Indians v. Royals +134 | Top | 5-4 |
Loss | -100 | 27 h 11 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Royals +134 Two A.L. Central teams begin a four-game series as the Cleveland Indians take on the Kansas City Royals. Adam Plutko (3-2 4.81 ERA) will start for Cleveland while Mike Montgomery (1-3 7.15 ERA) gets his first start for the Royals. Plutko has only pitched 48 2/3 innings this season and despite his high ERA, he has pitched well, owning a WHIP of 1.09. Montgomery has only pitched two innings this season for Kansas City since coming over from the Cubs. Montgomery was a bullpen guy in Chicago, but will be making his second start since coming to Kansas City. The Indians tore him apart, scoring five earned runs in just two innings. As a reliever being thrown into a starting role, Montgomery won't be pitching deep into this one. Look for the Indians to hop on him early again and chase him before the third. Kansas City's 22nd ranked bullpen ERA won't be able to stop the bleeding in this one. Cleveland is 9-2 SU in their last 11 games and 6-1 SU in their last seven against the Royals. |

Marlins -105 v. White Sox | Top | 2-0 |
Win | 100 | 28 h 38 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Marlins -105 Two struggling teams, the Miami Marlins and Chicago White Sox, will play the rubber match of their three-game series tonight. Zac Gallen (0-2 3.63 ERA) has looked decent in his limited action so far this season. Reynaldo Lopez (5-8 5.76 ERA) hasn't looked as good. Lopez has allowed five or more earned runs in eight of his 20 starts this season and has a WHIP of 1.50. Gallen isn't the type of pitcher who will go seven or more innings, but he will go about five innings and only allow a run or two. If he can do that today, the Marlins will have no trouble picking up the win as they should be able to tee off on Lopez. The Marlins are 4-2 SU in the rare instances this season where they were the favorites. |

Orioles +165 v. Diamondbacks | Top | 7-2 |
Win | 165 | 29 h 8 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Orioles +165 The Baltimore Orioles will look to even up the series in their second game against the Arizona Diamondbacks. Dylan Bundy (4-11 5.28 ERA) gets the start for Baltimroe while Merrill Kelly (7-9 3.77 ERA) starts for Arizona. Bundy's numbers are a little high this season, but he has shown potential over a number of starts (six starts with two earned runs or less). Bundy has pitched 25 fewer innings than Kelly and has five more strikeouts. Baltimore has scored 34 runs in thier last five games (6.8 runs per game) while Arizona has scored 24 (4.8 runs per game) in their last five. Despite their league-worst record, the Orioles have a respectable offense that ranks 20th in hits. Look for Baltimore's offense to carry Bundy to victory with a solid outing of his own. |

Marlins +112 v. White Sox | Top | 1-9 |
Loss | -100 | 25 h 26 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Marlins +112 The Miami Marlins begin a three-game series in Chicago against the White Sox. Trevor Richards (3-11 4.24 ERA) gets the start for Miami and despite his record, hasn't been too bad of a pitcher. Richards has only allowed more than four earned runs in four starts and has allowed one or less earned runs in eight starts. Richards has had trouble with walks this year (48 in 104 innings), but the White Sox take the least amount of walks in the Majors, so Richards should get plenty of unpatient White Sox hitters to chase. Ivan Nova (4-9 5.86 ERA) has had a a very rollercoaster like season, 10 starts allowing four or more earned runs and seven starts allowing one earned run or less. Nova has allowed 10 earned runs in his last two starts, including 16 hits and three home runs. Both teams are in a struggle right now, but the matchup is in favor of Richards and the Marlins in this one. |

Royals v. Indians -160 | Top | 1-0 |
Loss | -160 | 27 h 38 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Indians -160 The Cleveland Indians are one of the hottest teams in the league at the moment, going 12-2 SU in their last 14, including winning six straight. Adam Plutko (3-1 5.40 ERA) will start for Cleveland and despite his high ERA, he has actually done fairly well in his limit appearances this season. In his seven starts, he has allowed two earned runs or less in five of them. Two rough starts have inflated his ERA. He has a solid 1.20 WHIP and a nice 5.4:1 strikeout to walk ratio. Plutko only allowed one earned run in his only start against KC this season. Jakob Junis (5-8 5.08 ERA) will start for the Kansas City Royals and while his ERA is over 5.00 as well, his WHIP is also 1.42, showing that he has been giving up plenty of hits and walks in the process. The Indians absolutely own Junis this season (15 earned runs in 17 innings). Cleveland has scored 43 runs during their six-game win streak (7.1 per game) and will continue to smack around Junis today. |
07-19-19 |
Red Sox v. Orioles +196 | Top | 2-11 |
Win | 196 | 27 h 33 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Orioles +196 David Price (7-2 3.16 ERA) and the Boston Red Sox take on John Means (7-5 2.94 ERA) and the Baltimore Orioles. The Baltimore Orioles are a respectable 5-5 SU in their last 10 games, which is about as hot as this team has been the last couple years. Means is one of the best pitchers in baseball and is a bit under the radar due to playing for the Orioles. In his 17 innings against the Red Sox this season, he has only allowed four earned runs. His 1.09 WHIP is one of the best in baseball among pitchers with at least 85 innings pitched. Baltimore put up 14 hits and nine runs in their last game on Wednesday. Means is going to pitch a gem today, the Orioles will only need a few runs to get this win. A below average Red Sox bullpen will concede enough runs for a Baltimore win. |
07-18-19 |
Brewers v. Diamondbacks -103 | Top | 5-1 |
Loss | -103 | 29 h 48 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Diamondbacks -103 The Milwaukee Brewers and Arizona Diamondbacks face off in the first game of a four-game series. Zach Davies (7-2 2.89 ERA) of the Brewers faces off against Merrill Kelly (7-9 3.93 ERA) of the Diamondbacks. Kelly has had a good season all-around, despite his 7-9 record. He has seven starts this season where he has allowed one earned run or less and has only allowed more than four earned runs twice, so he limits damage good as well. The Brewers have been struggling lately, going 4-8 SU in their last 12 games (1-5 SU in their last six road games). Arizona has been starting to heat up again of late, going 6-2 SU in their last eight games. Their bats are on fire right now as they have scored 28 runs in their last two games. In a fairly even pitching matchup, the hot Diamondback bats will be the difference in this one. |
07-17-19 |
Blue Jays +232 v. Red Sox | Top | 4-5 |
Loss | -100 | 27 h 8 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Blue Jays +232 As expected, the Toronto Blue Jays took down the Boston Red Sox yesterday and we can expect a repeat performance tonight. Blue Jays' pitcher Aaron Sanchez (3-13 6.22 ERA) hasn't been having a very good season, but one thing about Sanchez, he has owned the Red Sox this year. He has pitched 11 innings against Boston this season in two starts and has only allowed three earned runs. Eduardo Rodriguez's (10-4 4.43 ERA) case is the opposite of Sanchez's. Rodriguez has about average numbers on the season, but the Blue Jays owned him in his only start against them this season. Toronto put up six earned runs in just five innings on Rodriguez, including three long balls. Look for Toronto to carry momentum over from yesterday's victory as they continue to beat up on Rodriguez. |
07-16-19 |
Blue Jays +178 v. Red Sox | Top | 10-4 |
Win | 178 | 27 h 38 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Blue Jays +178 The newest Boston Red Sox pitcher Andrew Cashner (9-3 3.83 ERA) gets his first start as a member of the Red Sox. He will be facing Jacob Waguespack (1-0 5.00 ERA) of the Toronto Blue Jays. When Cashner was in Baltimore he managed to win nine games, but has been riding recent success to make his numbers look better than he has pitched this season. Heading into the month of June, Cashner's ERA was above 5.00 and he had allowed 11 homeruns in 64 innings. A new team usually doesn't pan out for a pitcher's first start. Look for Cashner to revert back to his pre-June form. Waguespack has looked pretty decent in his two starts this season. Look for him to have the better day of the two starters as Cashner starts his Red Sox career with a loss. Boston is sub .500 SU at home this season and 15-30 ATS at home. |
07-15-19 |
Blue Jays +175 v. Red Sox | Top | 8-10 |
Loss | -100 | 27 h 38 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Blue Jays +175 Another A.L. East showdown pits the Boston Red Sox against the Toronto Blue Jays. Rick Porcello (6-7 5.33 ERA) gets the start for the Red Sox and Trent Thornton (3-6 4.85) will start for the Blue Jays.Thornton is coming off of his best start of the season, throwing six scoreless innings and only allowing three hits. Thornton has four scoreless starts on the season. Porcello has been getting torched the past few weeks. In his last three starts combined, Porcello allowed 17 earned runs in just 12 innings, including five earned runs in six innings in his last start against Toronto. Porcello's season is in a downward spiral and between him and an unreliable bullpen, the Red Sox will be in for a long day. Thornton should follow up his last performance with another quality outing as the Blue Jays pull the upset. |
07-14-19 |
Reds +104 v. Rockies | Top | 9-10 |
Loss | -100 | 23 h 38 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Reds +104 Today's Top Play is an absolute killer! The Colorado Rockies and the Cincinnati Reds play the rubber match of their three-game series. The Reds scored runs at will last night, putting up 17, and we can expect another high scoring performance today. Antonio Senzatela (7-6 5.32 ERA) is pitching for the Rockies and he has four games where he has allowed at least six earned runs. Not only that, but he walks a lot of batters as well (41 walks in 86 1/3 innings). The Reds don't strikeout too much, and Senzatela is certainly not a strikeout pitcher (48 strikeouts this season). That means Cincy will be putting a lot of balls in play today, with a couple of free passes as well. That is a recipe for success, especially at Coors Field. Tyler Mahle (2-9 4.47 ERA) is another pitcher whose numbers don't tell the story. His 1.24 WHIP is solid and he is a good pitcher who just can't get much run support. Today in Coors Field he will have plenty. At plus money, this Reds pick is a dream! |

Twins v. Indians -135 | Top | 6-2 |
Loss | -135 | 27 h 38 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Indians -135 The Cleveland Indians were one of the hottest teams in baseball heading into the All-Star break. They dropped yesterday's game to the Minnesota Twins, but expect them to rebound with a win tonight. Trevor Bauer (8-6 3.61 ERA) takes the mound for the Indians and has allowed one earned run or less in four of his last six starts, including a complete game shutout against the Detroit Tigers. Bauer has pitched twice against the Twins this season and has allowed only six hits in 15 innings, three of them home runs. If Bauer can keep the ball in the park, he should have no problem continuing to handle the Minnesota Twins. The Indians offense has been hot, scoring 42 runs in their last six games. Cleveland is 6-1 SU in their last seven games and Minnesota is 4-8 SU in their last 12 road games against the Indians. |
07-12-19 |
Giants +164 v. Brewers | Top | 10-7 |
Win | 164 | 28 h 38 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Giants +164 Two teams that headed into the All-Star break in completely different directions. The San Francisco Giants send out Shaun Anderson (3-2 4.23 ERA) to battle Chase Anderson (4-2 4.32 ERA) and the Milwaukee Brewers. As the season has progressed, the Brewers are looking more and more like an average team. The Giants entered the All-Star break as one of baseball's hottest teams. Chase Anderson hasn't looked all that great since the beginning of June and the Giants scored three runs on him in just four innings back on June 16th. Shaun Anderson has faced three top eight offenses in his last five starts and hasn't allowed more than three earned in any of those starts. The Brewers offense relies to heavily on the home run and have been struggling of late. They will have a hard time finding runs in this game and the Giants are poised for an upset. San Francisco is 6-1 SU in their last seven games. Milwaukee is 1-5 SU in their last six games. |
