11-25-23 | Lakers v. Cavs OVER 224.5 | Top | 121-115 | Win | 100 | 6 h 14 m | Show |
The Cavs are coming off a 33-point loss to the Heat in which they allowed Miami to shoot 57.1 percent from three-point range (20/35). Cleveland is allowing a 42.0 three-point percentage in home games this year, second worst entering the weekend (Memphis -- 43.4).
11-25-23 | Hawks v. Wizards UNDER 249.5 | Top | 136-108 | Win | 100 | 6 h 57 m | Show |
The Washington Wizards will return home for the second leg of a weekend back-to-back, looking to snap an eight-game losing streak when they host the Atlanta Hawks on Saturday night. Washington continued its skid with a 131-128 loss Friday in an NBA in-season tournament matchup at Milwaukee. Four Wizards scored at least 20 points: Jordan Poole with a team-high 26, Kyle Kuzma and Tyus Jones each with 22, and Corey Kispert with 20 off the bench, but it wasn't enough to end a losing streak that began on Nov. 10. Kispert was 6 of 10 from 3-point range. It was his first game with multiple made attempts from deep since he went 3 of 7 on Nov. 15 vs. Dallas. For Kuzma and Poole, Friday was their second time in as many games both surpassing 20 points -- Poole with 24 on Wednesday at Charlotte, and Kuzma with a near-triple-double of 28 points, 10 assists and nine rebounds. Friday was also Washington's second straight loss of just three points.

11-23-23 | Penn State v. Texas A&M OVER 137.5 | Top | 77-89 | Win | 100 | 2 h 6 m | Show |
Henry Coleman III is putting on a dominating display to start the season for No. 12 Texas A&M. Coleman will look to post his fourth consecutive double-double when the Aggies face Penn State on Thursday afternoon in the opening round of the eight-team ESPN Events Invitational at Kissimmee, Fla. Texas A&M and the Nittany Lions are both off to 4-0 starts as they participate in the three-game event held over four days just south of Orlando. As for Coleman, he is the first Texas A&M player to record three straight double-doubles since Tyler Davis did it twice during the 2017-18 season. He also might be the person least interested in the streak.
11-22-23 | Ole Miss v. Temple UNDER 136.5 | Top | 77-76 | Loss | -110 | 6 h 5 m | Show |
Ole Miss won four straight home games to start the season. The Rebels will get their first test away from home when they visit Temple (3-1) on Wednesday afternoon in Philadelphia. The Rebels defeated Alabama State by 10 points on Nov. 6 and Eastern Washington by 11 four days later after pulling away in the final minutes. But in the last two games, they beat Detroit Mercy 70-69 on Nov. 14 and Sam Houston 70-67 three days later. Ole Miss seized a two-point lead against Sam Houston on Jaylen Murray's 3-pointer with 1:05 left. They added a free throw to account for the final score. The Owls already have played two games on opponents' home courts, although one was against cross-town rival Drexel. They followed those two games with a home loss to Columbia 78-73 on Saturday.

11-21-23 | Jazz v. Lakers UNDER 237 | Top | 99-131 | Win | 100 | 12 h 42 m | Show |
As the only 3-0 team in the NBA in-season tournament so far, the Los Angeles Lakers are out to finish perfect in group play when they welcome the Utah Jazz to Southern California on Tuesday. The Lakers are not the only team without a loss in the tournament -- six teams are at 2-0 heading into Tuesday's games -- but they can be the first to advance to the knockout rounds with a perfect mark. It's not as if the 8-6 Lakers have necessarily prioritized winning the new in-season trophy. It has been all about timing, with their turnaround from a slow start coming as the in-season tournament arrived. In fact, their ascent started in the second half of their tournament opener at Phoenix on Nov. 10, when they turned 67 second-half points into a 122-119 victory over the Suns. Los Angeles outscored Phoenix 33-23 in the fourth quarter to end a three-game losing streak. Tournament victories over the Memphis Grizzlies and Portland Trail Blazers followed, giving the Lakers a tourney-best plus-42 point differential. Los Angeles prepped for Tuesday's final group-play game with a 105-104 non-tournament victory over the Houston Rockets on Sunday. LeBron James scored a season-best 37 points, including 13 in the fourth quarter.
11-20-23 | Knicks v. Wolves UNDER 215.5 | Top | 100-117 | Loss | -115 | 8 h 11 m | Show |
The Minnesota Timberwolves will return from a successful five-game road trip to host the New York Knicks on Monday night in Minneapolis. Minnesota won four of those five games and has won nine of 12 to start the season. Each of the Timberwolves' last four wins has come by single digits, and the mood is positive in the locker room. Next, Minnesota welcomes a Knicks team that is riding a three-game winning streak. New York has won six of its past seven games, including a decisive 122-108 victory over Charlotte on Saturday. This marks the finale of a five-game road trip for New York, which is 3-1 so far.
11-20-23 | Kings v. Pelicans UNDER 237.5 | Top | 93-129 | Win | 100 | 8 h 3 m | Show |
The Sacramento Kings will look to extend their winning streak to seven games on Monday night when they visit the New Orleans Pelicans. The Kings' latest win was an emphatic 129-113 victory over the Dallas Mavericks on Sunday night. Sacramento scored 35, 35 and 37 points over the first three quarters and finished with 34 assists on 48 field goals. The Kings shot 53.3 percent from the floor and 42.5 percent from 3-point range. Domantas Sabonis led the way with a season-high 32 points to go with 13 rebounds and six assists. He made 13 of 15 field goals, with his only misses coming from 3-point range. De'Aaron Fox scored 30 points two nights after getting 43 in a 129-120 victory at San Antonio. He tied his career high by making six 3-pointers against Dallas.

11-18-23 | Grizzlies v. Spurs OVER 225.5 | Top | 120-108 | Win | 100 | 8 h 38 m | Show |
Memphis watched the Lakers shoot 62.9 percent from three-point range on Tuesday, its highest percentage allowed in any game since December 6, 2017 (64.3 vs. Knicks). Entering the weekend, the Grizzlies have the worst three-point defense in the league (42.1) while the Spurs have the second worst (40.3).
11-18-23 | Nebraska v. Oregon State OVER 136.5 | Top | 84-63 | Win | 100 | 5 h 39 m | Show |
A pair of power-conference teams projected to finish near the bottom of their respective leagues bring perfect records to Sioux Falls, S.D., on Saturday afternoon as Nebraska faces Oregon State. Nebraska (4-0) is off to its best start in five years after winning four home games by an average of 23.5 points. The most recent win, 84-63 over Stony Brook on Wednesday, saw the Cornhuskers move closer to full strength with the return of forward Juwan Gary from suspension.
11-17-23 | Belmont v. Arizona UNDER 170.5 | Top | 68-100 | Win | 100 | 11 h 1 m | Show |
Keshad Johnson, a fifth-year senior transfer, has provided an early energy boost to No. 3 Arizona, which takes on Belmont on Friday night in Tucson, Ariz. Johnson, who helped San Diego State reach the national title game last season, leads Arizona (3-0) in scoring and rebounding through its fast start to the season, which includes a 78-73 victory at Duke on Nov. 10. Johnson is averaging 15.0 points and 7.0 rebounds per game. Johnson was known more for his defensive presence with the Aztecs - he averaged 7.7 points per game last season -- but he is flourishing in an up-tempo attack and running the court to get easy baskets in transition, just like his predecessor at power forward, Azuolas Tubelis did with the Wildcats.
11-17-23 | Pistons v. Cavs OVER 220.5 | Top | 100-108 | Loss | -110 | 7 h 11 m | Show |
The Cleveland Cavaliers welcome the visiting Detroit Pistons to town on Friday for an NBA in-season tournament matchup, with both teams seeking their first win in pool play. Cleveland makes its homecoming from a four-game road trip in which it went 2-2 against Western Conference competition. The Cavaliers wrapped up their swing on Wednesday with a 109-95 defeat of Portland. Cleveland played its road-swing finale without Darius Garland, the team's leader in assists at 6.2 per game and third-leading scorer at 17.2 points per game, due to a neck injury. Dean Wade made the start in Garland's place and went scoreless. Donovan Mitchell carried the load with 34 points, his fifth game of 30-plus points this season. Mitchell is averaging 29.2 points per game for the season. Cleveland also got 21 points and 12 rebounds from Evan Mobley in Portland.

11-16-23 | Thunder v. Warriors UNDER 227.5 | Top | 128-109 | Loss | -110 | 12 h 25 m | Show |
Oklahoma City Thunder will catch the Golden State Warriors without Draymond Green and possibly without Stephen Curry when the clubs duel in an early-season rematch Thursday night in San Francisco. Green on Wednesday was suspended for five games for his aggressive role in pulling Minnesota's Rudy Gobert away from a Klay Thompson-Jaden McDaniels scuffle early in the Timberwolves' 104-101 win on Tuesday. Green, Thompson and McDaniels were ejected just 1:43 into the contest. The Warriors already were without Curry, who complained of a sore right knee that required an MRI exam. Golden State reported no damage, and Warriors coach Steve Kerr, while acknowledging his star could miss a couple of games, was happy to label Curry day-to-day. The Thunder were without star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander when the Warriors stole a 141-139 road win on Nov. 3. Curry was the hero of the night, getting a buzzer-beating layup up and over Chet Holmgren to cap a 30-point performance. The Warriors outrebounded the hosts 38-32 in the win, with Green gathering in five to go with 15 points and three assists. Gilgeous-Alexander returned from a sprained left knee in Oklahoma City's next game, and the Thunder have won four of five since. The All-Star put up an average of 33.8 points in those contests.
11-16-23 | St. Louis v. Wyoming UNDER 150.5 | Top | 79-69 | Win | 100 | 6 h 41 m | Show |
11-15-23 | Kings v. Lakers UNDER 235.5 | Top | 125-110 | Win | 100 | 10 h 28 m | Show |
With De'Aaron Fox back in the fold, the Sacramento Kings visit the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday, looking to solve what has ailed them on the road in the early part of the season. Fox returned from a five-game absence Monday to score 28 points with six assists in 36 minutes of a 132-120 home victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers. But outside of its own building, Sacramento is just 1-3 and on a three-game road losing streak. The last time Fox took the court before Monday, it was in a 132-127 overtime victory over the Lakers at home on Oct. 29. Fox sprained his right ankle in that game but looked as spry as ever in his most recent game.
11-15-23 | Bucks v. Raptors OVER 227.5 | Top | 128-112 | Win | 100 | 8 h 54 m | Show |
The Milwaukee Bucks will be looking for a better result when they visit the Toronto Raptors for the second time in two weeks Wednesday night. The Bucks were dominated 130-111 on their first visit of the season to Toronto on Nov. 1. Both teams go into Wednesday after winning on Monday. The Raptors returned from a 2-2 road trip and opened a four-game homestand with a 111-107 comeback victory over the Washington Wizards after trailing by 23 points. The Bucks, who had lost their previous two games, defeated the visiting Chicago Bulls 118-109. In their game against Washington, the Raptors still trailed by 15 points early in the fourth quarter and finished the game on a 21-1 run. Pascal Siakam hit the go-ahead basket with eight seconds to play and finished with a season-best 39 points -- 29 in the second half. It was the fourth-largest comeback in franchise history and the team's second largest fourth-quarter comeback. The Raptors overcame a 22-point deficit to defeat the host San Antonio Spurs on Nov. 5.
11-15-23 | Princeton v. Duquesne OVER 146.5 | Top | 70-67 | Loss | -110 | 9 h 7 m | Show |
11-15-23 | Central Michigan v. South Florida UNDER 146.5 | Top | 68-63 | Win | 100 | 9 h 57 m | Show |
11-14-23 | Spurs v. Thunder OVER 236.5 | Top | 87-123 | Loss | -115 | 10 h 55 m | Show |
Two of the early favorites for NBA Rookie of the Year meet when Victor Wembanyama and the visiting San Antonio Spurs face Chet Holmgren and the Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday. Both teams are looking for their first in-season tournament wins. Oklahoma City has dropped games to Sacramento and Golden State, while San Antonio lost its tournament opener to Minnesota. Wembanyama, the No. 1 pick in this year's NBA Draft, has been fantastic, averaging 19.7 points, 8.8 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 2.4 blocks. In Sunday's loss to Miami, Wembanyama was just 8-for-22 from the field but dished out seven assists to go with 18 points and 11 boards.
11-14-23 | Heat v. Hornets UNDER 222.5 | Top | 111-105 | Win | 100 | 10 h 43 m | Show |
The Miami Heat have shown the ability to overcome tough situations and win games; the Charlotte Hornets would be wise to pick up that trait. The teams, with vastly different trends, meet Tuesday night in Charlotte, N.C. The Heat hold a five-game winning streak following Sunday night's 118-113 comeback victory at San Antonio. Spoelstra called it a "character game," and that's probably what the Hornets need to get going in the right direction.
11-14-23 | Wofford v. Tennessee OVER 142 | Top | 61-82 | Win | 100 | 9 h 20 m | Show |
No. 7 Tennessee scored exactly 80 points in each of its first two victories of the season. The Volunteers (2-0) may need more than that to beat high-scoring Wofford (2-0) on Tuesday night in Knoxville, Tenn. The Terriers pulled out a 99-98 victory on Saturday against High Point after scoring 85 in their opener. History is on Tennessee's side, having swept the seven previous meetings with Wofford from 1952 to 2004. The Volunteers are coming off an impressive 80-70 win Friday night at Wisconsin, their first road victory against a current Big Ten school since 1992. Northern Colorado transfer Dalton Knecht led the Volunteers with 24 points against the Badgers. Josiah-Jordan James added 14 points and Jonas Aidoo and Jordan Gainey each had 10.
11-13-23 | Cavs v. Kings UNDER 221.5 | Top | 120-132 | Loss | -110 | 10 h 0 m | Show |
Two teams looking to build upon impressive wins go head-to-head on Monday night when the Cleveland Cavaliers visit the Sacramento Kings. After uninspiring starts to the season, the Cavaliers and Kings showed flashes of their 2023 playoff form when Cleveland won 118-110 at Golden State on Saturday, one day after Sacramento defeated the visiting Oklahoma City Thunder 105-98. Finally able to settle into a rotation with Jarrett Allen and Caris LeVert, the Cavaliers used balanced scoring to get the better of Golden State in the continuation of a four-game trip. LeVert had 22 points off the bench to pace Cleveland, while all five starters -- Donovan Mitchell (21 points), Darius Garland (19), Evan Mobley (19), Max Strus (16) and Allen (12) -- also scored in double figures. Even backup Dean Wade, who had just eight points, contributed two key 3-pointers as the Cavaliers were staving off a Warriors rally early in the fourth quarter. Cleveland coach J.B. Bickerstaff singled out LeVert afterward, taking time to point out a buzzer-beating tip-in at the end of the third period after the Cavaliers had blown a 17-point lead to fall behind by one.
11-12-23 | Nuggets v. Rockets OVER 216 | Top | 104-107 | Loss | -110 | 9 h 43 m | Show |
Denver Nuggets coach Michael Malone was unwilling to wait for the less experienced members of his rotation to join the fight against the Golden State Warriors and, with three days between that showdown and the Nuggets' next game, a Sunday road game against the Houston Rockets, Malone opted to lean heavily on his veterans. As is usually the case, Malone pushed the right buttons. The Nuggets fashioned a late rally and claimed a hard-earned 108-105 victory over the Warriors on Wednesday that extended their winning streak to four games. All five Denver starters logged at least 32 minutes. The lone reserve to produce a positive plus/minus was veteran swingman Justin Holiday. With the game in the balance, the Nuggets turned to experienced hands and secured a win against a worthy Western Conference foe. With their next game against the presumably shakier Rockets, Denver could afford to push all of its chips to the center of the table.
11-11-23 | Bucks v. Magic OVER 231 | Top | 97-112 | Loss | -112 | 5 h 17 m | Show |
The Orlando Magic will try to avoid a three-game losing skid when they welcome the visiting Milwaukee Bucks on Saturday for an Eastern Conference matchup. Milwaukee comes into Orlando off a 126-124 loss on Thursday at Indiana, despite 54 points from Giannis Antetokounmpo. The outburst in which Antetokounmpo shot 19-of-25 from the floor and 16-of-18 from the foul line marked his season scoring-high, and was the seventh 50-plus-point game of his career. Thursday was the fourth time in the calendar year Antetokounmpo reached 50 points, after doing so three times from Jan. 3 through Feb. 2 last season. The two-time Most Valuable Player registered his season high one night after recording a season-low of 15 points in just 21:52 of playing time Wednesday in a 120-118 win over Detroit after receiving two technical foul calls.
11-11-23 | Appalachian State v. Northern Illinois OVER 145 | Top | 78-91 | Win | 100 | 5 h 59 m | Show |
11-10-23 | Cal-Riverside v. Utah OVER 140 | Top | 53-82 | Loss | -110 | 12 h 58 m | Show |
The game at Utah will be the first of four Power 5 road trips for UC Riverside, which registered a program-record 22 wins in 2022-23. In the Highlanders' season-opening win, Barrington Hargress scored a team-high 16 points. Jhaylon Martinez added 13 points and Luke Turner chipped in with 11. Utah handed UC Riverside lopsided losses in the programs' previous two matchups -- 88-42 in 2014 and 85-67 in 2016. The Utes, in their one-sided opener, used a 14-2 run late in the first half to go up by 24 at the break. Rollie Worster scored all 15 of his points before halftime, and he also finished with eight assists, a career-high six steals and five rebounds.
11-10-23 | Wolves v. Spurs OVER 225.5 | Top | 117-110 | Win | 100 | 10 h 0 m | Show |
The San Antonio Spurs and visiting Minnesota Timberwolves, a pair of teams going in opposite directions in over the past week, square off on Friday in the Alamo City as they begin play in the NBA's in-season tournament. The Timberwolves head to San Antonio carrying a four-game winning streak and on the heels of a 122-101 home victory over New Orleans on Wednesday. Minnesota also defeated powerhouses Denver and Boston in building its streak, and all five of its wins this season have come at home. Anthony Edwards led Minnesota over New Orleans with 26 points. Karl-Anthony Towns added 23 points on 9-for-12 shooting and Rudy Gobert registered a double-double with 17 points and 21 rebounds. Minnesota's defense was stifling, coming a late-3-pointer away from keeping its opponent under 100 points for the third time in the last four games.
11-10-23 | Air Force v. Long Island UNDER 135.5 | Top | 82-67 | Loss | -110 | 3 h 18 m | Show |
11-09-23 | Portland State v. UC-Santa Barbara UNDER 146.5 | Top | 82-76 | Loss | -110 | 13 h 47 m | Show |
11-09-23 | Hawks v. Magic UNDER 233 | Top | 120-119 | Loss | -110 | 12 h 12 m | Show |
The early season contest between the Atlanta Hawks and Orlando Magic will have a different perspective with a visit to Mexico City on Thursday night. According to the NBA, it marks the first time the Hawks will play in Mexico. The Magic played games against the Chicago Bulls and Utah Jazz in Mexico in December 2018. Orlando won both games on that visit and will look to bounce back from a 117-102 home loss to the Dallas Mavericks on Monday. The Magic led by as many as 15 points before wilting. Orlando was outscored 64-36 in the second half. The Magic made 7 of 11 3-point attempts (63.6 percent) in the first half but were a frigid 1 of 16 (6.2 percent) in the second half.
11-09-23 | Pepperdine v. UC-Davis OVER 154.5 | Top | 78-79 | Win | 100 | 9 h 37 m | Show |
11-08-23 | Arizona State v. Mississippi State OVER 130 | Top | 56-71 | Loss | -110 | 12 h 13 m | Show |
Arizona State and Mississippi State both reached the NCAA Tournament last season, so both should get a good test when they meet for their season opener in the Barstool Sports Invitational on Wednesday night in Chicago. ASU went 23-13 a season ago and won a play-in game against Nevada (98-73) before losing to TCU (72-70) in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. The Sun Devils return just three players from that team, and Hurley brought in seven transfers from other Division I programs to restock the roster.
11-08-23 | Jazz v. Pacers UNDER 243.5 | Top | 118-134 | Loss | -110 | 10 h 17 m | Show |
Unlike their next opponent, the Indiana Pacers are on an offensive roll heading into Wednesday night's game in Indianapolis against the Utah Jazz. In their past three games, they've scored at least 121 points, including a 50-point quarter against the Hornets and a 152-point outburst against the Spurs. Indiana's most recent performance also gave Pacers coach Rick Carlisle his 900th career victory, including 245 wins in two different stints as the bench boss in Indianapolis. Carlisle's milestone came against Hall of Fame coach Gregg Popovich, who has a whopping 1,369 wins and is the NBA's all-time winningest coach.
11-08-23 | Florida Atlantic v. Loyola-Chicago UNDER 142 | Top | 75-62 | Win | 100 | 10 h 33 m | Show |
Returning all five starters from an improbable run to the first Final Four in program history understandably has Florida Atlantic men's basketball fans buzzing. As for the No. 10 Owls? They are walking the impossible line of excitement and practicality. FAU knows everything starts over Wednesday when the team meets Loyola Chicago in the opener of the Barstool Sports Invitational at Wintrust Arena in Chicago.
11-07-23 | Florida Gulf Coast v. Indiana UNDER 143.5 | Top | 63-69 | Win | 100 | 10 h 55 m | Show |
As it comes off a 23-win campaign, Indiana will feature several new faces when it opens its season against Florida Gulf Coast on Tuesday evening in Bloomington, Ind. The Hoosiers will welcome newcomers Kel'el Ware, Mackenzie Mgbako and Gabe Cupps. Ware is a sophomore transfer from Oregon who was a McDonald's All-American in 2022, and Mgbako is a true freshman who earned McDonald's All-American status last season. Indiana coach Mike Woodson hopes the influx of talent can help fill the void left by longtime standout Trayce Jackson-Davis, who averaged 20.9 points and 10.8 rebounds last season. Jackson-Davis now plays for the NBA's Golden State Warriors. Ware is a 7-foot center who averaged 6.6 points and 4.1 rebounds for Oregon last season. He also blocked 1.3 shots per game. The North Little Rock, Ark., native will get every chance to build upon those numbers this season.
11-06-23 | Clippers v. Knicks OVER 224.5 | Top | 97-111 | Loss | -110 | 10 h 21 m | Show |
The James Harden Show returns to New York on Monday night. But the New York Knicks are more concerned with ensuring they are more than the Jalen Brunson Show. Harden will make his 2023-24 debut Monday, when he and the Los Angeles Clippers visit the Knicks in the first clash of the season between the teams. The Clippers have been off since Wednesday, when they fell to the host Los Angeles Lakers 130-125 in overtime. The Knicks dropped their opener in the NBA's in-season tournament Friday 110-105 against the host Milwaukee Bucks. Harden, who was acquired from the Philadelphia 76ers in a three-way deal with the Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday, watched from the sidelines Wednesday as the Clippers' 11-game winning streak against their L.A. rival ended. The Clippers, who will add Harden to a starting lineup that includes stars Paul George, Kawhi Leonard and Russell Westbrook, are the latest franchise hoping Harden will be the missing piece for a championship-caliber super team. But Harden played a total of just 159 games for the Brooklyn Nets and 76ers since January 2021. He said Thursday that he felt limited for Philadelphia last season, when he averaged 21.0 points per game -- his fewest since his third year in the league -- but led the NBA with 10.7 assists per game while collecting five triple-doubles. 11-06-23 | Warriors v. Pistons UNDER 229 | Top | 120-109 | Push | 0 | 10 h 12 m | Show |
Golden State saw its five-game winning streak snapped by Cleveland on Sunday. The Warriors won't have to wait long to try to start a new one. They'll finish a back-to-back set in Detroit on Monday. Golden State had all of its stars available against the Cavaliers but endured a poor shooting performance in the 115-104 defeat. The Warriors shot 36.2 percent from the field and 66.7 percent from the free-throw line. Stephen Curry led them in scoring with 28 points but he also committed six turnovers. Chris Paul had a rough game off the bench, contributing just five points on 2-for-10 shooting and two assists.
11-04-23 | Jazz v. Wolves UNDER 225 | Top | 95-123 | Win | 100 | 10 h 10 m | Show |
The Jazz are off to their worst start through six games since 2014-15 when they started 2-4. This includes being outscored by a total of 22 points over that span -- Utah's highest opponent scoring margin through six games since 2014-15 (29). It won't make up for what happened in the 2023 playoffs, but the Minnesota Timberwolves are riding high into Saturday's game in Minneapolis against the Utah Jazz after picking up a big victory in their most recent performance. On Wednesday, the Timberwolves handed the reigning NBA champion Denver Nuggets their first loss of the 2023-24 season with a 110-89 blowout victory at home. Anthony Edwards scored 24 points for Minnesota, Karl-Anthony Towns contributed 21 points and eight rebounds and Mike Conley hit 7 of 9 shots for 17 points in the start-to-finish win.
11-02-23 | Pistons v. Pelicans OVER 216.5 | Top | 116-125 | Win | 100 | 11 h 17 m | Show |
The New Orleans Pelicans overcame a 22-point deficit to win Wednesday night. The Detroit Pistons lost despite holding an 18-point lead Wednesday night. Both teams will complete back-to-back sets when the Pelicans host the Pistons on Thursday night. CJ McCollum scored 29 points to lead New Orleans' comeback in a 110-106 road victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder. He made 10 of 17 field-goal attempts, including 5 of 8 3-point attempts, and added 11 rebounds and five assists (FLM)
11-01-23 | Hornets v. Rockets UNDER 223 | Top | 119-128 | Loss | -110 | 25 h 20 m | Show |
At no point was there an expectation that the Houston Rockets, with their mix of youthful holdovers and new veterans, would make everything work with precision from the onset. There will be growing pains, and cohesion will take time. Case in point: After erasing what had been a 16-point deficit against the Golden State Warriors on Sunday, the Rockets took their first lead since late in the first quarter when Jalen Green scored through a foul for an 87-85 advantage with 6:42 left to play. What followed for Houston, which will host the Charlotte Hornets on Wednesday, was a disjointed stretch that resulted in the Warriors reeling off a 15-2 run en route to a 106-95 win. Green failed to convert the three-point play, and the Rockets missed six consecutive shots to grease the skids to their demise, with frantic, hurried attempts at the rim their undoing. (FLM) Part of growth is inconsistency. The offensive explosion you saw against Brooklyn will not be a factor tonight.
10-31-23 | Knicks v. Cavs UNDER 214.5 | Top | 109-91 | Win | 100 | 8 h 3 m | Show |
The Knicks fell to the Pelicans on the road Saturday, 96-87, while shooting 18.9% (7/37) from three. The Knicks have lost 49 games when scoring fewer than 90 points and making fewer than ten threes since 2015-16, the third-most losses in the NBA over that span (Pistons -- 53 and Magic - 50).
10-30-23 | Mavs v. Grizzlies UNDER 229 | Top | 125-110 | Loss | -110 | 11 h 56 m | Show |
Luka Doncic will aim to continue his strong start to the 2023-24 season when he leads the Dallas Mavericks on the road on Monday for a matchup with a Memphis Grizzlies team seeking its first win. Doncic followed up his season-opening triple-double of 33 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists in a win over San Antonio with 49 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists Friday in a 125-120 defeat of the Brooklyn Nets. Fourteen of Doncic's points vs. the Nets came in the final 3:22, including four 3-pointers. Memphis is seeking its footing while Morant serves a 25-game suspension for detrimental conduct. The Grizzlies are winless through three games to open the season after dropping a 113-106 decision on Saturday at Washington. Each of Memphis' three losses to open the campaign have been by seven points or fewer -- 111-104 last Wednesday vs. New Orleans and 108-104 on Friday vs. reigning champion Denver -- but the Grizzlies dug a 25-point hole in Saturday's contest before their attempted rally fell short.
10-28-23 | Grizzlies v. Wizards OVER 227 | Top | 106-113 | Loss | -110 | 10 h 37 m | Show |
The Washington Wizards might have caught a break in their home opener when they take on the Memphis Grizzlies on Saturday. Memphis, which is coming off the second game of a back-to-back, trailed most of the game during its 108-104 home loss to the Denver Nuggets on Friday. Six Grizzlies scored in double figures in the loss. Jaren Jackson Jr. led Memphis with 21 points and Derrick Rose scored 16 points off the bench, including a go-ahead jumper late in the fourth quarter. Memphis' advantage was short-lived, however, as the Grizzlies couldn't hold off the defending NBA champions and fell to 0-2. The Grizzlies are playing without All-Star guard Ja Morant, who is serving a 25-game suspension after he was caught on video multiple times with guns. Marcus Smart, starting at point guard in Morant's absence, scored 20 points on Friday. Desmond Bane, who opened the season with 31 points and hit 5-of-10 from beyond the arc, scored 15 points Friday and went just 1-of-10 from 3-point range.
10-27-23 | Knicks v. Hawks UNDER 229.5 | Top | 126-120 | Loss | -110 | 7 h 16 m | Show |
Different types of struggles from the field and similar issues closing out in the fourth quarter Wednesday night have the Atlanta Hawks and New York Knicks in the same position of seeking their first win Friday night, when the Hawks host the Knicks in a meeting of the longtime Eastern Conference rivals. Both teams were off Thursday after suffering narrow defeats Wednesday night, when the visiting Hawks lost to the Charlotte Hornets 116-110 and the host Knicks fell to the Boston Celtics 108-104. The Hawks led by as many as 11 points in the first half and trailed by as many as seven in the third quarter before squandering a narrow lead in the final six minutes of the fourth. The Hornets scored on 10 of their last 12 possessions, a span in which Atlanta was 4-of-11 from the field, including 1-of-7 from 3-point land.
10-26-23 | Suns v. Lakers OVER 225.5 | Top | 95-100 | Loss | -110 | 10 h 0 m | Show |
While the Phoenix Suns have a new look, they still are powered by the same engine, and Devin Booker showed on the NBA's opening night that he is ready to lead the charge again. Booker and the Suns head into a road matchup against the Los Angeles Lakers Thursday after the All-Star guard scored 32 points, including the go-ahead score just inside of five minutes remaining, of a 108-104 victory Tuesday over the Golden State Warriors. Kevin Durant scored 18 points and grabbed 11 rebounds. Jusef Nurkic had 14 points with 14 rebounds for the Suns, who finished fourth in the Western Conference last season and bowed out of the playoffs in the second round when they were overcome by the eventual champion Denver Nuggets. Durant was moved to the Suns at last season's February trade deadline but played in just eight regular-season games with his new squad and all 11 playoff games. Nurkic arrived this summer in a three-team deal. Grayson Allen also went to the Suns in that trade and started Tuesday but did not score in 21 minutes.
10-26-23 | 76ers v. Bucks UNDER 227.5 | Top | 117-118 | Loss | -110 | 7 h 28 m | Show |
The buzz surrounding the Milwaukee Bucks circles around the player they added in the offseason, while the noise coming out of Philadelphia centers on the player who just returned to the 76ers after a 10-day absence. Seven-time All-Star Damian Lillard will make his Bucks debut on Thursday when they open the season against the visiting 76ers, who reportedly will be without disgruntled 10-time All-Star James Harden. Milwaukee acquired Lillard from the Portland Trail Blazers on Sept. 27 as part of a three-team trade. Lillard, 33, averaged a franchise-record 32.2 points per game in 2022-23, the third-highest clip in the league. Named one of the NBA's 75 greatest players of all-time in 2021, Lillard won Rookie of the Year honors in 2012-13 and is Portland's career leader in points (19,376) and 3-point field goals (2,387).
10-25-23 | Cavs v. Nets OVER 220.5 | Top | 114-113 | Win | 100 | 10 h 22 m | Show |
The Cleveland Cavaliers enjoyed their best season of the second post-LeBron James era and then flopped in the first round. The Brooklyn Nets retooled on the fly after trading two superstars and did not win a game in the playoffs. Coming off their first 50-win season without James on the roster since 1992-93, the Cavaliers will begin a season of high expectations on Wednesday night when they travel to New York to face the Nets, who are starting their first full season with Mikal Bridges as their featured performer. Cleveland won 51 games after improving to 44-38 in 2021-22, when its season ended with a play-in loss to the Atlanta Hawks. The Cavaliers made the leap into the top four of the East thanks to the addition of Donovan Mitchell, who averaged a career-high 28.3 points and shot a career-best 48.4 percent in 68 games.

03-29-23 | Lakers v. Bulls OVER 227 | Top | 121-110 | Win | 100 | 6 h 15 m | Show |
The jumbled state of the Western Conference postseason picture ultimately cleared LeBron James' outlook about returning to the Los Angeles Lakers for the stretch run. "To hell with the play-in -- we actually can be a top-(six) seed," James said. "That definitely changed my mindset on me coming back and trying to be a part of this." On Sunday, James came back from a 13-game absence, scoring a team-high 19 points in his first action since recovering from a tendon injury in his right foot. While it ultimately wasn't enough in the Lakers' 118-108 home loss to Chicago, teammates figure James will be primed for more when Los Angeles visits the Bulls on Wednesday night. "I just know coming off of injury, you're kind of thinking about it, testing it out," Lakers forward Anthony Davis said. "But he looked well on the floor, played well, had a block. ... I'm pretty sure Wednesday, he'll be himself." Sunday's defeat snapped a three-game winning streak for the Lakers (37-38), who entered Tuesday in ninth place in the West. Before play Tuesday, all that separated the conference's sixth-place team and 10th-place team was 1 1/2 games.
03-24-23 | San Diego State v. Alabama OVER 137.5 | Top | 71-64 | Loss | -110 | 5 h 24 m | Show |
Win or lose in the Sweet 16 matchup with No. 1 overall seed Alabama, San Diego State strives to control the pace. For the Aztecs to defeat the Crimson Tide in the South Region semifinal on Friday in Louisville, Ky., the No. 5 seed has to live up to its reputation. "San Diego State's defense is elite," Alabama coach Nate Oats said. The Aztecs (29-6) led the nation in transition defense, and with a rotation that touches 10 players and beyond, San Diego State follows an old-school philosophy: Defend and offense will follow. The Mountain West champions expected to be in Louisville with this opportunity, even if others didn't
03-22-23 | Pacers v. Raptors UNDER 234.5 | Top | 118-114 | Win | 100 | 10 h 25 m | Show |
The Toronto Raptors could be without Scottie Barnes when they go for their eighth consecutive home victory Wednesday night against the Indiana Pacers. Barnes left Sunday's 118-111 road loss to the Milwaukee Bucks in the second quarter with an injured left wrist and did not return. Barnes did not practice Tuesday. "The MRI was clear that he had, he is still pretty sore," Raptors coach Nick Nurse said Tuesday. "I think he's day-to-day. I think there is going to be another evaluation here this afternoon. But right now he is day-to-day and questionable." The 21-year-old is averaging 15.5 points, 6.9 rebounds and 4.7 assists for the Raptors this season. He was the NBA Rookie of the Year last season. Barnes had five points in 13 minutes before his injury Sunday. The Raptors (35-37) have lost their two meetings with the Pacers this season, both in Indianapolis.
03-19-23 | Michigan State v. Marquette UNDER 139.5 | Top | 69-60 | Win | 100 | 6 h 35 m | Show |
Two teams with rich NCAA tournament traditions meet when the No. 2-seeded Marquette Golden Eagles battle the No. 7 Michigan State Spartans Sunday in a second-round East Region contest in Columbus, Ohio. The winner advances to the East Region semifinals Thursday at Madison Square Garden in New York. Both teams were able to avoid the upset bug on Friday in Columbus. Marquette (29-6) set a new school record for most wins in a season, handling No. 15 seed Vermont, 78-61, leading nearly wire to wire. Marquette's previous high for wins in a season was 28 in 1970-71, going undefeated until losing to Ohio State in the NCAA regional semifinals. Marquette won the national championship in 1977 and reached the Final Four in 2003. Michigan State (20-12) has captured two national championships (1979, 2000) and has made the Final Four 10 times, including most recently in 2019. Unlike Purdue, Michigan State was a Big Ten team that escaped the upset on Friday, dispatching of Pac-12 foe USC, 72-62, to earn a showdown with a program that was once a big rival.
03-18-23 | 76ers v. Pacers UNDER 232.5 | Top | 141-121 | Loss | -115 | 7 h 54 m | Show |
After recording arguably their best win of the season, the Indiana Pacers will look to carry that momentum into a Saturday night matchup against the visiting Philadelphia 76ers. Indiana (32-38) won for the fourth time in six games on Thursday, beating the host Milwaukee Bucks 139-123. The Pacers now turn their attention toward another Eastern Conference power, Philadelphia (47-22), which has won seven straight. Rookie Andrew Nembhard provided a spark on Thursday for the Pacers, who scored a season-high 84 second-half points and snapped a 10-game, head-to-head losing streak against the Bucks. Nembhard had a team-high 24 points in the victory. Indiana enters Saturday's game a half-game out of 10th place in the Eastern Conference with 12 games remaining. Teams seven through 10 will advance to the play-in tournament. The win over Milwaukee was even more surprising considering that Indiana played without All-Star point guard Tyrese Haliburton and rookie Bennedict Mathurin, both of whom sat out due to right ankle sprains. Both will be sidelined again on Saturday. With Haliburton out, Nembhard scored the second-most points of his career on Friday.
03-18-23 | Auburn v. Houston UNDER 132.5 | Top | 64-81 | Loss | -110 | 7 h 59 m | Show |
No. 1 Houston will have questions aplenty when it battles ninth-seeded Auburn in a Round of 32 game in the Midwest Region of the NCAA Tournament on Saturday in Birmingham, Ala. First and foremost for Houston (32-3) will be the health of All-American guard Marcus Sasser, who scored just five points before aggravating a groin injury in the Cougars' tougher-than-expected, 63-52 win over 16th-seeded Northern Kentucky on Thursday. Houston's chief facilitator Jamal Shead also struggled with a sore knee in the victory. Both players began Friday's press conference by telling reporters they were "100 percent" going to play Saturday. That doesn't mean they are 100 percent healthy. "It's always going to be a concern when you know you can reaggravate or reinjure, but, you know, it's win or go home," Sasser said. "Tomorrow is not promised. The next game is not promised." Sasser said he planted too hard during a jump shot to reinjure the groin.
03-17-23 | 76ers v. Hornets OVER 227.5 | Top | 121-82 | Loss | -110 | 3 h 38 m | Show |
The best players for the Philadelphia 76ers have the team on an upward trajectory at an ideal time. The 76ers might be facing the Charlotte Hornets at a good time as well when the teams meet Friday night at Charlotte, N.C. The most recent games for both teams came against the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Hornets dropped home games to the Cavaliers on Sunday and Tuesday. On Wednesday night, the 76ers rallied to win 118-109 at Cleveland for their sixth consecutive victory. Joel Embiid racked up 36 points for Philadelphia in that game and James Harden tacked on 28 points. The visit to Cleveland was the beginning of Philadelphia's stretch of seven road games in a an eight-game span. "We've really come together over the last couple of weeks, being a team, having each other's back," 76ers forward Georges Niang said. "That showed in the games we've won, especially the close ones. We're going to continue to do that, continue to grow." 76ers coach Doc Rivers said the team can't afford mistakes like the 18 turnovers at Cleveland.
03-16-23 | College of Charleston v. San Diego State OVER 141.5 | Top | 57-63 | Loss | -110 | 3 h 42 m | Show |
San Diego State was grateful to earn a No. 5 seed for the NCAA Tournament, but coach Brian Dutcher said that number won't matter when the Aztecs tip off against 12th-seeded Charleston on Thursday afternoon in Orlando, Fla. "You have to go play, and the better team will win on Thursday," Dutcher said. "We have to be prepared and we have to be the better team." San Diego State (27-6) was the best team in the Mountain West Conference during the regular season and again during last week's conference tournament. The Aztecs won the MWC by two games over Utah State, and then beat the Aggies 62-57 to win the tournament title on Saturday in Las Vegas.
03-14-23 | Knicks v. Blazers OVER 228 | Top | 123-107 | Win | 100 | 8 h 46 m | Show |
Julius Randle followed up his worst shooting performance of the season with the type of showing that has made him a two-time All-Star. Randle looks to post his fifth 30-point effort in 11 games since the All-Star break when the New York Knicks visit the Portland Trail Blazers on Tuesday night. Randle scored 33 points on Sunday night when the Knicks snapped a three-game losing streak with a 112-108 victory over the host Los Angeles Lakers. One day earlier in the same arena, Randle was just 5-of-24 shooting for a season-low 20.8 percent success rate from the field during a 106-95 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers.

03-08-23 | Raptors v. Clippers UNDER 231 | Top | 100-108 | Win | 100 | 10 h 51 m | Show |
While getting Russell Westbrook into the flow was the priority for the Los Angeles Clippers, a renewed commitment on the defensive end appears to be the team's focus now. A solid opportunity to work on defensive principles arrives Wednesday when the Clippers play host to the Toronto Raptors. While Los Angeles ranked just 22nd in the NBA through Monday with an average of 112.7 points scored per game, Toronto was 23rd at 112.6. The Clippers were torched for 176 points in a double-overtime defeat to the Sacramento Kings on Feb. 24 and have given up 131.7 points per game starting with that night while going 1-5. The 176-175 loss to the Kings was Westbrook's Clippers debut. Even in a victory Sunday over the visiting Memphis Grizzlies, the Clippers gave up 129 points, with 51 of them coming in the third quarter alone. Los Angeles coach Tyronn Lue adjusted his defense in the fourth quarter, leading to the victory.
03-06-23 | 76ers v. Pacers UNDER 233.5 | Top | 147-143 | Loss | -110 | 9 h 45 m | Show |
After recording arguably their biggest victory of the season, the Philadelphia 76ers could be minus two starters when they visit the Indiana Pacers on Monday. Tobias Harris (left calf soreness) and P.J. Tucker (back spasms) are both unlikely to be available after exiting with injuries during Saturday's dramatic 133-130 win over the first-place Milwaukee Bucks. Philadelphia rallied from an 18-point, third-quarter deficit and scored 48 points in the fourth to snap Milwaukee's 16-game winning streak. James Harden scored 19 points in the final period and finished with 38 points, 10 assists and nine rebounds. "I thought James made great decisions," Sixers coach Doc Rivers said. "He was obviously a scorer tonight, but he also was a point guard, too. "First half, I thought he was aggressive trying to score. Second half, he scored, but he was playing like an aggressive point guard. I thought the second half was better because he not only scored but he assisted, as well." Joel Embiid added 31 points and 10 assists, while Tyrese Maxey scored 26 points and Georges Niang had 16. Maxey has scored at least 23 in four straight games. The win could prove to be a turning point for the Sixers, who had lost 106 straight games when trailing by 14 or more points on the road going into the fourth quarter.
03-05-23 | Blazers v. Magic OVER 228.5 | Top | 122-119 | Win | 100 | 8 h 23 m | Show |
The Portland Trail Blazers have dropped three in a row and five of their last six to fall a season-high five games under .500. The Trail Blazers will bid to stop their slide on Sunday when they visit the Orlando Magic in the second contest of a six-game road trip. "We're not playing great," Portland coach Chauncey Billups said following Friday's 129-111 setback to the Atlanta Hawks. "Every team has these lapses during the season and that's exactly where we're at." Damian Lillard continued his hot hand, however, by recording 33 points and eight assists against the Hawks. The seven-time All-Star drained five 3-pointers on Friday and has made 41 over his last seven games. Lillard, who is averaging a team-best 32.3 points per game, scored 30 in Portland's 109-106 home loss to Orlando on Jan. 10. Jusuf Nurkic collected 22 points and 10 rebounds and Anfernee Simons added 15 in that game, however both players are nursing injuries. Nurkic has been out for over a month due to an ailing calf, while Simons and Justise Winslow are dealing with ankle injuries.

02-26-23 | Clippers v. Nuggets OVER 233 | Top | 124-134 | Win | 100 | 11 h 0 m | Show |
The Denver Nuggets are the team that will be playing the second game of a back-to-back set, but it might be the Los Angeles Clippers who feel more fatigued, despite having an off day Saturday. That's because Los Angeles played in the second-highest-scoring game in NBA history on Friday night, a 176-175 loss to the Kings. It took two overtimes before Sacramento outlasted the Clippers, who now play at Denver on Sunday night. The Nuggets had their four-game winning streak snapped in a 112-94 loss at Memphis on Saturday night in a game that wasn't competitive for most of the night. Sunday will be the fourth and final regular-season meeting between the Clippers and Nuggets and the last chance Los Angeles has to get a win over the top team in the Western Conference. It also marks the return of Bones Hyland, the Nuggets' No. 1 draft pick in 2021 who was dealt to the Clippers for two second-round picks at the trade deadline earlier this month.

After a 4-3 road trip, the Toronto Raptors will open a five-game homestand Wednesday night against the floundering San Antonio Spurs. The Raptors completed their trip with a 106-103 victory over the undermanned Memphis Grizzlies on Sunday. Still without O.G. Anunoby because of a wrist injury, the Raptors overcame a 15-point deficit against the Grizzlies, who were without starters Ja Morant, Steven Adams and Dillon Brooks. "It's a great way to end the trip," said Fred VanVleet, who scored 15 points on Sunday. "We competed and I thought we played some really good basketball for the majority of a long trip like this for a young team like ourselves, we got to close it out with that fourth quarter on a night where nothing really was going our way. We hung in there and made a couple more plays at the end and came out with a victory. "Rightfully so, we're going to criticize ourselves and be harder on ourselves, but we should be proud of our effort and being able to come out here with a win (Sunday)." The Spurs have lost nine straight after losing to the Chicago Bulls 128-104 Monday night to begin a nine-game road trip. Keldon Johnson led San Antonio with 21 points.

The Over is 6-2 in Hawks' last 8 games following an ATS win and 5-1 in Seawolves' last 6 games following a straight-up loss. The number is right around what I thought it would be, but still, 3-5 points off, providing some early value.
02-07-23 | South Carolina v. Missouri UNDER 147 | Top | 74-83 | Loss | -110 | 12 h 2 m | Show |
Missouri will try to reestablish its perimeter shooting touch and brisk offensive pace when it faces struggling South Carolina on Tuesday in Columbia, Mo. The Tigers (17-6, 5-5 Southeastern Conference) shot 16-for-30, 14-for-30 and 13-for-27 from 3-point range during their three-game winning streak. Then they shot just 6-for-23 (26.1 percent) from beyond the arc at Mississippi State on Saturday -- including 1-for-11 in the first half. The result was their lowest-scoring game of the season in a 63-52 loss. The Tigers were averaging 83.3 points coming into the game. "I don't look at it as shooting issues," Missouri coach Dennis Gates said. "I think it was a very physical game ... it should have been 30 free throws-plus for both teams tonight, without a doubt in my mind. "I thought there were situations that we should have gotten to the paint but we settled." After averaging 20.4 points in his previous five games, Missouri forward Kobe Brown scored just 10 points against the Bulldogs on 3-for-11 shooting overall and 0-for-5 from 3-point range.
02-07-23 | Dayton v. VCU UNDER 130 | Top | 62-58 | Win | 100 | 11 h 1 m | Show |
Dayton has run across a rough stretch that started at home with a 63-62 loss to the Rams on Jan. 13 as 7-point favorites. In going 3-3 in the 6 games since the Flyers have been saddled with 3 against-the-spread (ATS) losses and 3 ATS margins in double digits. Virginia Commonwealth is a robust 8-1 since Jan. 7. The Rams have yielded just 61.3 points per game over that span. They will be looking to raise their overall home mark to 13-2 on Tuesday
02-07-23 | Ole Miss v. Georgia UNDER 138 | Top | 78-74 | Loss | -110 | 11 h 35 m | Show |
Georgia will look to beat visiting Ole Miss for the second time in about three weeks in Southeastern Conference play Tuesday night at Athens, Ga. The Bulldogs (14-9, 4-6) lost for the fifth time in their past six games with an 82-57 setback at Texas A&M on Saturday. Ole Miss (9-14, 1-9) extended its losing streak to five games with a 74-71 setback at Vanderbilt on Saturday. Georgia struggled mightily against the Aggies without its leading scorer, Terry Roberts (15 points per game), who was dealing with a concussion and didn't make the trip to College Station, Texas. Roberts will be a game-time decision on Tuesday, Georgia coach Mike White said. Georgia was dominated from the opening tip, as Texas A&M jumped to a 15-2 lead in less than six minutes before taking a 38-22 halftime advantage. The Aggies put the game away by going on a 10-3 run midway through the second half to take a 63-36 advantage with 10:51 to go. The Bulldogs were outrebounded 43-30.
02-07-23 | Rutgers v. Indiana UNDER 135.5 | Top | 60-66 | Win | 100 | 11 h 41 m | Show |
With wins in six of its past seven games, including Saturday over No. 1 Purdue, Indiana finally is looking like the team some thought in October would win the Big Ten Conference this season. The 18th-ranked Hoosiers will try to keep their run going Tuesday night at home in Bloomington when they try to solve the sticky defense of No. 24 Rutgers in another Big Ten matchup. Everyone knew Indiana (16-7, 7-5) had one of the best players in the nation in Trayce Jackson-Davis. During this surge, he played at a national Player of the Year level, averaging 24.3 points, 13.4 rebounds, and 3.9 blocked shots per game. In the 79-74 triumph over Purdue, Jackson-Davis had 25 points, seven rebounds, and five blocks against 7-foot-4 Zach Edey. But Jackson-Davis' teammates are playing closer to his level lately. Freshman Jalen Hood-Schifino contributed 16 points and four assists against Purdue, while Trey Galloway netted 11 points and three steals. Jackson-Davis said the difference in this team from others he's played on is the physical aspect.
02-05-23 | DePaul v. Seton Hall UNDER 138.5 | Top | 64-69 | Win | 100 | 3 h 14 m | Show |
Seeing four players get called for their fourth foul within a span of 98 seconds was hardly an ideal scenario for Seton Hall. At least now there is a blueprint for navigating significant foul trouble, although the Pirates would like to avoid the same situation Sunday afternoon when they host DePaul in Newark, N.J. Seton Hall (14-9, 7-5 Big East) dropped its first three conference games to Providence, Xavier and Marquette but has won seven of nine since to climb into the top half of the league standings. Of all those victories, Wednesday's 84-72 comeback win at St. John's might have been the most impressive. Not only did the Pirates erase a 13-point deficit in the first half and a seven-point deficit midway through the second, they withstood K.C. Ndefo, Femi Odukale, Tyrese Samuel and key reserve Tae Davis getting whistled for their fourth fouls along with Dre Davis sitting out due to a sprained right ankle. After Samuel got his fourth with 11:57 remaining, the Pirates faced a 53-46 deficit. They adjusted to the foul trouble by deploying a zone defense and outscoring St. John's 38-19 the rest of the way, highlighted by Al-Amir Dawes hitting three 3-pointers and scoring 18 of his 21 points after halftime.
02-04-23 | Tulane v. Memphis OVER 159.5 | Top | 90-89 | Win | 100 | 4 h 14 m | Show |
Tulane has the highest-scoring offense in the AAC averaging 81.0 ppg on the season. The next closest is Memphis with 79.8 ppg. The Wave’s lowest score of the season has been 60 vs. Houston and the highest is 97 at SMU. Tulane is second in the country in free throw percentage shooting 80.9 percent from the charity stripe. Jalen Cook leads the team and the AAC shooting at 90.5 percent.

02-04-23 | Connecticut v. Georgetown OVER 146.5 | Top | 68-62 | Loss | -110 | 3 h 28 m | Show |
No. 24 UConn will be searching for consistency and a season sweep in Saturday's Big East Conference road game against last-place Georgetown in Washington, D.C. Throughout their nonconference schedule and the infant stages of league play, the Huskies (17-6, 6-6) relied on a blend of efficient scoring and formidable defense to start 14-0 and climb as high as No. 2 in the rankings. UConn averaged 82.9 points per game over its undefeated run and allowed more than 70 points just once in that span -- an 84-73 home win against the Hoyas (6-17, 1-11) on Dec. 20. But the crisp performances that vaulted the Huskies to their highest Top 25 ranking since 2009 have been scarce for the past month and UConn hasn't won consecutive games since late December. The Huskies have won two of their past three, most recently a 90-76 triumph at DePaul on Tuesday. Jordan Hawkins (26 points), Adama Sanogo (25) and Tristen Newton (21) spearheaded a UConn attack that bullied the Blue Demons for 42 points in the paint and a 38-25 rebounding edge.
02-03-23 | Fresno State v. UNLV UNDER 131.5 | Top | 82-79 | Loss | -110 | 14 h 14 m | Show |
Under is 21-10 in Bulldogs' last 31 games vs. a team with a winning % above .600. This number seems to be begging the public to jump on the over.
02-03-23 | Suns v. Celtics OVER 222.5 | Top | 106-94 | Loss | -110 | 11 h 11 m | Show |
Devin Booker is expected to be back in the Phoenix lineup soon, but his return may not come in time to help the Suns when they visit the Boston Celtics on Friday night. Booker has missed nearly six weeks with a groin strain and according to multiple reports, he will be with the Suns for their five-game road trip that begins Friday. Booker left a game against Denver on Christmas and hasn't played since. ESPN reported that Booker is targeting Tuesday's road game against the Brooklyn Nets for his return. Booker is in his eighth season with the Suns. He's averaging a career-high 27.1 points in 29 games this season, with the Suns going 8-11 during his absence. He also missed five games earlier in the season with hamstring soreness. Phoenix trailed throughout Wednesday night's 132-100 home loss to Atlanta. The Suns were 4 of 28 from 3-point range (14.3 percent) and committed 16 turnovers that led to 31 points for the Hawks.
01-30-23 | Lakers v. Nets OVER 229.5 | Top | 104-121 | Loss | -110 | 11 h 38 m | Show |
The Los Angeles Lakers left Boston frustrated by a loss on Saturday. The Brooklyn Nets, on the other hand, are holding their own with Kyrie Irving leading the way as Kevin Durant remains out with an MCL sprain. The two will meet Monday night in Brooklyn when the Lakers will play without two of their own stars -- LeBron James and Anthony Davis. The Lakers said Sunday that James will be sidelined by left ankle soreness and Davis by a right foot stress injury. Austin Reaves also is out with a left hamstring strain. Lonnie Walker IV is probable with left knee tendinitis. The Lakers are 4-6 in their past 10 since winning five straight Dec. 30-Jan. 7. Four of those defeats were by five or fewer points, including Saturday's 125-121 overtime loss to the Celtics that left the Lakers encouraged by their showing and also peeved. |
