last three games by an average score of 78.33 to 57.33 while going 3-0 ATS in those contests. |
11-10-22 |
Southern Illinois v. Oklahoma State UNDER 136 | Top | 61-60 |
Win | 100 | 15 h 18 m | Show |
The Salukis were one of the slowest teams in the country last year at about 66 offensive possessions per game. This slow pace contributed to the great scoring defense the Salukis have had with Mullins at the helm. They were first in the MVC and 15th in America in scoring defense. Last season the Salukis held opponents under 70 for 19 straight games. Despite their solid defense, this is an undersized squad that doesn't have anyone taller than 6'8 on the roster. Oklahoma State big man Kalib Boone could really disrupt the Salukis game plan if they can't limit his impact on the boards and the low block. |
11-09-22 |
South Dakota State v. Boise State UNDER 144 | Top | 68-66 |
Win | 100 | 13 h 22 m | Show |
Last season, the Boise State Broncos were mediocre at best offense while one of the best defenses in the sport. They lost three starters from last season and need to be able to swallow the losses here. They are going to need sophomore forward Tyson Degenhart to step up from his freshman season where he averaged 9.9 points, 3.9 rebounds, 0.9 assists, 0.6 blocks, and 0.8 steals. |
11-09-22 |
Davidson v. Wright State UNDER 147.5 | Top | 102-97 |
Loss | -110 | 11 h 25 m | Show |
With a victory over the Quakers in their previous game, the Wildcats got off to a strong start. They will be looking for similar outcomes on Wednesday when they embark on their first road trip, which could give them their second straight victory. In their 87-point victory over the Quakers, Davidson scored 45.1 percent of their field goals and 44.1 percent of three-point attempts. With 64 points allowed in the victory over the Quakers, Davidson played strong defense. They will need to put out another strong defensive performance if they want to win because they are playing a better offensive team. |
03-21-22 |
Middle Tennessee v. Boston University OVER 139 | Top | 76-46 |
Loss | -110 | 8 h 5 m | Show |
I'm not getting in the way of the Terrier over train that has now cashed 13 of their last 16 games and 12 of 14 following a SU win. |
03-20-22 |
Troy State v. Abilene Christian UNDER 140.5 | Top | 70-82 |
Loss | -109 | 10 h 26 m | Show |
The Trojans have been a terrific team under team when playing on neutral courts with 12 of their last 17 cashing under tickets. The under is also 8-2 when the Trojans are the underdog. 5 of the last 7 Wildcats games have come under on neutral courts. |
03-19-22 |
Richmond v. Providence OVER 134 | Top | 51-79 |
Loss | -110 | 8 h 5 m | Show |
This is one of my favorite plays on today's card. There aren't many trends to suggest that this is going over but The Friars have had a tendency to play higher scoring games after a SU win. |
03-17-22 |
Indiana v. St. Mary's UNDER 126.5 | Top | 53-82 |
Loss | -110 | 11 h 40 m | Show |
The under is an insane 22-10-2 in their last 34 game as an underdog and 31-15-2 vs. teams with a winning percentage over .600. The under is 9-3 in the Gaels last 12 neutral site games. |
03-16-22 |
Iona v. Florida OVER 144.5 | Top | 74-79 |
Win | 100 | 12 h 12 m | Show |
There are a lot of reasons to like the under in this one but Florida has been on a small over trend and I think this number has come in lower than I thought it would. The number seems to be begging the public to bet the under but we're not falling for it and it doesn't look like they are either. |
03-15-22 |
Indiana v. Wyoming UNDER 133 | Top | 66-58 |
Win | 100 | 13 h 43 m | Show |
The Wyoming Cowboys can feel very fortunate that they are in the NCAA Tournament but the win over UNLV seemed to push them in. 5 of their last 7 games have gone under the total and 3 of 5 for the Hoosiers. The Hoosiers will suffocate the Cowboys while Ike's troubles down low continue. |
03-11-22 |
Richmond v. VCU OVER 129.5 | Top | 75-64 |
Win | 100 | 12 h 52 m | Show |
Both teams come into this one with solid over trends on neutral floors, while the over is 5-2-1 in the Rams last 8 games as favorite. This number is an obvious oversight as both teams with play a quick pace. |
03-11-22 |
TCU v. Kansas OVER 138.5 | Top | 62-75 |
Loss | -110 | 11 h 35 m | Show |
Both teams come into this one having played in three straight over's, but this number is too good to pass up. With both teams totals consistently in the 140's, I think we're getting a steal with this number. The OVER is 22-10-1 when the Horned Frogs re coming off a STS win while the Jayhawks seem to always play high scoring games when the spotlight is the brightest. |
03-11-22 |
Iowa v. Rutgers OVER 144 | Top | 84-74 |
Win | 100 | 6 h 8 m | Show |
I would go get this now because the public has already pushed this up some from it's opening number. The books clearly have an opinion on this game which is why the total is so high. Iowa has cashed three straight unders and 5 of 6 with each total coming in at the mid 150's. The Knights have also cashed 4 straight unders which is what is pulling this number down into the 140's. This game will be played at Iowa's pace. |
03-10-22 |
Fresno State v. San Diego State UNDER 114.5 | Top | 46-53 |
Win | 100 | 16 h 42 m | Show |
Believe me when I tell you, this is going to be ugly. A week ago, these two teams met with the game looking like it was going to cash an under ticket when with the total at 116. The game went into OT allowing the Over to cash but tonight will be different. Both of these teams are under teams and that's what's going to happen tonight despite the bookmakers begging the public to take the over. |
03-10-22 |
Maryland-Eastern Shore v. North Carolina Central OVER 131 | Top | 56-68 |
Loss | -100 | 13 h 23 m | Show |
This is one of the most attractive options on the board because the bookmakers are setting a trap, and we're going to run the other way. The Hawks have played in 7 overs in their last 10 games and the Eagles in three straight, but my numbers indicate that this line is baiting you into taking the under. The over is 18-6 when the Eagles are coming off a SU win, make that 19-6 after tonight. |
03-09-22 |
Fairfield v. St. Peter's OVER 122 | Top | 63-77 |
Win | 100 | 13 h 36 m | Show |
The public will be all over the under in this game and I suspect the books will be begging you to take the over but I think being in a tournament atmosphere sometimes oushes teams to do things out of character and that's why what you've seen all season long is not always what you'll see in this match-up. |
03-09-22 |
Air Force v. Utah State OVER 126 | Top | 56-83 |
Win | 100 | 8 h 56 m | Show |
The Falcons have been an under team for a long time while the Aggies are on a run of 4 straight unders. The public has pounded the under but neutral site games have a tendency to move teams out of what they're used to doing, especially In a tournament setting. |
03-08-22 |
Chicago State v. Utah Valley OVER 132 | Top | 47-69 |
Loss | -110 | 16 h 44 m | Show |
Two teams going in the same direction when it comes to the total. Both teams have played in three straight unders with the Wolverines playing on 5 of 6. However, this numbers is begging you to play the under but we know that when the Cougars play a higher quality of team the over is 14-3 in their last 17. We're not getting sucked into what the bookmakers want tonight. |
03-05-22 |
Miami-FL v. Syracuse UNDER 151.5 | Top | 75-72 |
Win | 100 | 3 h 38 m | Show |
I thought the public would be all over the over in this one but the books have priced this game too high for their taste and I agree. The Under is 27-13-3 in the Orange last 43 home games vs teams with a road winning percentage of .600 or more. |
03-04-22 |
High Point v. Winthrop UNDER 141 | Top | 51-68 |
Win | 100 | 6 h 15 m | Show |
Both teams come into this one with over-streaks but this number is a little too rich for me considering I've seen a trend where the Panthers are more of an under team when they go up against the better competition. This is a conference tournament game and the time of year when the Eagles start to focus more on the defensive end of the court. i suspect both over streaks ending tonight. |
03-02-22 |
Notre Dame v. Florida State UNDER 139.5 | Top | 70-74 |
Loss | -110 | 8 h 54 m | Show |
The Seminoles will win this game only if they protect the perimeter, this is where the Irish has lived and died for years under Mike Brey. This is a spot where I like to play the under because you have the Irish coming in off of 5 straight overs while the Seminoles have been involved in 4 of 5. This number is begging you to take the over, we're not going to fall for this. |
03-01-22 |
CS-Northridge v. UC-Santa Barbara UNDER 134 | Top | 61-70 |
Win | 100 | 9 h 11 m | Show |
This is another spot where the number is too high to bait you into taking an over. Northridge has played 7 overs in their last 9 games while the Gauchos have played in 5 of 6. Don't fall for the trap, this game is going under. |
03-01-22 |
Southern Utah v. Montana State UNDER 147 | Top | 53-69 |
Win | 100 | 8 h 23 m | Show |
Another situation where the oddsmakers set the number too high, hoping to catch the public riding the current overs streaks. The Thunderbirds have cashed 5 overs in their last 7 games with a push, while the Bobcats have played in 4 straight overs. We're not getting sucked into this bad number. |
03-01-22 |
Miami-OH v. Central Michigan UNDER 148.5 | Top | 75-61 |
Win | 100 | 7 h 45 m | Show |
This is a game that screams over but you have to know when trends will stop, and another will begin. This number is too rich for me even though the RedHawks are coming off six straight overs, while the Chippewas have played in back-to-back overs. This number is begging you to take the bait but we're going to be smarter than that tonight. |
02-28-22 |
Baylor v. Texas UNDER 135 | Top | 68-61 |
Win | 100 | 11 h 11 m | Show |
Both of these teams are coming is as clear over selections, Texas has played in 9 over's in their last 13 games while the Bears have cashed 3 of 5 overs. Expect the public to be all over this trend but we're going under back by another trend that has cashed 76%. |
02-27-22 |
Tulane v. Temple UNDER 137.5 | Top | 70-75 |
Loss | -110 | 4 h 27 m | Show |
Tulane have played six straight overs while the Owls have two straight under their belt. This number seems to be begging you to take the over but we're not going to be on that side. The under is 24-9-1 in the Owls last 34 games as a favorite. |
02-27-22 |
Iona v. Rider UNDER 142 | Top | 68-61 |
Win | 100 | 4 h 30 m | Show |
The Gaels come in playing 5 straight unders while the Broncs come in with a couple unders behind them. This is usually when i go over the total but Rider isn't reliable enough from an offensive standpoint to think they'll do their part in pushing this over. |
02-27-22 |
Canisius v. Quinnipiac UNDER 146.5 | Top | 72-67 |
Win | 100 | 3 h 34 m | Show |
Canisius is one of the worst offensive teams on College Basketball, which would make sense when you have an 8-20 record. Iona have played 5 straight unders which makes this an easy selection, right? We're going to go against what many think will be an easy over. |
02-27-22 |
SMU v. Houston UNDER 138 | Top | 61-75 |
Win | 100 | 2 h 7 m | Show |
After two straight rad overs, I suspect that this number is a little higher than I expected in this one. We've seen quality teams come into Houston and get suffocated, in fact, the under is 42-19-1 when Houston faces team with a winning road record. |
02-23-22 |
Washington v. Washington State OVER 135.5 | Top | 70-78 |
Win | 100 | 13 h 35 m | Show |
There's no other way to bet games involving the Huskies than to play the over. The over is 20-7 in the Huskies last 27 road games and 6 of 7 overall. Neither team are terrific offensive teams but this number would indicate that the pace will be fast. |
02-23-22 |
LSU v. Kentucky OVER 142 | Top | 66-71 |
Loss | -110 | 11 h 57 m | Show |
The over is 7-1 in the Tigers last 8 games and 41-19 in their last 60 road games. The over is 6-1 in the Wildcats last 7 road games. The Wildcats are one of the top offensive teams in College Basketball. |
02-22-22 |
St. Thomas v. North Dakota OVER 145.5 | Top | 84-74 |
Win | 100 | 1 h 55 m | Show |
This is a classic match-up between the Tommies who are certainly an under bet, against North Dakota who has been a decent over wager. This number indicates that pace of play will be fast, and I agree with that. This game goes over easy. |
02-21-22 |
Louisville v. North Carolina OVER 143 | Top | 63-70 |
Loss | -110 | 8 h 49 m | Show |
The over is 6-1 in the Tar Heels last 7 games including 5 straight as a favorite. The over is also 8-2 in their last 10 overall. |
02-16-22 |
Illinois v. Rutgers OVER 134.5 | Top | 59-70 |
Loss | -110 | 5 h 29 m | Show |
Over is 17-8 in Fighting Illini's last 25 games following an ATS loss while the Over is 9-4 in Scarlet Knight's last 13 games following a straight-up win. |
02-16-22 |
Massachusetts v. St Bonaventure OVER 144.5 | Top | 71-83 |
Win | 100 | 5 h 26 m | Show |
The over is 14-6 in the Minutemen top 20 games overall while the Bonnies are on a small 4-1 over run in their last 5 games as a favorite. |
02-07-22 |
Charlotte v. Florida International UNDER 138 | Top | 81-68 |
Loss | -110 | 6 h 27 m | Show |
The under has cashed five straight games when the 49ers play a team with a winning record, indicating that they play much tighter and slower-paced games against the better teams even against the Panthers who will try to push the tempo. |
02-06-22 |
Providence v. Georgetown UNDER 144.5 | Top | 71-52 |
Win | 100 | 1 h 31 m | Show |
The under is 11-3 in the Friars last 14 games after an ATS win while the under is 7-3 at home against teams with a winning road record. |
02-05-22 |
Duquesne v. VCU OVER 124 | Top | 62-71 |
Win | 100 | 3 h 58 m | Show |
The Over is 8-3 in the Dukes last 11 road games and 10-4 on the road as a dog. This seems like an easy under but this number is way off my power rankings. |
02-05-22 |
Northern Colorado v. Northern Arizona UNDER 150.5 | Top | 74-71 |
Win | 100 | 3 h 51 m | Show |
The game features two teams that are usually over teams but we've seen this a million times where it looks easy but it ends up the other way. This number is too high so we'll take advantage of the public mistake. |
02-04-22 |
Quinnipiac v. St. Peter's UNDER 135.5 | Top | 74-83 |
Loss | -110 | 5 h 26 m | Show |
The Bobcats are known for putting up under after a SU loss, mostly they get refocused on playing defense, while the under is 24-9 in the Hawks last 33 games overall. |
02-04-22 |
Green Bay v. Cleveland State OVER 134.5 | Top | 69-85 |
Win | 100 | 5 h 11 m | Show |
Both of these teams are under plays on most nights. but the Vikings seem to play higher scoring games against teams who are in the third half of College Basketball so I'm going to ride with that trend. |
02-03-22 |
UCLA v. Arizona OVER 148.5 | Top | 66-76 |
Loss | -110 | 7 h 12 m | Show |
The Arizona men's basketball team lost their first matchup against UCLA at Pauley Pavilion in L.A. on Jan. 25, and will look to get revenge on Thursday, Feb. 4. The Wildcats had one of their worst shooting performances of the season when they faced off against the Bruins. Having Kerr Kriisa finish 0-9 didn't help. As a team, Arizona ended the game shooting 31% from the field and 25% on the 3-point line. Kriisa had his worst game as a Wildcat. Adding four turnovers to the game made it hard for them to come back in the first half. The Wildcats will be much better this time out. |
02-03-22 |
Bryant v. St Francis PA UNDER 149.5 | Top | 89-82 |
Loss | -104 | 6 h 26 m | Show |
I'm going to continue to ride the Red Flash and under, where we've cashed out in 10 of their last 11 games. The under is also 8-0-1 after SU loss by St. Francis because after a loss they get back to playing a better defensive game. |
01-30-22 |
Colorado v. Washington State OVER 131.5 | Top | 43-70 |
Loss | -117 | 9 h 47 m | Show |
This total game is out a little higher than I thought it would but that doesn't care me off this winner. I expect both teams to be in the '70's |
01-26-22 |
Utah v. Washington State OVER 138 | Top | 54-71 |
Loss | -110 | 9 h 24 m | Show |
This is a number that was head-scratching but I'm not going to get scared off the game because I think it flies way over. The Cougars average almost 76 points a game on just 43% shooting. This is going to be a high-tempo game which should give us a chance. |
01-26-22 |
NJIT v. Maryland-Baltimore County OVER 138 | Top | 69-73 |
Win | 100 | 7 h 50 m | Show |
UMBC is ranked 232nd in the country with a FG % allowed is 44%. I was a little surprised to see the number this high but it doesn't scare me off. |
01-22-22 |
Troy State v. UL - Lafayette OVER 142.5 | Top | 59-69 |
Loss | -110 | 6 h 7 m | Show |
This is one of those totals that don't add up. Neither team gives up enough to numerically show why the number is 140. Neither team turns the ball over enough to create transition basketball so expect quality possessions from both teams. When it looks to be true that's when we make the books pay for their oversite. |
01-22-22 |
DePaul v. Creighton UNDER 142.5 | Top | 47-60 |
Win | 100 | 4 h 44 m | Show |
These are two of the worst offensive teams in College Basketball. Blue Jays are ranked 276th in PPG with just 67 points a game. Greg McDermott will not coach this game so there may be some cohesion issues on the bench. I think this number is too high for two teams with that are unreliable. |
01-19-22 |
Albany v. Maryland-Baltimore County UNDER 135.5 | Top | 66-54 |
Win | 100 | 4 h 22 m | Show |
This is a match-up features the Albany Great Danes which allows Dana to use information from the College that he grew up around. The Great Danes are one of the worst offensive teams in basketball, shooting under 40% on the season. I think this number is way too high for the Albany to do their part enough to push this over. |
01-18-22 |
Utah State v. Fresno State UNDER 130.5 | Top | 54-61 |
Win | 100 | 9 h 12 m | Show |
With Fresno State being one of the worst offensive teams in College Basketball, I don't think they're going to do their part in this one. Although the Aggies are going to give us 70-75 points, I think the Bulldogs defense will douse that offensive flame some. |
01-18-22 |
Missouri v. Ole Miss UNDER 133.5 | Top | 78-53 |
Win | 100 | 5 h 18 m | Show |
When you handicap both of these teams it's difficult to find the area that's going to hurt us by betting the under. Missouri is hitting 25% from beyond the arc and neither team is consistent at the free throw line. Both teams are decent rebounding teams so the second chance points will at a minimum. The under is the play here. |
01-17-22 |
Mercer v. The Citadel UNDER 152 | Top | 71-64 |
Win | 100 | 5 h 33 m | Show |
Mercer is coached well and moves the ball well on the offensive end. They should be able to get within the 75-80 mark to push this game over. Against the Bulldogs, who we know will do their part to push this over will dictate the pace enough to carry Mercer. I mistakenly pushed the under button but this is an over play. |
01-16-22 |
Bradley v. Illinois State OVER 146 | Top | 65-74 |
Loss | -120 | 5 h 1 m | Show |
The Red Birds are one of the worst defensive teams in College Basketball, allowing almost 80 points per game while averaging exactly 80 on the offensive side. This number is at least 5 points off my numbers. |
01-16-22 |
Loyola Maryland v. Lehigh UNDER 134.5 | Top | 69-57 |
Win | 100 | 3 h 7 m | Show |
Two of the worst offensive in College Basketball get together with a number that's pretty close to what I expected it to be, but I just can't imagine either stringing enough positive possessions together to push this game under. |
01-15-22 |
Bethune-Cookman v. Mississippi Valley State UNDER 141.5 | Top | 62-60 |
Win | 100 | 2 h 16 m | Show |
The Delta Devils quite possibly have the worst defensive team in the country, too bad they're playing a Wildcats team who could make the case for being one of the worst offensive teams in College Basketball. I envision a sloppy game that will easily get us another ticket cashed. |
01-15-22 |
Houston Baptist v. McNeese State UNDER 141.5 | Top | 75-78 |
Loss | -105 | 2 h 5 m | Show |
The Cowboys are finally able to get a legit home game after their arena was damaged by Hurricane Laura and Delta in 2020. Houston Baptist will be what the doctor ordered as emotions and energy will be high, I think that leads to a tough defensive game. This number is way off my power ratings with or without the excitement surrounding the arena. |
01-15-22 |
UL - Lafayette v. Texas State UNDER 137.5 | Top | 68-72 |
Loss | -110 | 1 h 2 m | Show |
Sometimes it takes a minute to put my games up because I actually, wait for it, handicap games. When College Basketball hits it makes it more time consuming, so I do apologize for the plays getting out a little later. It's more important that I'm right than early, something I was taught a long time ago in the media world. The reason I bring this up is because that extra work has found this gem. I never care who's playing as long as the match is right. I have the bookmakers off at least 5-7 points in this one, so we're going to make them pay for that oversight. |
01-13-22 |
Northern Kentucky v. Youngstown State UNDER 137.5 | Top | 68-67 |
Win | 100 | 6 h 19 m | Show |
The Norse have shot 40% from the field this season making them one of the worst offensive teams in College Basketball. They're not great defensively either but they are playing a Penguins team that doesn't have enough weapons to take advantage. |
01-12-22 |
NC State v. Louisville UNDER 149.5 | Top | 79-63 |
Win | 100 | 6 h 59 m | Show |
In their earlier meeting, NC State made 50% of its two-point attempts against a pretty good Cardinal's defense, and that was despite Dereon Seabron shooting only 4-13 inside the arc. NC State has shot 50% or better inside the arc exactly one time since this game. Louisville, meanwhile, shot only 43.8% inside the arc. I don't expect either to happen again, but I do expect another under with the books making a 12-pt adjustment from game one. |
01-11-22 |
Central Arkansas v. Bellarmine UNDER 150 | Top | 63-85 |
Win | 100 | 3 h 28 m | Show |
Belllarmine is one of the best teams in College Basketball at limiting opposition possessions. My sources say that pace of game will dictate that this will not come anywhere near the outrageous total. |
01-10-22 |
Western Carolina v. East Tennessee State OVER 150 | Top | 69-87 |
Win | 100 | 3 h 21 m | Show |
These are two of the worst defensive teams in College Basketball which is why the total is so high. The bookmakers are begging you to take the under but we're sharper than that because we know the pace of the game will easily be an over pace. |
01-03-22 |
Maryland v. Iowa UNDER 151.5 | Top | 75-80 |
Loss | -110 | 7 h 54 m | Show |
This is an Iowa team that will put up and give up a lot of points but with this being Maryland's first true road test of the season, I'm not sure if they can do their part getting us over the total. I need to see how they react in a hostile environment when they haven't exactly been a model of consistency at home or in their Neutral site games. |
12-30-21 |
UTEP v. UAB UNDER 138 | Top | 62-75 |
Win | 100 | 2 h 32 m | Show |
I suspect that UAB will get their points but on the other side of the ball the Miners are ranked 296th in FG% going against a Blazers team who are one of the Elite defensive teams in the country. |
12-28-21 |
North Alabama v. Gonzaga OVER 143.5 | Top | 63-93 |
Win | 100 | 2 h 5 m | Show |
GU is coming off a 94-59 victory over Northern Arizona on Dec. 20, in which Chet Holmgren led all scorers with 20 points and grabbed nine rebounds and blocked three shots. The Zags shot 55% from the floor and 45% from deep while forcing 20 turnovers from the Lumberjacks, who were led by Jalen Cone’s 19 points. Along with being the last tune-up game before WCC play, the Zags are expected to be fully rested ahead of Tuesday’s game. The November slate that featured three games in five days, including top-5 matchups against UCLA and Duke, was a test for this young roster. It’s safe to assume that fatigue could have played a role in the nine-point win over Tarleton State at home and a loss to Alabama in Seattle. |
12-18-21 |
Baylor v. Oregon OVER 134.5 | Top | 78-70 |
Win | 100 | 6 h 54 m | Show |
Oregon’s plan for this game should be relatively simple: pound the ball in the paint. N’Faly Dante is coming off perhaps the best game of his career on Wednesday against the Portland Pilots, dropping 20 points and nine rebounds on 9/11 shooting. Baylor’s guard play is excellent again, despite sending three players to the NBA, but they do not have any established rim protectors under the rim. Their tallest rotation player is the 6’10 Flo Thamba, who is averaging under five points and five rebounds in just 18 minutes per game. The Bears do play physical, and they won’t just allow Dante and freshman Franck Kepnang to establish position and go to work down low, but Oregon has the depth in the frontcourt to continually pound the ball and force Baylor to guard them in the post. |
12-17-21 |
South Alabama v. Tarleton St OVER 125 | Top | 52-65 |
Loss | -110 | 5 h 4 m | Show |
The Jaguars are one of the better shooting teams in the country, making 47% of their shots, I think they'll have an easy time finding shots against the Texans who have allowed teams true shooting percentage to be around 55%. |
12-16-21 |
College of Charleston v. Stetson OVER 147 | Top | 59-67 |
Loss | -116 | 2 h 58 m | Show |
The Cougars have been cranking out over's this season and we're going right back to the well to see if they can improve to 10-3 to the over. The numbers would indicate that both teams should go over but I've seen this too many times where the bookmaker has an opinion and they're trying to bait you into taking the other side. |
12-15-21 |
New Mexico State v. Washington State OVER 136.5 | Top | 64-61 |
Loss | -104 | 7 h 48 m | Show |
New Mexico State has been playing well of late but their 26 turnovers against Loyola Marymount le to 32 points for the Lions. If they do that against the Cougars the outcome won't be so favorable. The Cougars will put up a better effort than they did against North Dakota State after fighting through injuries and sickness. |
12-13-21 |
Rhode Island v. Wisc-Milwaukee OVER 128.5 | Top | 82-58 |
Win | 100 | 6 h 51 m | Show |
The Rhode Island Rams have been solid to begin this season as they are 7-3 to begin the regular season. They are being led by sophomore center Makhel Mitchell so far and that is going to help them progress throughout the regular season. They are coming off a 72-62 home win over the Sacred Heart Pioneers. The biggest problem that popped up was the fact they allowed the Pioneers to shoot 43.8 percent from the field throughout the game. The defense needs to step up more consistently as they are allowing 36.4 percent of shots to fall against them and are giving up 62.8 ppg, which is 52nd in the nation. Until I see progress on the defensive end, I will likely go over in many Rams games. |
12-09-21 |
Merrimack v. Gonzaga UNDER 136.5 | Top | 55-80 |
Win | 100 | 8 h 54 m | Show |
Though the Warriors record and offense don’t necessarily jump out at you, the Warriors do have a rather interesting defense when it comes to on-ball pressure and disrupting passing lanes. They rank ninth in the country in steal rate and rank 22nd in the country in steals per game, which is notable because of the slow-as-molasses pace they like to play (350th adjust tempo in KenPom). They'll do just enough to keep this game under the total. |
12-08-21 |
Dayton v. SMU OVER 136 | Top | 69-77 |
Win | 100 | 4 h 54 m | Show |
The Flyers have dominated the paint offensively, hitting 57.9% of their 2-point attempts, which ranks 15th in the nation. They’ve struggled with taking care of the basketball, as they rank 271st in turnover percentage. Dayton owns a well-balanced offense that has seven players averaging over 6.0 points per game this season. The group utilizes its depth and saw five players score in double figures in the upset victory over Kansas. |
11-26-21 |
UT-Rio Grande Valley v. Illinois UNDER 148.5 | Top | 85-94 |
Loss | -110 | 8 h 38 m | Show |
The Rio Grande offensive efficiency is among the bottom in College Basketball. They own an ineffective effective FG% with 3-pt shooting not a strong part of the offense. They are going up against one of the best defenses in the country so it's hard to believe that the Vaqueros will do enough to push this game over the total. |
11-25-21 |
Belmont v. Drake UNDER 150.5 | Top | 74-69 |
Win | 100 | 9 h 28 m | Show |
These are two teams that will slow the pace down. Both teams rank in the bottom half of College Basketball in possessions per game. Even though Drake runs as an efficient of an offense as you'll see in the halfcourt, Belmont won't do enough to push this game over. |
03-12-21 |
North Carolina v. Florida State OVER 151 | Top | 66-69 |
Loss | -109 | 2 h 19 m | Show |
The Seminoles are better from the field than they showed in the loss to the Tar Heels and the regular season finale against Notre Dame. This isn’t always the best-shooting team from three, but it’s great at attacking and getting to the rim, and when it does hit from the outside, forget it. They won the first meeting back in mid-January when the threes were falling and the team held its own on the boards |
03-12-21 |
Montana State v. Southern Utah OVER 150.5 | Top | 80-77 |
Win | 100 | 1 h 42 m | Show |
|
03-12-21 |
Oklahoma State v. Baylor UNDER 148 | Top | 83-74 |
Loss | -110 | 5 h 20 m | Show |
This will be the first time where the Cowboys will be fully healthy against Baylor, having missed Cunningham in the first game while Likekele was out for the second meeting. With both back on board and the Cowboys now healthy, Oklahoma State must take advantage of what Kansas State exploited – and they could potentially avoid the season sweep. If the quarterfinals were any indication, then this game will come down to two things: turnovers and inside play. Against the Wildcats, Baylor turned the ball over a season-worst 21 times – but Kansas State failed to capitalize, being outscored in points off turnovers, 18-17. Oklahoma State, meanwhile, is also coming off a game with 20 turnovers – and paid for it, with the Mountaineers maintaining a 22-13 edge in points off those miscues. |
03-12-21 |
Georgetown v. Seton Hall UNDER 141.5 | Top | 66-58 |
Win | 100 | 5 h 57 m | Show |
Georgetown is an outstanding 3-point shooting team. The Hoyas made 17 of 33 from deep in two games against the Hall and 9 of 22 in Thursday’s upset of Villanova. The Pirates have defended the arc poorly this season but did a good job against St. John’s Thursday. Throughout his career, this has been Kevin Willard’s specialty. The outcome probably hinges on it. |
03-11-21 |
Texas Tech v. Texas UNDER 134.5 | Top | 66-67 |
Win | 100 | 6 h 36 m | Show |
The Red Raiders did just fine a few weeks ago in the 68-59 win over Texas. They were fine from the field, stopped Texas and its offense, and they more than held their owns on the boards to eliminate second chance point opportunities. Texas Tech is about the defensive side, leading the Big 12 in scoring D, doing a great job of keeping games low-scoring, close, and then getting to the free throw line. The team took 26 free throws in the last win over Texas and 28 in in the first meeting. |
03-11-21 |
DePaul v. Connecticut UNDER 133.5 | Top | 60-94 |
Loss | -101 | 5 h 15 m | Show |
Things run through Moore, a solid senior at point guard. He’s averaging 14.8 points, but UConn held him to single digits in both games. DePaul is shooting 41.9 percent, 31.3 on 3s, and won despite going 4-for-16 on 3s vs. Providence. |
